I think myself to be that cool, chic, and classically beautiful but my surroundings never live up. Eh... until then I will visit frequently. Cadee is a goddess-- simply put and true. In fact, I saw her a few weeks after and she was in awe that my eyebrows still looked that good -- all her doing mind you which required zero maintenance by me. I've since had a full hour facial and felt as though I was being lulled into a majestic isle. Each glide of her fingertips was unlike any facial I'd had before. A gift to be sure! Had my upper lip and the sides of my face waxed here yesterday. Flawless waxing experience! I entered hot, disoriented, a little frantic, and of course hairy; I left calm, smooth and feeling like a million bucks. Magical place! It's a little hard to find unless you know what you are looking for - there are a row of tiny brown doors elevated a bit on 11th Avenue and it's one of them. The space is adorable, very clean and stylish. Cadee is not only great at what she does but super nice and easy to talk to, too. She asked just the right amount of questions -- I had the benefit of her expertise, but she didn't try to tell me what I wanted. Speaking of which, the part I was most impressed by was that I explained I like wax for areas where I want to get rid of all the hair, but prefer threading for my eyebrows. Instead of doing the natural thing and trying to sell me on eyebrow waxing, or explain why she prefers eyebrow waxing, she actually brainstormed with me about where I might find a good threading salon and gave me the name of a local person who threads! That is so classy. I totally trust her forever now. (By the way, I did find a good place in Denver that threads and it took me FOREVER so I'm sharing with you if you are looking too: try La Biotique in Cherry Creek Mall.) Lastly, the tech aspects are designed super well and work very easily. You can easily book, cancel or reschedule online, you get email confirmations, and you can pay with a credit card via Square (by the way, I found the price very reasonable) and have the tip automatically calculated by percentage, with the choice to receive an email receipt. Cadee Harris, the owner and skincare extraordinaire, is a magician! I had been getting my eyebrows waxed for over ten years before I found Cadee. When I first went to see her, I barely had any eyebrows left. She has since transformed my brows to the fullness that they were meant for! I also had never had a facial before I found Cadee. I had sensitive skin growing up and was always worried about what products would be used on my skin during a facial. Cadee makes all of her facial products; they are natural and gentle. For someone who used to have bad acne, I couldn't have asked for anything more gentle. I can feel my skin breathing after a facial with Cadee. She has excellent skills and I always feel so relaxed in her care. Another bonus: I had to bring my kids with me the other day and she was so great with them. My brows are super busy and It was pretty sad how out of control they had become, but Cadee did a fantastic job cleaning them up.
