Grey's team got to work "popping" hundreds of dings and in 4 days the truck looked like new again. No paint, no parts, just sheer talent pushing the dents out. Absolutely awesome work! Wife's car had some serious hail damage. They had the car for 1 week and when we picked it up it looked like a new car. Not a dent to be found anywhere on the car. Glad we had insurance to help pay for it as it was not inexpensive. I'm sure that is just a factor of the number of dings they had to repair. But the work was impressive. Grey went out of his way to help me get parts that were supposed to have been included in the new assembly but wasn't. There was only one guy working when I went in on a Saturday morning to get a small dent repaired. He was working the front desk, handled a walk in for an estimate and still fixed my dent within the promised 20 minutes. The waiting area was nothing fancy, but they had a few chairs and a bunch of current magazines so I was a happy camper! I can't comment on the price since mine was covered under a 1 year service plan provided by my dealer, but the service was good and I was happy with the finished product! read more

Right away, I had two employees step out to take a look. I was a little leery as I took out a "scratch and dent" policy from my dealer for my wife's CR-V. The insurance company took my info and said I would get a call today or next. I got same day call from Margie (?). She verified my information and asked about my schedule and set an appointment form 9:00 AM today. She told me take less than an hour... I got there, was greeted by someone else and Marjie asked for my keys.
