We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. Unique Ultrasound gave us a way to connect with our little one in a way I will cherish forever.

The waiting room is spacious with a plethora of comfortable seating and is immaculately clean & bright. As are their interior rooms where lockers are provided and the rooms where their equipment are situated. I have always had the best experience here. The ladies at reception are always professional & friendly. I never have to wait long except the lines can be long on occasion. My technician today was Breanna (sorry if it's misspelled!) and she was very friendly, kind, and caring. All the technicians I have encountered in the past were so professional and so sweet! They immediately put you at ease with their caring demeanor. I'm so glad this facility is close to home. Their online platform is convenient & makes it easy to schedule appointments.

TV is on repeat every 5 minutes advertising cancer screening. This is a very understaffed and poorly managed company. I do have a high deductible insurance. Paid $150 on site. Recently got a bill for $435.35 this place is a rip off. Stay away. $585.35 for a 30 minute visit.

The most frequent answer to why something was repeatedly delayed or not ever completed was "It's not my job" or "It's not my fault." In my professional experience, behaviors such as those I witnessed tend to be closely tied to poor management. Better management sets higher standards, ensures follow-through, evaluates, and improves as needed, and respects all parties involved. If you have to go to a community clinic for complex or longterm issues, please consider driving to a better one in neighboring communities or, if possible, consider getting Covered California insurance to allow you to use a local private doctor. Whatever your insurance, this is not your own choice. Many insurance companies provide free rides to doctor appointments, so don't let distance keep you from going to the right doctor for you.

My very first appointment she was dismissive of my concerns, outright refused to refer me to…read moretesting because she had never heard of the medical condition I was coming in with (paradoxical adipose hyperplasia-look it up!). She looked at me skeptically and said she'd never heard of it before and it was "probably a legal term" so I should speak with a lawyer. Never before have I felt embarrassed FOR a provider... uh, I dunno, Cathy. Google it? Lol Rude, judgmental, unprofessional. She left notes on my patient summary that had nothing to do with my actual visit because at some point I was done being treated like a crazy person and I walked out of her office. So you can add petty to the list of qualities. She said she was going to add a prescription for my acid reflux, but when I read the patient summary, she said that she had referred me to a gastroenterologist so I couldn't get the prescription we talked about. Overall jarring and bizarre experience. I will say, every patient in her waiting room was well over 80 years old, so if you are that age (you probably aren't using yelp to find a doctor, but) she will likely be a good fit for you. However, if you are not in that demographic, my advice would be to steer clear. The front staff and nurses were sweet and wonderful to interact with. This woman does not deserve the angels that work under her. I feel sorry for them, and every patient who has had a similar experience going to see her. Finding a new PCP is hard enough without bozos like this lady trying to make you feel like you're crazy because you don't fit neatly inside of the narrow education she received way back in the 70s or 80s. You can tell she does not keep her education current. She finished medical school and thought she was done learning. BEWARE.
