I called Fleer's immediately, and they arranged for me to bring my car in the day after Thanksgiving (they weren't even open, but they wanted to get me back on the road ASAP, how's that for going the extra mile?). Jerry's is an approved vendor for USAA Insurance, which is no small feat. The car did take quite some time to repair (over a month), but this was mainly due to a substantial backlog and parts delays. The service manager (?) was transparent about the repair timing from day one, and he never seemed ruffled when I called repeatedly for an update. The Rivian needed a new hood given all the damaged. However, it is very challenging to get parts to say the least. Grey's team got to work "popping" hundreds of dings and in 4 days the truck looked like new again. No paint, no parts, just sheer talent pushing the dents out. Not sure what the final cost was but given a traditional repairs with parts and paint I know this was a better and faster repair and that is the best value in my opinion.
