With all the bad reviews, I was thinking my first visit was a fluke, but it really wasn't. The front was professional, efficient (not very friendly today), but the guy got me checked in quick and I was called back within a few minutes. My tech was the absolute best, she was very sweet, calming and thorough when I was brought in the back. I wish I got her name, but she was definitely the highlight of this whole nerve-wracking experience.

I was able to check in immediately but was told they are running 15 minutes behind (it was 10:55am) The waiting room was pretty full but clean. The chairs are not comfortable and all have rips in the seat pans. Thru still have Christmas lights up and a skeleton on the door. Like what!! Why?? Anyway, I'm here because I have to be but would prefer to be at a facility that runs on time. We all have a life and we can't make list time. I overheard a person saying he was here waiting since 9:30am and he just got called to the back at 11:31am. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional. This is not how a medical facility should be ran. I'm still waiting at 11:27am and was told it's be another 15 minutes to be called back. My appointment was 10:50am. That's 40 minutes late!!!! I finally get called back to get my MRI. The girl tells me to remove all metal from my body and put it the locker while she goes to check on my device I wait for another 15 minutes or so and then gave to ask someone to check on her. She comes back only to tell me Trey can't do the MRI on me because their machine is not capable of doing it. She tells me I have to go somewhere else or maybe even a hospital. So I blew an hour of my time because their machine idiots from the very beginning don't know how to verify which facility has the MRI machine that can be used to scan me. Oh but let me be even 5 minutes late to the appointment and they threaten to not see me. Don't come here if you don't have to.

I booked the appointment and insurance doesn't pay for it so the woman told me she would be right back to tell me how much is owed at the time of my appt, the problem is I was on hold for 20 mins and she never came back. I called 2 more times, the first person asked 20 questions and then put me on hold and then hung up on me, then called back again and was put on hold again and it's been 10 minutes. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Have your doctor send orders to another facility. Now I have to drive there this week to get an answer as to how much this appointment will cost. STOP sending our calls to call centers outside of the US and give jobs to people here who would do the job right - MY GOD!!!!! So I filled out all my forms on line (I'm here now) and they said they didn't get them. Another 1 star for that and my appointment was 11:00 and it 11:30 and still waiting.     I didn't even step foot in this place and I can tell it's ripe with "training issues" as Reeham has…read morestated. I received a referral to SimonMed for dual shoulder MRI's with contrast. I actually had a referral somewhere else, but it was out a month and a half. My insurance called other providers before redirecting the referral, to make sure that they; 1. Provide the services needed and 2. Had availability sooner than what I had scheduled. Great. They had availability "as soon as today or tomorrow if (they) had the orders". Wait the 2 days for it to be redirected. I call (June 30th) and speak to someone who books me an appointment by LOOKING UP MY AUTHORIZATION. I am scheduled for July 11th at 10:15am. I then receive a text message on July 2nd saying that they hadn't received the order and would need to reschedule unless I got it to them. So, I call my insurance the fax it over and it is confirmed as received. I get another text message confirming my appointment and providing me with a link to fill out forms. Fast forward to July 9th. I receive another text message that says they cancelled my appointment because they don't have the order. I spend an hour and 45 minutes with my insurance on the phone as well as SimonMed on the line with my insurance. Appointment is moved to July 16th. They have the order at least... So I called SimonMed Imaging and they tell me that there's an issue with the order and that I need an MRI with contrast and without. Because they won't be able to compare. Ok... kinda makes sense. THEN...I get a text message this morning saying that they don't have my order for my appointment and that they will need to reschedule. So, I do what? I call again. I file a grievance with SimonMed Imaging. 45 minutes later. I learn that we are at an impasse. BUT I get a text with a link for forms for the appointment. Just got of the phone with Reeham (spelling?), who called me, and said that they don't do the service I need and that I will have to have my referral sent elsewhere. I ask how this happened. I was told it was a training issue. I seriously questioned that considering that between my insurance and myself, I spoke to 5 different people. This is a foundational issue. How would I even be able to trust any of their radiologists to even read the images? Sounds like a company that expanded too quickly, has a high rate of turnover and an abysmal management. Do yourself and spare yourself the headache and anger, go somewhere else. This is a laughable attempt at being a medical provider.

The chairs seats are all torn. Some ceiling tiles missing. Desk personnel is not friendly. The 1 bathroom in the waiting room is very dirty- to many people using it and no one doing clean up. TV is on repeat every 5 minutes advertising cancer screening. This is a very understaffed and poorly managed company.     Wednesday, 3-25-2026: I have been here several times for different needs. Today I had an…read moreultrasound. On Monday, I had a 2nd mammogram. I need to return in April for a biopsy. The waiting room is spacious with a plethora of comfortable seating and is immaculately clean & bright. As are their interior rooms where lockers are provided and the rooms where their equipment are situated. I have always had the best experience here. The ladies at reception are always professional & friendly. I never have to wait long except the lines can be long on occasion. My technician today was Breanna (sorry if it's misspelled!) and she was very friendly, kind, and caring. All the technicians I have encountered in the past were so professional and so sweet! They immediately put you at ease with their caring demeanor. I'm so glad this facility is close to home. Their online platform is convenient & makes it easy to schedule appointments.

Imagine me walking in stiff and battered looking for an x-ray to ensure nothing was broken, I was in strife! Thankfully, Temecula 24's front office staff were polite and welcoming. The online check-in process was seamless and I was seen in less than 30 mins. Upon entering my room in the back, my wounds were cleaned up and I was bandaged by an amazing radiology professional. Next, I was seen by an NP who gave me a shot for the pain, followed by a tetanus shot since a piece of metal hit me during my accident. I was so thankful for the thorough treatment and forethought to prevent infection and complications. Lastly, I was taken to the x-ray room, provided a protective cover and had my leg and elbow examined. The radiology lady was very sweet, she was with me every step of the way and ensured my comfort to the best of her ability! Once the results were in, I was told I didn't have any breaks or dislocations, phew! I was given ibuprofen and given an antibiotic cream for my wounds. The NP suggested physical therapy only if needed. Overall, this visit was a huge improvement over the last time I came here. The clinic had great music and a much better vibe this time! Note: Doctor's notes are only good for 3 days! Plan accordingly.

    I felt like I was being scammed…read more Before bringing my elderly mother in, I specifically called to confirm whether this clinic was equipped to help her. At the time, she did not have health insurance and was experiencing very high blood pressure, which had already caused increased pressure in her eye. During that phone call, I provided her exact blood pressure readings and other vital signs. I was assured that they could evaluate and treat her condition. When we arrived, we completed registration and paid the $150 visit fee. Only after collecting the payment did a male provider--who never properly introduced himself (I'm not sure whether he was an NP or a PA)--come out and tell us that he could not do anything for her high blood pressure and that she needed to go to the Emergency Department. The most frustrating part is that her blood pressure and vital signs were exactly the same as what I had reported over the phone before the visit. Nothing had changed. The next day, I spoke with the clinic manager and requested a refund since we were charged for a visit that they should have known in advance they could not provide. She refused to refund the money. Had I been told the truth during my initial phone call, I would have taken my mother directly to the Emergency Department and avoided wasting both valuable time and $150. This experience felt dishonest and very disappointing.
