My experience with Visionary Handyman was awesome. I met Lucas while picking up some paint. I asked if his company did interior painting. He was so very kind and helpful to me. He had an estimator come over the next day and the painting began the following day. I hit their small open window for timing!! Matt was here painting for two days. His work is superb. Matt tarped the floors, protected the ceiling fan, I really appreciated the care he took with our home. The three employees I met were very professional and personable. Lucas and his crew are not just 'handy'! They are builders - all about integrity, craftsmanship, value, and good communication. And they know what they are doing - getting the job done. They are working on completing our complex addition/remodel project, integrating contemporary features into our older, unique and very solid home. The scope of which includes: a completely new gourmet kitchen, foyer/mudroom, laundry room, fireplace and remodel of 2 bathrooms. They are framing open volume spaces, layering on cladding, installing windows, applying trim, running ducts, and managing most subcontractors involved in building a house from the ground up - from earth moving, foundation, plumbing, electrical, roofing, .... and now onward to drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, and painting. We called Visionary not knowing what to expect. That first phone call and all calls since, were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. We have a complex Victorian Farmhouse that we're remodeling, and some 2nd and 3rd story, facia that's difficult to access, that needed prep, priming and painting, before installing new gutters. With gutter installers arriving on Friday, we were under the gun. Lucas and Nick came and addressed our construction needs in a professional and efficient manner. The price they charged for the work was reasonable, and considering we're retired on a fixed income, the price was a big bonus.
