I went to Caliber Collision after an accident because they were on my insurance company's list of approved repair shops. Unfortunately, they significantly overpromised and underdelivered. I was initially told my van would take 2-3 weeks to repair and cost around $6,000. Instead, the process took nearly three months and ended up costing closer to $8,000. Communication was extremely poor. Each time I called, I was told someone would call me back, but it often took several days to actually speak with anyone. I was also repeatedly told they would arrange a rental car for me, but that never happened. Shortly after getting my van back, a "Maintenance Required" light appeared. I took it to the dealership, where I was told, "It looks like you let a 16-year-old repair your car." The wiring had been patched together with electrical tape. I ultimately had to pay an additional $800 for the dealership to repair the issue properly. Save yourself the time and frustration -- find a different repair shop. read more

No one likes collisions No one enjoys having your life disrupted and property damaged by someone else's distracted driving To say I'm easy to please with collision repairs would be a lie, to say I am hard to please would be a gross understatement I wanted to understand every part and it origin (used, aftermarket or OEM) as well as invoices No problem the Caliber team provides all the details I wanted When the at fault insurance company would not cover OEM parts I asked Caliber to order OE and bill them to me, they did When I wanted to see all the sublets for AC evac and recharge, ADAS scan and recalibration, they did When I said I would only accept a properly color matched / tinted finish given the repairs would not require blending the color was spot on given the substrate differences When I asked for a matching texture, free of nibs and other debris they completely delivered Lastly, when we picked up the car, I asked to ensure every light, horn,A/C and ADAS feature be confirmed as operational they did. Like I said I'm sure was I was not their easier customer but this location, team and Caliber delivered a perfect pre-accident restoration of this $7k repair on our son's late model low mileage German automobile. read more

My windshield was broken and rear view mirror ripped out. Subaru said I'd need a new rear view at a cost over $500 in addition to windshield and recalibration. I trusted caliber collision with my vehicle only to get let down at the end. I will never recommend them to any one nor will I ever bring my vehicle/vehicles for service.. I brought my car in because my car had been vandalized (two busted windows and some minor scratches to my paint)..when I picked my car up because they said it was ready for pick up. I noticed that there where items on my back seat that I didn't leave there ( bag of winter ice melt and a coat) mind you when dropped my car off it was above 90 degrees outside and I had two busted windows. When I lifted the bag of ice melt up I noticed that there was a what looked like to me a burn mark and some shattered glass from my busted window that they replaced. So what someone did was took the ice melt out of my trunk and a coat and placed it on my back seat to cover up the spot as if I wouldn't notice. I called caliber right away to let them know what I found they asked me to bring it back in. It was later in the even when I picked my vehicle up right before they were about to close so I took it back the following morning. When I went in I talked to jack and the regional manager shay simms I explained to them the situation and at that time I was called a liar and was told the ice melt and coat were on my seat when I brought my vehicle in which was not true at all.. I cleaned my car completely out before I brought my vehicle in because I was told that they have had break-ins at that location. I asked for before pictures because I know that they take pictures before they even touch the vehicle and I was told that no pictures were taken which I know that's not true but that would prove to them that there was nothing on my seat when I brought it in. First they told me that they didn't do it and they weren't liable and then I guess Mr. Simms had a change of heart and decided to fix the problem even though they did nothing (his words) well they partially fixed the problem. they put the cheapest leather on my back seat that they could find and sent me on my way I'm not happy and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if my life depended on it. Oh yeah and they vacuumed out the whole car but the spot with a burn they live glass in and oh sorry we didn't vacuum that spot because the ice melt was there.. smh read more

I loved the speediness of the repair and the staff was very friendly and professional. When I picked up my car, I was thrilled to see how great the repair looked, as if it was never damaged. The only disappointment I have is that my expectations of my car being cleaned and detailed was not done. I opened the door and it actually looked worse than when I dropped it off, trash thrown in seats and nothing wiped down or vacuumed... Natalie, who told me after I asked her when I dropped off the car, that it would be detailed, standing next to me looking in said, "Yeah, Shay said, to tell you our Detailer is out sick and that's why it wasn't cleaned. Some people don't care about the little things, however, when I mentioned, as stated above about detailing, she told me it would look beautiful, when I picked it up, complimenting the detailer.
