Cory then showed me the written estimate and asked me if I could read English. I asked to speak to Brendon, who came over and confirmed our original conversation, which included "touch up paint". I turned to Cory and referred to his earlier comment about no paint involved. He then suggested we just forget the repair. My wife continued to talk to Brendon, and apparently reached some agreement. More than the repair (photos attached", I can't help wondering how the manager of a public facility can be openly rude? Most are friendly, some are polite, this was totally unexpected.

I really think they understand the discombobulating situation people are in when they have to deal with them. Two of my vehicles were totaled, so that was a no-repair. But they were accommodating and gracious when we came to get the personal items out of the cars. Two were repaired. In short order, with extra accommodation to the non-body work that had to be done, by collaborating with the engine people. And it all got done in one fell swoop without too much of my intervention. They communicate well on what's going on, how the insurance claim is going and when the car will be delivered. When I walked in and they knew my name, I knew I was a frequent flyer!! Before I could contain him, poo was in the hatch, the entire back seat and the passenger bucket seat. Then this happened: I spent about a year trying to clean it myself. I mashed the poo in, I used Magic All Purpose Cleaner, I borrowed my mom's "carpet shampooer", I used Oxiclean. My efforts made everything worse for an entire year. My niece suggested Soap Stars so I went instead of selling the car. I am very happy. I know these kinds of services are vague about pricing, in fact, Ryan did not give me a number before he started. Wanna know how much this life-altering service cost? ONLY $60! IKR? Why did I break my back, frustrate myself, thin live in crap for a year?
