Recently, my vehicle was parked on the street, next to an old couch that was scheduled to be picked up the next morning by our trash service. Someone decided to light the couch on fire while we were asleep, and unfortunately the fire spread to my vehicle, which caused some serious fire damage to the entire back and passenger side. My car was towed to Don's, and within a day, I was receiving updates from Robyn (who responds quickly to calls and messages). Robyn kept me updated on the progress. Don's team worked diligently for days, making sure my car looked like new. On a side note, the repairs took a little longer than expected. I was in a rental car provided by my insurance company, but they limit the # of days that they will pay for a rental. I called Robyn and explained that I would be paying out of pocket for my rental, and she made sure that I wouldn't be hit with these unexpected expenses. Don's auto body actually covered the rental car expense for the remaining amount of time they needed to complete the repairs. I've never felt more taken care by any body/repair shop in my life. These folks TRULY treat their customers like family. I will never consider taking my car anywhere else. When I got my car back, it was spotless, and it looked beautiful again!! Don's Auto Body made my hail repair process incredibly easy. Adam gave me a walkaround on my vehicle and pointed a number of things out that I should make sure get accounted for during my insurance inspection, one of which, a spot of broken paint, got missed initially by the adjuster. This was the first insurance claim I'd ever made in my life, and Adam and the office staff explained how the process would go clearly. They even offered me a discounted rate for an Enterprise rental since my insurance did not include rental coverage. They took care of the insurance supplementation process, and went above and beyond the repairs required. The repairs were perfect, I had over 20 dents including broken paint and non-PDR severity dents, and you couldn't tell a single one of them was there. The office staff remained in contact the entire time my car was there, and gave periodic updates on the status of the repair. The entire process was handled extremely professionally, and it was clear they actually cared for their customers and their work. I wish more businesses were run like this one these days. I have been using Don's Auto Body for over 40 years. Times may have changed but the level of service that has been provided to me and my family has not. The quality of work is second to none and the same can be said for customer satisfaction. Recently a few of the bumper clips that hold the rear bumper in place and lined up on my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe broke which is rare. I also had a couple hail dings on a front fender and I had some spots from water run off down the driver's side that I have been unable to make go away for over two years. The work was done in one day. The bumper came out great, the hail dings are gone, and all the spots were buffed out. I have and always will recommend Don's Auto Body. read more

We could not be more pleased and satisfied with the people, quality of workmanship and timing. They were able to get us our car back a day early and it was absolutely gorgeous. We had a dent in driver's side door and front fender and the work matched perfectly and looks as if brand new. Plus they also work with Enterprise Car Leasing and we were able to drop off rental car to them instead of also driving back to rental place. How convenient is that. I have been using Don's Auto Body for years. Once when I went to pick up my car, they weren't happy with it and said they needed to do a better job.
