Been seen monthly here since March. Everything they say they are going to do, goes undone. It's only when I call and I'm upset do they do as they were supposed to do. The last straw was when my ortho Dr dropped the ball and didn't respond to a peer to peer call, which was scheduled. So my tests were denied. I tried making an appointment with another ortho doctor and in one day, I had to make or receive 22 phone calls and six hrs of my time, only to have them call the next day and cancel my appointment. The only doctor I'll stay with is my pain management Dr in Corona. She's wonderful. read more

The DMV refused to accept the paper work. So I went back to healthpointe and I talked with Yanira Silva. I asked her if she could come with me to the DMV to prove the validity of the paperwork. SHE DROVE TO THE DMV AND STARTED TALKING TO THE CLERKS BEFORE I EVEN ENTERED THE DMV!!!! She got them to accept the paperwork. She went above and beyond her job description. We just had an amazing experience from the incredibly caring, professional, kind, thoughtful, and helpful staff in the Temecula office! My wife originally had a 9 AM appointment scheduled. Due to some preexisting conditions on top of the fact she was in the hospital for a week prior to her appointment, and the office is a good 20 - 30 minute away, there was no way she would be able to make that appointment time (it was the only time available when the appointment was originally scheduled). Victoria was AMAZING when I called to explain the situation!!! She took the time to really listen and understand the problem. She took the time to talk to a supervisor (Yani) and between them, they were able to help to resolve the problem and were able to make it possible for me wife to be able to see the doctor that she needed to. When I called to talk to the office manager, Jennifer was also extremely friendly, professional, polite, understanding, and helpful and relayed a message to Yani as she was out of the office at the time. I have been going to this office for 3 years and I had 3 different Surgery's that where needed because of a worker's comp injury and this location was approved by the insurance company and I have had the most amazing doctors and the best customer care you will get anywhere. There staff is the best that you find anywhere. I always refer anyone who needs medical care to use this location and I tell them about my experience with this location and how the doctors and staff are always the best you will find. My case has been extensive and complicated , with there help and professional care i don't know what i would have done without Healtpoint Temecula office. Healthpointe was a great place! The front girl Mandee got me in right away when I hurt my knee from a gym accident. The girl Jennifer came out to my car and got a wheelchair for me and rolled me into the office so I did not have to walk far with my knee. Another girl Krystal came and got me and rolled me to my room in the back office. Dr Morales was great! He told me what happened to my knee I got xrayed with Marty who was awesome and he gave me a knee brace to hold it in place and help with it. I recently completed an externship here at the Temecula location and for an introduction to the industry, I feel Healthpointe staff did a fantastic job showing me what I needed to know and preparing me for what I needed to do. I spent time working with the back office staff; Martin, Krystal, Phillip, Hernan, Lupe and Sam all helped with any questions I had, and gave me ample opportunity to use and improve upon the skills I learned in school. The confidence I built is in major part due to their instruction and assistance. Dr. Huette and Dr. Morales were both very friendly and had no issue sharing what knowledge they had with me. I also spent time working in Physical Therapy as an assistant, and all of the staff in this department were wonderful as well. Dr. Torres, Dr. Nayer, and Dr. Mario are incredibly knowledgeable and deliver the information they have in ways that people can understand. Deisy and Sam were extraordinarily helpful in showing me how to use the PT equipment, and made the transition to a department I had less experience in very comfortable, and helped me learn another aspect of the medical journey patients may find themselves in. So we got into a rough start, but after several therapy sessions and follow-ups, I realized how warm the personnel are: both support and specialists. Reception addresses you by first name and know exactly your progress status is. Even if you're a number in their daily volume of patients, you are a person served with great attention and care as if you are the only patient in the entire clinic that hour. They remain open during the pandemic. They give us their genuine smile, they take time to schedule our future therapies. They are very gentle in handling temperature checks. The takeaway: this facility have the most impressive frontliners in its roster. If you encounter scheduling problems, take a deep breath because it will be resolved.
