TRUST. How much do you not only trust the people that work on your vehicle, but also trust that they aren't overcharging you for parts and service? I trust Ream Auto Body implicitly! Dale always greets me with a smile, no matter what the reason I'm bringing a vehicle in to him. He not only works on mine and my husband's vehicles, he works on all of our family's vehicles. Yesterday I texted him even before the shop opened because my son's car had died on First Ave and I was having it towed to his shop. He was ready when it arrived and wasted no time in trying to diagnose the problem and then called me to give me all of the information about the problem and how it would be fixed. If you need someone you can TRUST, go to Ream Auto Body!

When I picked up my car the entire motor cover was still off and the screws were scattered around and missing. Once they seen the poor review I left they called me with excuses and told me to remove it. To my surprise just now, like a year or more later, they just called me again saying the guy who gave me the excuses last time "cleared things up" and to remove the review on here... Not very good business practice So here is my new review, a bit nicer, but I'm still not happy that my interaction with them was nothing more than wasting $600.

I pay attention to everything from the waiting room layout to prices and services. I loved my experience at Blairs Ferry Automotive. Their prices were more than fair. I got a tire rotation and oil change on Groupon, and while I was in, they pointed out the old lug nuts and bald tire (a previous mechanic had charged me for two tires, but only replaced one.) They never spoke down to me and gave me a good price on a new tire. They were quick, responsive, and at the end pointed out a few other things that could easily be fixed. When I told them to go ahead and do it, they let me know cheaper and easier ways to fix the parts if I didn't want to go with them replacing them. Additionally, the waiting room was clean and well-stocked. A majority of the clients I saw while there were women, and each were given the same type of treatment. I often leave a shop knowing I won't be back, but this time I left certain I'd recommend this place to others.
