I called the Marion location asking a question about an issue with my vehicle, they got me in…read morewithin 5 minutes for a free estimate. The manager told me his shop couldn't help, unfortunately, but told me one of their sister shops could help, called the manager himself and made an appointment for me. He gathered all the information and passed it on to them. I had an appointment the same week, with an estimate already. The day of my appointment the employees gave me a ride back-and-forth to my home, as I did not have any other means of transportation. I even forgot my house key, and had to make an additional stop. Everyone from the front desk to the detailer to the technician, and the general manager treated me very well. The technician had to rearrange the car seat in my car, and he even very generously installed it for me after fixing my car. My total was even cheaper than what the estimate was, I am extremely satisfied and thankful. I will definitely be going back to this specific location, as well as sister locations if needed! 10/10 recommend getting work done here!

My insurance said I had to choose a shop to have the car towed to, and since I am not from the area, I just chose the closest one. Well, little did I know that I would be greeted by very kind staff who went overboard with helping me out of a bad situation. My car didn't get to the shop until late that day, but they had gotten it back together good enough the next morning where I could finish my trip safely and take care of the rest of the insurance issues when I got to my destination. I realize I was lucky- not everyone can resume their trip in their own car the day after an accident.
