According to their own website, MRI reports are typically completed within 1-2 days, not two weeks. I also asked whether their MRI machine was compatible with a spinal cord stimulator that a family member has. I was instructed to download the device identification card from the facility's official website, and the receptionist assured me she would call me by the end of the day with an answer. She never called, and after two weeks there had still been no follow-up. When I asked about it during my visit, I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes because she had never asked the MRI technician in the first place. Only then did she print the identification card and take it to the technician to get an answer. This level of poor communication, lack of responsibility, professionalism, and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this facility.

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. Unique Ultrasound gave us a way to connect with our little one in a way I will cherish forever.

At 10:28 they still had not responded so I texted "I'm here" and still no response so I went in and waited in a line of 10 people me being the 10th in line. They had 3 windows open but it might as well have been 1 window with a brand new employee!! They were slow as molasses! I finally got to the window at 10:46 and they checked me in again because they said now I'm 30 min late and I told her I checked in a 10:08 from my car, she flat refused to hear me out. Told me just to go take a seat so I did. About 30 minutes later I stood in a line of 4 people and waited and waited cuz now they are down to 1 window working, by the time I finally got to the window there was a younger guy, I explained what was going on and how long I'd been waiting and all he said was you got here late and you need to wait for them to squeeze me in!! Then a few days before that, they called to cancel to reschedule another 2 weeks which at this point would be of over a month after his injury. He ended up calling another imaging center and got an appointment 3 days later, no issue. Their lack of service, constantly reschedule appointments causes delay of care especially if something urgent like surgery is needed. Very unprofessional.
