I seriously never leave reviews, especially negative ones. And I thought about this for quite a while but I was so bummed with my experience, I thought I would share the good and the bad from Lashology. I ended up going to Lashology because it had such great reviews. I went in for my first time to get a lash lift and tint and it was AWESOME! I seriously loved it so much so I booked another appointment for 5 weeks later. Since I booked it with the woman who did my lashes the first time, I was surprised when it wasn't her the second time around. And the second time was very different. She must have been new because she permed my entire lash, not just the root of the lash, so they curled back almost entirely into my eyelid. So much so that I couldn't even put mascara on or fake lashes. How she permed them made them actually look much shorter and crimped. So I called in to let the manager know and the manager (I believer her name is Erika) called me back and had me come back in to try to fix it. She put some sort of product on it to pull out some of the perming solution, but it only worked slightly. At this point, my lashes still look much shorter than they are and they are still a bit crimped. Now I'm just waiting for them to grow out - for probably the next 10+ weeks. The manager was not apologetic and she never offered to refund me. I'm giving Lashology a 2 star instead of 1 since my experience was good the first time. I cannot speak about their lash extensions or other services, but I definitely would NOT recommend going there for lash lifting because you never know who you are going to get. The one thing I really did like there is they do a great job at lash tinting! But look to other places for lifting because not being able to put mascara on for MONTHS kind of sucks. Now I can at least get fake eyelashes on, but I got the lash lift so I wouldn't have to do that. Hope this review helps (again, they are great with lash tinting!). read more

WOW... MY LASHES ARE LIT AF!!!! This was my first eyelash extensions ever. The lashes are vegan, not mink, and look AMAZING. I got a 3 hour "very full" cat-eye lashes done by Symone. They were beautiful *tear* Everybody noticed them, I got TONS of compliments. The same day I got them, I found out I was going to North Dakota to camp out while protesting a pipeline... I was outside, in contact with rain, snow, harsh winds, tear gas, shot at with rubber bullets and trampled, WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON, I CRIED ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR A MONTH. I return home and see my lashes are STILL looking good?! I thought they would fall off in two weeks, or one week, since I was in specifically rough circumstances! BUT THESE THANGS REALLY STUCK ON! Obviously they're not as gorgeous/full as the first weeks, but they're still noticeably longer than my natural lashes. I'm going to get a fill after this weekend. These eyelashes will make you 10x prettier. honestly. They're so lovely I didn't wear liquid eyeliner at all while having them, because the cat eye lashes are already a noticeably sexy & edgy look. read more

I've been to Lashology four times and I will continue going. My first appointment I got a great explanation of the product and the process and good consultation on what type of lashes would work best for me (this was much better than my past experience at another place where I showed up, signed a form and was told to lay down without any real discussion). Online appointments are easy to make and manage and they are always running on time. The employees are friendly and professional. The space is small, but very well kept and comfortable. They make it so relaxing that I often fall asleep! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I have had some issues with lashes falling out more quickly than I would expect (perhaps user error, but I have treated them the same each time with varied results). I highly recommend Tamara, as my lashes have held up really well when she does them. read more

I've been to lashology twice now. The first time was for a new set. It had been months since I had any extensions in. I've had all types of extensions from the Xtreme lash to mink lashes, so I'm pretty experienced with eyelash extensions. The salon is cute. It is inside a larger building, on the first floor. The staff have been welcoming and pleasant. My full set turned out great. Most of my lashes stayed in for the full 2.5 weeks. I had very little shedding. When I came for a refill, I had another lash artist. She was friendly and helped mix up my lashes by added curlier and wider lashes. Loving them. The price is cheaper than most places. The aromatherapy is relaxing. I almost always fall asleep when getting my lashes done. The only reason I gave it 4, not 5 stars is PARKING SUCKS. Give yourself 20 minutes to find street parking. read more

Seriously ladies. Don't even waste your time going anywhere else. Erika is the BEST. I came in with some seriously messed up lashes from another girl. I was nervous to look when Erika handed me the mirror, but when I opened my eyes, I LITERALLY gasped over how perfect they looked. INSANE. Upon leaving, I immediately got on the phone with my two besties who also got messed up lashes from the previous mentioned girl. I went in to get my lashes done by Lex and I am extremely satisfied with the end result! Lex was very professional but also very friendly and made me feel relaxed from the start. The aromatherapy they use while having my lashes done smells amazing and is very soothing. I admit, I did fall asleep on the table for a few minutes. It really felt like a full experience, not just a facial..some aromatherapy, a scalp massage, and she asked a ton of questions to find out about my skin type, while also giving very helpful tips on products to use and things to do to help my skin type. I had an appointment for a lash lift and tint and unfortunately I saw no changes in my lashes what so ever. I have no idea if that is because I had a level 1 technician and she was inexperienced, or if the process just doesn't work as advertised. The pictures I have seen look great, yet I didn't even have close to the same result. I wish I had taken before and after pics, but did not. The technician was very nice, and the shop was clean.
