I tried the Cod Katsu plate because I have never seen a fish katsu before and was intrigued. This was a VERY good dish. The Katsu crust was super crunchy and held up well to the deliciously spicy katsu sauce and the juice from the slaw without ever getting soggy. The fish was nice and juicy and cooked perfectly. My only complaint is that there wasn't enough katsu sauce and I had to request more. My wife tried the Pork Bulgogi plate. It was very flavorful and tasty but the meat was so full of fat and gristle it was hard to eat. She tossed half the meat, that's why I took off the 5th star from this review. We'll definitely try them again, we'll be sharing the garlic tofu dish next time!
