I came in for a walk-in at Quest Diagnostics because there weren't many afternoon slots available on their app. I checked in and waited, then a lady came out and said their last walk-in accepted is at 3:10pm and I was there before that time! There were no signs posted anywhere stating that they stop accepting walk-ins early or that they close check-ins at 2pm. The staff member who came out (a white lady) was rude and unprofessional, speaking dismissively to customers waiting in line. Here's the funny part... while I was writing this review, Yelp says they close in 42 minutes, and my phone time was 3:18pm. Seriously? Is this a joke? Who's managing this location? read more

I was so surprised at these negative reviews. Easy to park in the St. Mary's parking garage right across the street. Made an appointment and was brought back as soon as I got there and checked-in. The waiting room was clean, as well as the patient rooms. My phlebotomist, Jen, was so kind and professional! Was in and out in under 15 minutes. read more

It is always a roll of the dice to go with Quest. The service, technicians, and experience can vary wildly. The entire process is reasonably straight forward. Make an appointment on the app. Park and leave at least 10-15 minutes to walk to the office from the nearest parking at this location. check in on the kiosk and be ready with all of your info, id, medical cards whether it is your first or fifteenth time. Get a draw and the results come to the app withing 24 hours. Seems simple enough, but there always seems to be at least one snag in the process. YMMV. read more

I had an appointment, confirmed by both email and text. I checked in 15 minutes early at the kiosk, just as I have done numerous times before. When my name didn't appear on the office screen, I questioned the Quest gatekeeper. I was accused of being late (not true) and then told that the computer must have kicked me out. The gatekeeper did not try to resolve the issue, but basically shut the door in my face. I also noted other patients having similar complaints. I have patronized this facility for years, but will never do so again. Off to Labcorp! read more

It's a 20 min drive from my location. I'm trying to get my labs done and there isn't an option to speak with anyone!! I want to make sure they received the order before I drive there. My mom also is getting a drug screening for a new job and on the site it says that location does drug screenings but in scheduling it says it does not. So which one is it? I haven't even been there and I'm already frustrated with this place. To think I used to send lab orders for our patients.... Definitely will be using lab corp for them in the future. read more

I get sent here every year for annual blood work and every year I get the same lady. She is pleasant and does a very good job at drawing blood. The only thing I have an issue with is sometimes checking in with your mobile doesn't always work like it should. My wait time was very short. Also like the new location they are at now in Reno. read more

This was my very first time checking into a medical office that didn't have a human receptionist. It was cool it had a screen to put your basic information in. Wow things have really changed these days. I found it was actually a very efficient method. Waiting time was like 15-20 minutes. Make a appointment because it's faster that way. The only issue was the parking, you have to drive up one of those massive garages that services St. Mary's Hospital so it was packed! read more

Came in with an appointment they called the walkin before me. The tech was rude after I asked why I waited for 45 minutes and no one spoke to me after I check in. I was told because they're busy working. The tech kept arguing with me even after I told her it's over now, she told me I was rude and she has never had anyone ride as me in her chair. I watched both techs walking around with they're phone in they're hand for 20 minutes laughing and talking dancing around. At least she got my blood on the first draw. read more

Horrible!!! Had to stick me twice and i can't log in to get my results. Their system says I'm registered and then says I am not!!!!! No way to reset your login or password on line. You're put into an endless loop. No phone number to call. read more

OMG me and my husband went in for blood work and was treat horribly by the lady that was working there. She looked angry and was quite rude and almost intolerable to work with. I tried to engage with her to see if she would loosen up but she got worse. She also is not good at drawing blood either and I was well hydrated. I will make sure I do not have her service me in the future because her attitude really stinks and she seemed like she really did not want to help us at all. read more

We bought Covid-19 tests nearly two weeks ago. We ended up not needing them and cancelled. We were told 2-3 and the refund would arrive. It's been two weeks now, and still crickets. I've called multiple numbers as nobody seems to know the answer I am just running in circles. I call their listed numbers, and they say they can't do anything and it needs to be handled online in the portal. I contact the portal and they say I need to call. I contact via email, and just get an automated response, and never answers the question. Just downright awful customer service. Probably the worst I've ever experienced. read more

Showed up on 1/11/2021, check in, and the rude woman comes out and snaps at me saying that I need to make an appointment. Here's the deal elm street. I bet you people 20 and up have had blood draws multiple times in life. So yeah as a 26 year old myself I can't even count on mine, yours, and someone else's fingers and toes how many times I've had a blood draw done. With that being said- I know how long it takes. 30 seconds MAYBE, ifff you don't have an idiot putting a needle in you. So when I walk in at 7am to an empty waiting room and your older "experienced" staff comes out to ask me if I have an appointment and I respond nicely with no I don't I just need a basic blood draw... and while I'm sitting in the empty waiting room you proceed to tell me you don't have time to get me in...? First, What wonderful service you have as a person. Secondly, Seriously?? A 30 second blood draw is really backing up the line you didn't have? So are you lazy or just one of the idiots sticking a needle in an arm? Just curious. Make appointments everyone. The empty waiting room demands it. read more

I'm taking covid into consideration as I write this. I've been having some very serious heart related symptoms and needed a few tests which I've done at this very location on different occasions in the past. I work on the road and had my tests sent to this lab as they are national and I've been here before. Short story long I was greeted with "we can't do your labs." This now forces me to drive to my doctor where I live exposing me to more potential risks with the pandemic. The lack of empathy and care is beyond me. I can tell this woman was miserable as we spoke and decided to just get the hell out of there. I wore a double mask while there, but I feel exposed and not cared for. While my appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m., I was actually not even acknowledged until 9:15. Then the person drawing blood needed to do paperwork prior to drawing my blood. While I know this is not their fault, someone (a receptionist maybe?) really should be handling the paperwork for them, not making the client wait in the chair, while they do data input. It took another 5 - 10 min, and then she was ready to take my blood. My husbands' insurance takes him to Labcorp, and there always seems to be someone there to take his information, and then he gets called back. Lickity split he's called back and out in less than 5 normally. Now about the woman that drew my blood... she was really great. Very considerate. I mentioned to her that I bruised easily and she took great care to assure me that it wouldn't happen on her watch. She was right...no bruise. Thanks. read more

I'm glad I woke-up early to go to my Quest appointment in Carson City, Nevada, Monday, July 18th. I was there pronto for my 7:00am appointment as requested. Funny thing is at 8:00am about six of us got an email the center was closed for maintenance. Well all of us got emails confirming our appointments the day before. Eat crap and die. Your BS screwed up numerous folks day. I had to reschedule an important doctor appointment for Oct. I hope I don't die. Also, I could have went kayaking instead of wasting my morning at your office, because my guess an employee was too drunk to show-up. Doctor's always threatened to charge me if I don't show-up. After fasting and taking off work, I was denied service due to inexcusably poor communication from Quest. I completed their on-line check-in and COVID screen as requested. I waited in my car for the response and when it came, stating "Thanks for waiting, we are ready for you to come in now". When I came in, there were now Quest personnel and a couple other people waiting. I saw a kiosk for in person check-ins with the same COVID screening question I had responded to just minutes ago. Of course, I did not do this again since I was already checked in and invited to come in. After about 10 minutes, the first Quest employee I saw came out and confirmed my identity. She then told me that since she hadn't heard from me and I was more than 10 minutes late, that I could not get my test done. Here's a solution so that you don't waste people's time: a) staff your counter. And if that is not possible, b) your text message NEEDS to instruct people to confirm their arrival at the automated kiosk. Alternative recommendation: LabCorps is not perfect but at least has people at the counter and does't mislead their clients. read more

Same building as my Dr. and you can make online apts that seem to work the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus they got my vein on the first poke..... The parking for this building is another story..... Come early to find a good spot. And remember to sign in your time if you have made a Appt online. read more

The ladies working at this location on 6/5/2014 were awesome! I didn't even feel the needle stick. I highly recommend making an appointment online. Your wait will be considerably shorter with an appointment. It takes a minute for them to do the paperwork but they took me back pretty quick. The facility is clean and the technician was friendly and talked to me the whole time she was drawing my blood to keep my mind occupied. I'm one of those types that pass out if I'm thinking about what they are doing or look at my arm while they are drawing the blood. Well done Quest. Worst experience of my life. As a young 19 year old girl I walked in alone. I called previously to try and make an appointment over two weeks ago and left a message but no one ever called me back. I walked in today and the lady automatically assumes I'm there for a drug test. I was there for routine blood work. The lady working was the rudest lady I have ever encountered in my life. She was basically yelling at me for not having an appointment, when no one answered in the first place. To top it all off, I was super nervous because my last blood draw I fainted. Naturally I was sweating and very warm so when she took my temperature and it was 99.4, she flipped out basically saying I had covid and to watch it. First of all, 99.4 isn't even a fever. Second of all, I was at the doctors just before I drove over to the lab center and my temp was 98.3. I WAS SCARED AND SWEATING SO OBVIOUSLY MY TEMP WAS SLIGHTLY ELEVATED. Also she wouldn't even let me get a word out of my mouth and cut me off every-time I tried to speak. this lady needs to be fired ASAP, and I will do everything to make sure this happens. The ladies at THIS LOCATION are awesome. Very sweet. Had an unusual lab and she spent a long time trying to contact another lab for help. Although that lab was unprofessional and she couldn't reach anyone, she was very kind and considerate with me. Stuff happens and sometimes you have to wait for what you need, but when someone is pleasant it makes it easier to tolerate. read more

The ladies here are awesome. I took my daughter here to get blood drawn and they were great with her and got it done and most importantly they made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. read more

I took my wife to the St. Mary's Wellness Center for a blood draw and she was told that they did not use Quest Diagnostics at this time. We were instructed to go across the street to the the 343 address , 3rd floor. Arrived at the office and signed in with one other person. It was approx. 5 minutes before the first patient was called (who had an appointment). In the mean time we could hear one of the employees carrying on a loud conversation with some one who left after about 5 minutes. We waited with no one at the reception desk for 10 minutes. Another patient came in , now there are two . I finally got up and knocked at the counter and an employee came out to see who was doing that. My wife asked if anyone worked there. The employee took an attitude right away. She then looked at her sign in book and started to call the recent arrival to my dismay. I stood up and said that my wife should be next. She said that this lady has an appointment . I said she shouid take my wife next because we were referred from Wellness and of course do not have an appointment. She loudly said that no one tells her how to run her business and that she would see my wife after the appointment was taken care of. I retorted "does that mean as long as people with "an appointment" keep coming in that we will sit here all day...you are not exactly swamped. My wife gave up and left and I followed after this encounter with an extremely rude and unprofessional person.
