I live in San Diego, California, and after some calculations, I found that I could fly to Chicago, rent a truck, drive to Iowa, and then back to San Diego with my new trailer. The Cheyenne staff were totally on board with my plan (seems customers do this kind of thing all the time) and helped in many ways to make sure the paperwork was mostly done before my arrival. I was ready to just get it and go, but they wanted me to inspect the trailer and teach me a bunch of stuff about it. They also threw in a lot of extras like a power cord, power adapter, sewer hose, full take of propane, winterized water system (it was December), etc. While I was in finishing up paperwork in the office, they were connecting up the trailer and making sure the brake controller was properly adjusted, and the tongue height was right (the tongue I brought was too tall, and they apologized that they needed to suggest that I buy an appropriate one from them). They were super-courteous and it felt like they were treating me like a friend rather than a customer. By the end, a bottle of champagne was presented to congratulate me on my trailer purchase. Who does that?! In the end, even after the expense of an airline ticket, truck rental, and gas, I saved over $4000 compared to the California price. And Cheyenne made it a great experience. I recommend Cheyenne wholeheartedly to friends and coworkers all the time, because the experience, customer service, and the price was so good.

They have essentially told me that despite my camper is still under warranty to go pick the RV up, and live with a leak, that is not only a safety hazard, but must be causing peripheral damage. I said I would turn this RV in and buy the exact same one, they agreed, but they want $10k from me!! They have bumped their heads and I think old Kevin should hang it up. This place is run like a used car lot. They do NOT stand behind their product. They do not offer ANYTHING to veterans. I first saw a 2006 Class C listed on RV trader and the price was extremely reasonable compared to others that were listed in my area. I live in NJ and flew out to Chicago and purchased the rv from Tom. Here is what I can tell you, if you want cheesy sales bs free coffee and someone making believe they give a crap this is not your place. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and is ok telling you the truth about what he is selling you without sugar coating then this is your place. Tom didnt try to oversell or act like something was great when it wasnt or made any attempt to hide anything. Not only that the price we agreed to over the phone is the exact price that I paid no extra surprises no bs and he got me in and out asap. He had his staff ready the RV for my long trip back to NJ they checked air pressure filled up all fluids etc he even filled up the water so I can use the bathroom on the ride. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and campers over my lifetime and this was the only time I showed up, everything was as described, I paid what was agreed to, and left happy with the outcome. I made it home without any issue, I thank Tom and his team for all their help. I know not all the reviews here say the same but I am absolutely real and my experience was fantastic.

They realized we were a family stuck on the road. They had us bring in the trailer even though their service dept. was booked up for almost two weeks. They replaced the broken leaf springs and another one which was going to break soon. They replaced a tire that was worn from the broken leaf springs and hardware along with it. They even identified the lug nuts on the wheels were going bad. They replaced everything and had us back on the road in about three hours. They went out of their way for us. A complete five star service. Friendly staff who were more concerned for our safety on the road rather than just making a dollar. Complete thumbs up!!
