My tech was the absolute best, she was very sweet, calming and thorough when I was brought in the back. Today I spoke with Anthony at the Front and I believe it was Angelica they could not have been kinder and were able to solve my issue immediately. Very professional and kind. In this day and age when people don't care, this was in a fantastic experience so thank you to the entire staff and Anthony for what you all did today.

Worse of all the report takes forever to arrive and apparently did not focus on what wea requested in the order. Weather this is due to the incompetence of the technician or the radiologist, I would not work with them again and strongly recommend others to stay away as well. They try to bring people in by advertising initial low prices but at the end the true cost is much higher.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Have your doctor send orders to another facility. Now I have to drive there this week to get an answer as to how much this appointment will cost. STOP sending our calls to call centers outside of the US and give jobs to people here who would do the job right - MY GOD!!!!! After waiting two weeks, I returned to pick up my…read moreMRI results only to be told that the report was still not ready because the radiologist had not read it yet. According to their own website, MRI reports are typically completed within 1-2 days, not two weeks. I also asked whether their MRI machine was compatible with a spinal cord stimulator that a family member has. I was instructed to download the device identification card from the facility's official website, and the receptionist assured me she would call me by the end of the day with an answer. She never called, and after two weeks there had still been no follow-up. When I asked about it during my visit, I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes because she had never asked the MRI technician in the first place. Only then did she print the identification card and take it to the technician to get an answer. This level of poor communication, lack of responsibility, professionalism, and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this facility.
