Shawn's dedication to perfection and genuinely personable, high-energy, can-do attitude and comedic interjections throughout it all was the exact balance we needed throughout the project. By the time the project was done we were sad to see them go. Shawn asked for more money, I advised him that he is not getting more until the job is complete and I had Lein Releases from all the material suppliers. Then found out that he bounced checks to 2 of the suppliers and didn't pay for most all of the materials. Had 4 separate companies threaten to put a lien on my property unless the materials were paid for. I had to personally go pay those companies for the materials used on my property under Domer Enterprises account in order to prevent the Lein being put on my property. I then had to work with other companies to get the job done. What I owed Shawn was less than he owed for the materials and Shawn has agreed to pay me the difference and just makes empty promises and now he is unresponsive. I have also learned that Shawn did not get the framing inspection done and now I have to have the inside walls taken down to add bracing that he didn't do. Aside from all this, the workmanship is very poor, missing screws, steel cut poorly on the ends, steel not lining up nicely in multiple places. These are only some of the pictures, I could easily show a hundred photos showing the workmanship.
