I had done some work on my 2002 Lexus LS430 and was getting to the point where I was stumped and needing some help from someone with a bit more experience. I had called around a few locally owned shops and found myself speaking with Justin at All Seasons. Super nice guy, was understanding of my attempts to solve the problem and scheduled me relatively quickly to take a look at the vehicle. Eventually they had done some diagnostic testing and discovered the source of the problem. Justin immediately gave me a call and discussed options. He was very kind and let me take the car back into my own hands to fix the found issue and even gave me the diagnostic documentation to aid in my endeavor. They also did a 27 point inspection for no additional cost. They struck me as kind, honest, and intelligent. I would come to them again!

Upon taking it in, it was a routine check in/drop off procedure. They got back to me the same day, but here's where they won me over. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went). The point is that these guys could have easily gone the "shady auto shop" route and charged me for something the warranty covered, but instead these guys were honest.
