She is gracious, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Because it was Mother's Day, as the clinic director, she opted to come in to let other members of the staff have the day off. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly evaluate my condition. She provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that she took the time to explain in detail. Both Savannah and Brenda at the front desk were so patient in helping me troubleshoot some issues I was having with the app. The clinic is clean and spacious. I arrived for the first time with no appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. But more importantly, I left with a treatment plan, medication submitted to my pharmacy, and the confidence that I know what to do to get better. If I could give more than five stars I would. I'm so thankful for Carbon health urgent care in Temecula! (Although I hope I don't have to come back, I will definitely return for any urgent care needs and will tell my friends and family to do the same.)

They charge an insane amount - $230 dollars for me to get a rapid flu test. They tried to sell me on the test that goes to the lab and I declined. They came back shortly after to say it's negative and had me leave. No paperwork, nothing. Woke up the next morning feeling even worse an went to CVS - got a flu test for $13 and tested POSITIVE for flu A. This place is a scam and I wish I knew beforehand I could have just purchased an at home test for $13!!

I went into carbon health urgent care today because I had cut my heel. The nurse practitioner who…read morestitched me up was very pleasant as were most everybody at the place. The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.

There was no argument, no conflict, This action was unwarranted, intrusive, and based on an incorrect assumption. Furthermore, the way the staff member addressed my significant other was inappropriate, misleading, and disrespectful. Removing him from the room without explanation and treating the situation as if there were a safety concern was not only unprofessional, but also created unnecessary distress and discomfort for both of us. I understand that staff may have protocols they are required to follow, but this situation was handled poorly and without appropriate judgment.

She realized that she didn't have the referral after the fact. She called multiple times to get the referral to which she was told in the month of January 2025 that she needed to come and see the doctor again for the referral! She called multiple times to get the referral, but they continued to tell her she needed to see the doctor for again. Does that make any sense after she just saw the doctor only a month prior?! Today 2/5/2025 I called to speak with the staff that does the referrals, to which they told me that her appointment in December was only a Medicare wellness visit. That the appointment whether she had a problem then or not was not an appropriate appointment for a referral. The exact words were they needed a "diagnosis". To which I said, if you guys could diagnose what she has and takes 2 separate appointments, they could "diagnose" then they should also be able to treat otherwise there would be no need for a specialist. I also work in the medical field; this is a racket. No wonder patients are frustrated with medical care. It's completely mismanaged, inefficient, and the office staff leave a lot to be desired. The two women I spoke with today were Jasmine and Melissa, the seemed very disinterested in why I was upset. Clearly the point of the December visit is so they can get their year end billing done with Medicare. I seriously can see no reason otherwise because my 77 yr old mom wasted her time going to a doctor just to tell her she needs to see an ENT and then not give her a referral. I think I'll be talking to her and have her get her medical care elsewhere from now on.

I would say they're doing their job but that's about it. The lobby itself is clean and there were plenty of seats. The office has several doctors so it's surprising how few people there were. I didn't wait too long. The medical assistant who brought me back was OK. I came in to see Dr Pleskow- Weismann the allergist today. She has very limited hours but she's practically the only allergist in the area! She was great. She was not rushed. She took her time. I felt she was knowledgeable and am confident in her care.

I have had interactions with several medical staff over the years - Joe Dematia, Physician Asst. is wonderful and of course Dr. Nguyen is outstanding! The staff is always responsive and professional. I appreciate they are not reluctant to refer a medical issue to a Specialist and order labs, x-rays and scans! SO HAPPY with this group and specifically the Date Street Office! The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. He followed up with a chest x-ray as well as a ct scan resulting in other issues that I had to seek medical attention for. If not for him, the problems I had would never have been resolved. Dr. Zamora was kind and very patient as I made several calls with questions I had. I cannot thank him and the staff (Joe, Karina and Katie for their kindness. I am so grateful too all of them.
