Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.

UPDATE TO A PREVIOUS POST:…read more After taking the '02 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a used car purchase inspection, I truly appreciated the thorough nature of Al's discovery process. When I drove the car there to be inspected, I thought the car sounded and drove wonderfully, yet I was wrong. Bill, Ed & their team found more than I expected...a book of issues that included oil in the coolant system. Not a good thing, However, a discovery that helped me make the right decision. So yes, I recommend Al's for a used car inspection. Very thorough! P.S... the car lot I was going to buy the car from actually complained that Al's was: "...too picky and showed too much on their list". Well, they did exactly what I expected....they protected me from a bad car buying decision. THANK YOU!!!!! Rick (A simple dad buying his teen daughter a car)

I would 100% recommend and do repeat service with everyone at Al's! They also charge a reasonable price for all of their labor, products, and knowledge, they will not "pink tax" a female!

I pay attention to everything from the waiting room layout to prices and services. I loved my experience at Blairs Ferry Automotive. Their prices were more than fair. I got a tire rotation and oil change on Groupon, and while I was in, they pointed out the old lug nuts and bald tire (a previous mechanic had charged me for two tires, but only replaced one.) They never spoke down to me and gave me a good price on a new tire. They were quick, responsive, and at the end pointed out a few other things that could easily be fixed. When I told them to go ahead and do it, they let me know cheaper and easier ways to fix the parts if I didn't want to go with them replacing them. Additionally, the waiting room was clean and well-stocked. A majority of the clients I saw while there were women, and each were given the same type of treatment. I often leave a shop knowing I won't be back, but this time I left certain I'd recommend this place to others.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my call to schedule service and on the day of service. I didn't have to wait long during the service. This is all good, but probably true of many places. What set this service apart from other good automotive service I've had was the Vehicle Inspection Report I received. I got a text with a link to the report. It was like other reports I've received when getting vehicles serviced - a multi-point inspection with color-coded indicators of the status of each item . . . with pictures! I could see the air filters, the fluid checks, and the corrosion on my battery terminals (which made me feel more comfortable authorizing a little extra work). Maybe this is the future, but it was a first for me. Very helpful! My only slight disappointment is that I prefer to wait during service, and this option is usually reserved for early morning or early afternoon. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went).
