The 2 ladies at the front desk tried to tell her the car was a total loss (over 3-4000) and liberty mutual tried to take the car from me for an extra 2-300$. There running a complete scam operation here because I took it to a dobbs where they fixed ALL the problems for less than 500$. Liberty basically paid her an extra 4000 for nothing because carstar tried scamming saying it was a total loss. It was complete incompetence and they need to be investigated for their procedures and their diagnostics. And whether the insurance is paying the bill or not they need to be professionals and give a right quote for repairs.

The day we were dropping it off, I told my daughter there's no wonder no one knew what I was talking about, the estimate came from them and not from the location I had thought my daughter took it too. So while I was speaking to my adult daughter about it not being the correct place, the front desk lady immediately said "you can take it somewhere else" in a snooty tone. I asked to look at the repair sheet because I wanted to see if the front windshield was getting replaced. While I was reading it out loud to my daughter, the front desk lady tried to snatch it out of my hands, which I stopped her. She got up, told the other front desk lady she wasn't going to deal with me, and walked into an office. The other front desk lady said it probably be best to take my vehicle to the other place, since I'm not happy. I said I wasn't unhappy, but interrupting my conversation with my daughter and trying to snatch paperwork out of my hands is apparently upsetting the other front desk lady. The owner, Toni Donius asked me to step outside. She said apparently things got heated up inside. And the front desk ladies don't want me to not be satisfied and give a bad review. I had no intention in given a bad review, I just wanted to check in my vehicle and make sure everything was listed in the estimate. My vehicle sat there from Wednesday till the following Monday to find out they decided to refuse to do service on it. They blamed the insurance, saying insurance told them not to do it, but I've had my insurance for 25 years, and my adjuster said she would of never say that. So my vehicle has been just sitting on their lot. Toni Donius has texted me personally on Wednesday & Thursday and not once said they were refusing to do the work. Today after we found out, Toni texted me to find out what time I would be there to pick up my vehicle. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    Shockingly bad customer service. Don't believe the good reviews, they are old. This place has…read morechanged. They no longer care about the customer. Sheri, who I believe is part owner was incredibly rude to me and even neglected to honor the arrangement she made with me to order parts for my damaged vehicle. So firstly the arrangement, She explained it would be a while before parts came in due to the pandemic. I understood so I wasn't pressed to call them up and check for a while. Two months go by and I call, She tells me, "Oh yeah, I decided not to order the parts because you didn't seem sure what you wanted done." What!? Why didn't she inform me of this decision?? Mind you, I was very clear about what I wanted done. The only thing she could have been confused on was that I inquired about skipping some cosmetic work but made it clear I wanted the parts ordered and would pay to have that work done. SHE AGREED. She word for word told me she would call me when the parts came in. Even if I was unclear she should have told me she wasn't going to order the parts I would have been happy to work out a solution that worked for her and I both. Instead she just decided not to honor her word. Not only that, she acted like she had done nothing wrong and even blamed ME. The worst part is after I expressed my frustration with the situation she told me she didn't need my service anyway and HUNG UP ON ME. I was stunned. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a body shop owner she knows better. She knows my vehicle is damaged and that it shouldn't be driven in that state for long. Despite that she felt completely comfortable blowing me off, leaving me thinking I had parts coming in that were never ordered. Her complete lack of care for her customers was astounding. My vehicle wobbles at high speeds and has taken on more undue damage through all the waiting and because of her lack of professionalism I will have to find another body shop and wait (who knows how long) for the parts to come in which will of course cause even more undue stress to my damaged vehicle in the meantime as I have nothing else to drive. Don't believe the good reviews, they are old. This place has changed. They no longer care about the customer.
