Except when I asked for the Wi-Fi password for the guest access, they claimed that they did not know the password, or that it wasn't working. Hmmm, there was a strong signal on both the private and guest WiFi, so that answer didn't sit well with me at all. I'll deduct a star for that. A month after we noticed water was not draining off half the yard, it just sits there going nowhere creating a huge muddy mess making the yard completely unusable. We were told it's our problem and the job is to extensive for Culver's to fix and we would have to hire someone else. This is after spending nearly 33k on our project. After several months and attempts to get the owner to come inspect their work we have yet to hear from anyone. I guess putting in drainage tile is to extensive of a job for a landscaping company. I expected better customer service after giving them our business.

We even found something better than we had envisioned. I don't think I realized how expensive boxwoods are, or maybe it's because we bought them here. If you aren't concerned about price, want variety and high-quality, definitely give them a visit. Friendly cashier who informed us the shrubs we were buying came with a 1 yr. warranty. We also joined their Garden Club (free to join), which gave us an extended warranty on the plants. Yay! Lots of wonderful things to look at, so plan to stay a while.
