Have had such an amazing experience at timeless laser. I have had a facial and two rounds of a chemical peel. Lena was my nurse who did my chemical peel and she was amazing. I had never done a peel before and was quite nervous. Lena was knowledgeable and answered all my question which put me at ease. Called specifically asking for botox and the receptionist who's name I believe was Jillian told me they carried it so I proceeded to make an appointment. It was my first time with their injector and although I always get the same area injected I've learned that each injector has slightly different technique so I asked her where exactly she would be injecting which seemed to offend her as she had quite the arrogant flare about her and didn't want to answer questions. She proceeded to inject me and then began explaining care instructions for "Dysport" which confused me since I specifically asked for Botox due to the dairy derivatives in Dysport that I'm highly allergic too. When I told her she showed absolutely no concern for my health let alone apologize and even proceeded to argue with me denying that it has dairy derivatives. She even ignorantly told me that had she known I wanted Botox she would have "talked me out of it" obviously not taking in consideration that the ingredients are different and could have adverse reactions for different people. I reached out to Marissa with a screenshot shot of the ingredients verifying dairy in Dysport and although she apologized and acted concerned in the beginning, she ultimately told me "there's nothing we can do it about it now" as my face swole up and I broke out in hives. I just had such a great experience here.... I came in for lip injections with Erika and Laser Hair removal with Tanya. First of all I have NEVER been injected so I was REALLY scared to have my lips done. They let me numb for 40 full minutes first, while Tanya lasered my full legs & underarms and she was very thorough and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable - I am not sure what laser they have but it was the most painless laser experience I have ever had. I have been lasering for years and been on many machines. The cold plate and gel made it extremely comfortable! Once I was numb, Erika put a small amount of filler in my lips and was SO GENTLE, all I felt were a couple of small stings and it was done. My lashes were done by Naomi and she was so quick and efficient, not to mention so sweet and communicative. She really took her time to understand what I wanted. She was great! Unfortunately, I noticed that pretty much all of my lashes fell off a few days after I had them put on, like literally three days later bunches of lashes were falling out. I have had my lashes done before elsewhere and never had this happen. I am usually right on track for a fill. So it was disappointing that they all fell out the same week I had them done. I got them done for vacation... so this was a bit embarrassing when my lashes looked so janky. I had done 3 sessions of laser hair removal right before COVID. My results at that point were better than I had experienced at 2 other places I had gone to through a Groupon. I had done 20 sessions total and never got the results I wanted. After 3 sessions with Timeless, I was seeing results I had with 10 sessions somewhere else. (don't do Groupons for laser treatments!) now that they are open to doing upper lip again, I am able to continue my treatments. I had an issue (not their fault) that I spoke to Marrissa about and she made it right and went above and beyond to fix the situation.
