SCAM SCAM SCAM! This place is the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!…read moreNot only is the customer service the worst I've ever experienced, but they also sell damaged products listed as "working" -- total false advertisement! We bought a set of car seats they claimed were black leather power seats in good condition. They sent us photos and confirmed this over the phone. We paid while on the call and were told the seats would be ready for pickup. I explained we were 1.5 hours away and leaving immediately. When our driver arrived, they said the seats weren't ready because they were "too busy." We had clearly confirmed they would be pulled beforehand. The driver waited, but they didn't know how long it would take. He had to drive back empty-handed. Later, they called and said the seats were now "ready" -- left sitting outside in the rain. The driver had to return, wasting another 1.5 hours. When we finally got the seats, they were NOTHING like promised: * Torn, scratched, and cracked leather * Damaged stitching * Power functions didn't even work When we called to address these issues -- the false advertisement, the 6 hours of wasted driving, and them leaving paid items out in the rain -- they laughed on the phone and acted like it was normal business. No apology, no discount, no accountability. And then it got worse. When we opened the invoice they emailed us... under the customer name line, they had written:"CNT AS BTCH."(Yes, you read that right.) I called back, asking to speak with a manager. The employee laughed hysterically when I explained what was written. No apology. She put me on hold, then came back and said no managers were available -- but I could talk to Dena, the person who wrote it. I said I didn't want to speak with someone who wrote such a disgusting slur on an invoice. They said it was the "only option" and then hung up on me. I called back -- they hung up again.I called again -- they put Dena on the phone, and she mocked the situation, laughed, and joked about it with other employees laughing in the background. I've never in my life experienced such: * Unprofessionalism * Disrespect * Dishonesty * Harassment No one at this business has taken any accountability or tried to make it right. Instead, they harassed me, laughed at my concerns, and made it worse at every step. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and sharing this experience on every platform possible to warn other customers. AVOID ST. JAMES AUTO & TRUCK PARTS / PRP CDC AUTO PARTS COMPANY OF ST. LOUIS! If you value your time, money, or basic decency -- stay far away.

You don't find that fast of service in any big city or dealership. We are so grateful for the prompt service and the kindness shown. Thank you again. Art and Gigi Gamst, St. James Mo.

My truck broke down leaving me stranded in St. James this past Sunday. My wife drove 2 hours from…read morehome to pick me up and I left my truck on a business parking and decided I would research some auto repair places once I got home and have it towed someplace local to repair it. I knew from experience my Ford had experienced a blown out spark plug and I did a google search and found Daniel's garage in St. James. I called and spoke with "Bruce" and he assured me he would go take a look at my vehicle within the hour as I had left my keys in the truck and he would be able to start it and listen to the engine. His business was less than a mile from where I parked my vehicle and I told him I could have it towed or he could limp it into his garage. After not hearing from him after two hours I called to check on the status. He told me they were busy and he was just getting ready to send someone to look at it. Two more hours go by and I call again to check on the status and see if he had sent someone to look at it. His response seemed to indicate he had forgotten all about it and he again assured me that he was sending someone out to look at right away and he would call me back before they closed the shop around 5pm. STILLLLLLL no call and when I tried to call them at closing time, all I received was an answering machine. That was it for me and I called Hutchison Ford in St. James the next morning and had it towed through my insurance provider road side assistance. The Ford dealer called me right away when my truck was brought in and had it fixed and ready for me to pick up by the afternoon. So, to recap, if you are broken down and have to leave your vehicle in St. James avoid Daniel's garage. Horrible customer service and won't return your calls.
