They completed the entire master bath remodel in less than two weeks and the finished product was better than we expected. They worked long hours to complete the job -seems like between the team they never took any breaks. The entire process from start to finish was simple and we found it even better that we went to their store to pick out the materials. Compared to other quotes we received we would of had to supply and find all the materials ourselves. Overall completely positive experience and we plan to hire them again! Cuong is the best, seriously: very reasonable pricing, extremely hard-working, honest, dependable, fair - I didn't realize contractors like this exist. I almost made a huge mistake and passed on Cuong originally because it didn't seem like he could deliver on what he quoted (he was so much more reasonable than other contractors), and he is very unassuming: quiet, no pressure, fast and easy - - so I thought there must be something off. Man, am I glad that about a year later when we circled back on our ADU remodel, Cuong was still willing to work with us (even when other contractors we originally consulted with bailed, or didn't even have the courtesy to respond). Again, he was so nonchalant about his ability to do the work that I had my doubts, but he immediately proved us wrong - to say the least. Cuong got to work right away. In the space of just a couple months he transformed our ADU from a dated and ugly, unusable space, into an amazing little home, which we furnished and rent now. I was (and am) incredibly impressed by Cuong. He is not someone you need to press to do the right thing. He is independently motivated to do the job the right way, and to work efficiently. He would ask to work weekends just to stay on schedule; he would pick up materials for us; and he was flexible and available when we needed him. *Note that the only thing he doesn't really do is design. He will consult on small things, like where to put outlets, or how a door should open, but I would not expect him to design and build. Provided you have your design and vision though, the man can execute. It is a pleasure to write this review and to share our experience, and I think our results speak for themselves (which I've posted before and after photos of). I wish Cuong and NCC all the best; although I'm sure we'll be seeing them soon on some of our many projects :)

Before moving forward, I asked several reasonable clarification questions about what was included in the quote, such as removal/disposal, templating, fabrication, delivery, plumbing or appliance reconnection, timeline, etc which was unclear in the quote. Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.

The project was to demo 800 square feet of 30 year old tile and install new tile flooring that runs from the large entry way under the front door into the living room of my house. With huge plate glass windows throughout the space. There was also a rainwater drainage issue that needed a solution. All my concerns about the tile layout and sloping for drainage and protecting the big windows were all addressed both upfront and throughout process. This job included removing the old tiles, machine grinding to remove old cement and rebuilding of the cement base outside, putting in a new drainage pipe through a cement frame under a glass wall and then installing the new tile. The end result is a beautiful new tile floor. I highly recommend DJ and his team to handle your home remodel projects.

I believe they have the skill set to do basic repairs and projects. Maybe even more than easy, but it seems when any sort of adversity comes the quality falters. I had a driveway done, which does look nice, but ended up cracking in quite a few places. Not two or three places, but all over. Cracking across the majority of the driveway. I asked about any sort of warranty, having one or two cracks I could've looked past it. When it continued and started cracking all over it got frustrating. Especially when JD came out and looked at the cracks and told me he would ask his concrete guys about a fix. (At this point I was already anticipating he would NOT get back to me, and what do you know. Ghosted.) No communication after that, no attempts to update me on any sort fix. For anyone that reads the reviews. You'll notice the out of country, had an emergency excuse. He used that excuse with me as well after blowing us off for multiple days at a time. Seems fishy. Cheap contractor. Cheap work. Bad customer service. I'd recommend to do your due diligence and get more quotes especially if these guys are your only one. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

First he did tile work and gave us a quote for 3800 then behind my back changed the quote and got another 2000 extra out of my mother that I didn't even know, then we decided to hire him to install hardwood floors because he said he does it all the time, gave us a quote for 7300 and then did two days of sanding and came back and said it will be now almost 10k because he has to level and I decided to get estimates from other people and they all said all that is no necessary and the work he did was pointless, and my mother went ahead and paid him a 2000 dollar down payment and we unfortunately had to go elsewhere and now he says he only owes us 300 back out of the 2k and charged us for paying his employees and renting a sander(idk which hardwood flooring installer has to rent a sander then throw the price at you later) we agreed to pay him the 550 for the sanding in the quote and he said no it's now 1700 for all this stuff he decided to add on, also the people installing now got almost all the way done and have to stop because he didn't measure right. He came by our house 3 times to take measurements!! now the installers have to stop and have us order more while all our furniture is in the living room and my mother is without a room, on top of all this heartache I'm 6 months pregnant! HIRE YELSON LLC THEY WONT SCREW YOU OVER AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING Here are picks of all his quotes My mother also paid him in cash and we only got an invoice for 1800 bucks for the tile, never got another invoice he is shady!!!
