Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.

Dale always greets me with a smile, no matter what the reason I'm bringing a vehicle in to him. He not only works on mine and my husband's vehicles, he works on all of our family's vehicles. Yesterday I texted him even before the shop opened because my son's car had died on First Ave and I was having it towed to his shop. He was ready when it arrived and wasted no time in trying to diagnose the problem and then called me to give me all of the information about the problem and how it would be fixed.
