Understaffed. One lady was helpful but there was a man in such a bad mood. Not recommended.

Not a good start. I had a 9:30 am appointment and got here 9:15. Am. No one at the counter, so I…read moresit and wait. Finally after 10 minutes, someone came out to call a patient. I jump to the counter and ask if I could check in. She pointed to a little screen on the far side of room. Then walked away. There is no sign or any indication that I had to check in electronically. When I arrived, there were 6 people in the waiting room. Now 25 min later, there were 5 people. More people came in at 9:45 am. I can see why they have a low star rating. Not about customer service here. Aetna requirements to lower insurance is to have a Wellness check and Aetna made the appointment for me. They Definitely should not use this office again. Now 9 people in waiting room. Only one guy called back and he left already. I was called back before quite a few of the other people waiting. Probably because I had an appointment as they do take walk-ins. After I was called back, I saw they were only two workers. One of the girls said she was going on break, and left the office. Teresa was the phlebotomists and it did take her quite a while to enter in all my information. But was originally a one star review, got bumped up because she was very good at her job. I understand that there Was no time for pleasantries. She said Fridays they are usually really busy. But she was pleasant enough as well as. I give Teresa five stars. I didn't even feel that needle she inserted to take five blood test tubes. For the wellness check she had to get my blood pressure, waist measurements etc. once all of my information was put in, she was very efficient. Definitely a professional. As for the post Covid work shortage, maybe that has hit this place, however, i'm sure they could handle more office work. I don't know, it just seems that the faster they get people through, the more people they can have, the more money etc.... Anyway. Hopefully I don't have to come back here.

This location is awful. I missed my appt by 5 minutes,…read morepartly because I couldn't find it. The sign near the entrance of the building is collapsed and you can't see the suite number. So I had to walk up and down the halls of the first, second, and finally third floor before finding it. There is no one working at the desk. There's a tablet in the corner, which I didn't see at first. By the time I checked in, I was late. I added my name as a stand by. The only chance you have to talk to a live person is when the phlebotomists come out to call the next person, and they make it obvious they're not interested in helping. After 45 minutes, I left...with no blood draw. Quest, do better!!

She may have been very good, but her behavior was horrible. The 2nd time I had blood drawn, it was a much better experience because I had a different phlebotomist. In general, I would be scared to go back because of my first experience.

Last time I was here, you had to check in at the kiosk, no person to actually help if you had…read moreissues. I did not. However, I watched two people come in and have trouble. One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. The second person needed help and after watching that, I helped. I was able to help them get their license scanned and checked in. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.
