DID ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO MY WHEEL! Through their service plan, Dent Wizard's subcontracted…read moretechnician created additional damage to my wheel. Granted, they fixed the cosmetic damage I caused, but they created more by doing so. The machine used caused swirl marks, nicks/dings, and metal burrs on the face of my wheel. Which was acknowledged to Dent Wizard by the technician. The technician said he can not take a layer off the wheel, to repair it, because it will affect the structural integrity of the wheel. The issue was escalated to a supervisor, who informed me, "The repair was done complete." I was told management felt the repair was satisfactory. They would acknowledge the technician caused additional damage, but stuck with the repair was completed. BEWARE: Dent Wizard's subcontractors can damage your wheel and not be held accountable. If they damage it and can't fix it, the logical thing is to replace it, no? They won't, because the contract is for repair, not replacement, and apparently they get to determine what is an acceptable repair, not the customer. I've had one wheel previously refinished, do to a spike going through my wheel in 2003, not completed by Dent Wizard. The wheel came back perfect.

When I was finally able to pick my car up, I noticed a new scratch that was not there when I had dropped it off. Management was quick to offer help and scheduled to sand and paint it a couple of weeks out from the original pick up. On my way to drop it off for the scratch repair, I got a flat tire. The management fixed the scratch and patched the tire for me, all for free. I could not say enough good things about their service and care! Was in a bind on my last day off prior to next one being 10 days out. Did not realize my emissions…read moretest I had done in November from another shop only lasted 60 days. Showed up to DMV to renew license plate and they informed me I needed another one done. Called LTS to see if it would be possible to get A same day emissions test performed and they got me in within 20 minutes. Incredible service, sitting here in the lobby listening to the praise and worship they have playing on their radio and feeling very thankful.

Took the car in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they couldn't do…read morethe emissions because the battery had just been replaced two days before and all the data was wiped. They completed the oil change and let us know we didn't need to rotate our tires yet that they were too new and that would be needed at the next oil change. They explained to us how to get the mileage we needed on the car so they could do emissions. Didn't need a follow up appointment, pulled in this morning. They completed the emissions and I was out of there in 10 minutes. This place is crazy busy but I had no problem getting an appointment and getting taken care of. I'm so impressed that they were so honest and upfront about the tire rotation. They could've easily done that and just charged us even though it wasn't necessary. Definitely will be back to this place anytime the car needs anything. Was able to schedule the appointment online, which is so convenient! And, really nice friendly people!
