So I didn't get seen by a phlebotomist and walked out without patient care. I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient and were kind, uplifting and compassionate toward patients. She is gracious, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Because it was Mother's Day, as the clinic director, she opted to come in to let other members of the staff have the day off. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly evaluate my condition. She provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that she took the time to explain in detail. Both Savannah and Brenda at the front desk were so patient in helping me troubleshoot some issues I was having with the app. The clinic is clean and spacious. I arrived for the first time with no appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. But more importantly, I left with a treatment plan, medication submitted to my pharmacy, and the confidence that I know what to do to get better. If I could give more than five stars I would. I'm so thankful for Carbon health urgent care in Temecula! (Although I hope I don't have to come back, I will definitely return for any urgent care needs and will tell my friends and family to do the same.)

I…read morebrought my son in for ear pain, and he was diagnosed with a middle-ear infection and prescribed oral amoxicillin. I questioned the diagnosis because his symptoms seemed much more consistent with swimmer's ear, especially since he had pain when his outer ear was touched or pulled and had been spending a lot of time swimming underwater. I took him to his pediatrician for a second evaluation, and the pediatrician diagnosed swimmer's ear, not a middle-ear infection, and prescribed ear drops instead. I'm very glad I trusted my concerns and had him rechecked before starting an oral antibiotic he apparently didn't need. When it comes to children, I expect careful evaluation before antibiotics are prescribed. This experience left me with very little confidence in Carbon Health for pediatric care.

I went into carbon health urgent care today because I had cut my heel. The nurse practitioner who…read morestitched me up was very pleasant as were most everybody at the place. The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.

The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county.

After going back and being placed in a room I was called back for X-rays. The doctor came back and confirmed what I knew about my toe. He told me he couldn't do anything, he couldn't wrap it and he also told me I could purchase a boot and wait for my orthopedic referral. I felt so defeated and depressed. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. I pray every one in this office that was there on Tuesday soften their hearts and be more kind to people.

It was later in the evening and I kept them longer than they were open. No one complained. The PA-Avo was amazing and his bedside manner is awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me in the process and what to expect. The assistant Tamara was great and Alvin helped too. Jen manned the front desk until I was done. Can't say enough good things about the care I received.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
