They did a terrible job explaining their process of fixing windows. When I called to tell them I was disappointed that it was going to take so long for them to repair the window and that I didn't feel like they communicated effectively the women that answered was INCREDIBLY rude and pretty much said I was crazy for thinking they were going to fix it during the appointment that my husband took off work for. She did not apologize one time for the misunderstanding. More than a week later when I called to check on the status of the window they said they assumed I no longer wanted it and they had canceled my order. We are moving out of our hours in 10 short day and now we have to find a different company. I don't usually leave reviews but I do not recommend anyone use this company.

Two dealerships and 3 other places later Rods was recommended to me by The Shop in Pacific, MO after they performed a state inspection when I asked about the noise yet again. I made an appointment at Rods muffler and took it. After troubleshooting the noise, they replaced the exhaust resonator and poof the noise is gone! It's been a few days since I took my truck there for exhaust repair. And I am still very upset at…read morethe guy who drove it from the parking lot into the shop bay. He put it in reverse and backed up with the Emergency brake engaged. The truck wouldn't move because the Emergency brake was engaged. So he just kept giving it more and more gas pedal. I heard the engine revved up to over half throttle and I yelled at him "the Emergency brake is set". The vehicle has a V8 with 360 HP, it will move at an idle. Also it will sound an alarm and post a notice on the instrument panel when you have it in gear with the Emergency brake engage!. I bought the truck new and have owned the truck for 14 years and I have never been near that hard on it. I can Not afford to have the drive train rebuilt. And I definitely do not want to buy another truck. It is unbelievable anybody could be this stupid and it is totally unacceptable. And he acted like it was nothing to be upset about. The thought of him being so disrespectful to me and my truck makes me angry I will admit.
