With all the bad reviews, I was thinking my first visit was a fluke, but it really wasn't. The front was professional, efficient (not very friendly today), but the guy got me checked in quick and I was called back within a few minutes. My tech was the absolute best, she was very sweet, calming and thorough when I was brought in the back. I wish I got her name, but she was definitely the highlight of this whole nerve-wracking experience.

That person transferred me to what was supposed to be the MRI department because they were unable to help me, but sent me to the wrong place where I had to repeat all my information again just to find out they are not the MRI department and they needed to transfer me to a third person who hardly spoke English, spoke too quickly, did not listen, and definitely did not understand how to answer questions. One of the WORST scheduling experiences I've ever had and I will not be recommending Radnet to anyone, I am assuming based on this experience that the outsource their scheduling, why does such a large practice have to outsource something as important as medical scheduling to a foreign country? Or hire people that are not understandable.This is unacceptable and I am hoping to not have to go back after this experience.

This time, I was told she would "put a note in the computer." Two years later, I genuinely hoped their communication and customer service would have improved. Instead, I've spent months simply trying to get someone to answer the phone and follow through. Patients should not have to chase a medical facility this relentlessly just to get basic communication. At this point, this doesn't feel like an isolated bad experience. It feels like an ongoing problem that has not improved in years.

The staff is amazing they guide me right away to check in and do paperwork. Check in was at 8:06 am by 8:20am they did all the test they had to do.
