LabCorp takes appointments (I'm not too sure about QuestDiagnostics). I arrived at the facility shortly before my 9:45 appointment time, leaving enough time to check-in at the kiosk and with the receptionist. The waiting area was full of people; it was standing room only. But fifteen minutes later, the phlebotomist calls me in to the office, draws my blood and I'm on my merry way! Appointments rule! The staff were pretty friendly and they tried to be as accommodating as possible. I do have a critique about the seating arrangement; I don't know why all the chairs were bunched up in the middle of the room instead of spread out like it use to be but this new close-knit arrangement makes me a little claustrophobic; I didn't like sitting that close to a person who may or may not be sick. Sorry but I didn't care for it. Other than that, I'd opt to go to LabCorp over Quest Diagnostics just for the sheet convenience of not having to wait 2 hours for a 6-minute procedure.

There were no signs posted anywhere stating that they stop accepting walk-ins early or that they close check-ins at 2pm. The staff member who came out (a white lady) was rude and unprofessional, speaking dismissively to customers waiting in line. Here's the funny part... while I was writing this review, Yelp says they close in 42 minutes, and my phone time was 3:18pm. Seriously? Is this a joke? Who's managing this location?

You do have to jump through the ' let's make sure you're human' rings. As I walked in, the lady asked me if I had appointment. I told her I did and she told me to check in at the automated kiosk. Since I use LabCorp due to insurance, they had all of my information. All I had to do was scan my insurance card. Counter girl was efficient, a little friendly, but on a busy day, you can't expect much. Had to do a lot of tests, luckily it was only two vials of blood. The blood technician, not sure if it was a phlebotomist, perform a fairly painless blood draw. She was nice and friendly. I do recommend this place . Probably one of the better places and experience since I've had doing yearly blood labs.

I jump to the counter and ask if I could check in. She pointed to a little screen on the far side of room. Then walked away. There is no sign or any indication that I had to check in electronically. When I arrived, there were 6 people in the waiting room. Now 25 min later, there were 5 people. More people came in at 9:45 am. I can see why they have a low star rating. Not about customer service here. Aetna requirements to lower insurance is to have a Wellness check and Aetna made the appointment for me. They Definitely should not use this office again. Now 9 people in waiting room. Only one guy called back and he left already. I was called back before quite a few of the other people waiting. Probably because I had an appointment as they do take walk-ins. After I was called back, I saw they were only two workers. One of the girls said she was going on break, and left the office. Teresa was the phlebotomists and it did take her quite a while to enter in all my information. But was originally a one star review, got bumped up because she was very good at her job. I didn't even feel that needle she inserted to take five blood test tubes. For the wellness check she had to get my blood pressure, waist measurements etc. once all of my information was put in, she was very efficient. Definitely a professional. As for the post Covid work shortage, maybe that has hit this place, however, i'm sure they could handle more office work. So I had to walk up and down the halls of the first, second, and finally third floor before finding it. There is no one working at the desk. There's a tablet in the corner, which I didn't see at first. By the time I checked in, I was late. I added my name as a stand by. The only chance you have to talk to a live person is when the phlebotomists come out to call the next person, and they make it obvious they're not interested in helping. One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.

Upon entering, there were about 4-5 people ahead of me with appointments, so obviously those people were seen first and then several people came in after right after me. Ultimately, I was in and out within 25 minutes, which I felt very reasonable considering I walked in without an appointment and several people ahead of me. I found this location to be very convenient and the staff quick and friendly.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process super quick and easy. The waiting area had plenty of chairs and looked clean and organized, with about six stations for the lab work process. Parking in the plaza is a little limited, but I was able to find a spot within a few minutes. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I was in and out before my actual appointment time!
