This location was extremely far out of the way for me, but I didn't have a choice because they were the only ones with an available morning slot. Given that, I was extremely pleased with the excellent level of Customer Care. Additionally, the office was extremely clean on the inside and very easy to find. You can get all types of blood work done here, along with other types of testing, I believe, but to be sure, call ahead to verify. I simply came in for bloodwork. read more

I walked up the stairs at 8:40 to LabCorps, tho it's called Quest Diagnostics, for my appt. At 9:00. I was told they were NOT taking anybody else today because they were leaving at 10:00 !!! So much for not having my coffee! The people in the waiting room just kept telling me horror stories, including that sometimes they just close the door and lock it so people can't come in.. Had an appointment at 1:15 for lab work, arrived 15 minutes early as usual to a note on the door that the office would not be opened till 2pm. I had to be back at work by 2pm. Other patients were also waiting. Some came from other locations cause of wait times exceeded 4 hours. A technician finally arrived at 1:50 and said that all locations were closed for a meeting. Which is untrue as people came to this location from others and we had called corporate. And now that the office has opened back up everyone with appointments prior to 2pm are being treated as walk ins and not being served first. read more

I've been coming here for about two years. Every time has been a success. Easy check in kiosk (2) inside. Make sure to bring your drivers license or identification card to check in via the kiosk. Masks are still required , however a box is available on the front desk. It's always been clean when I have been present. The nurses here are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, funny and compassionate. The tall beautiful blond nurse with straight hair is very funny! They always have great music playing such as Adele, can't go wrong. The parking spots are a little tight if you have a large diesel truck. Plenty of street parking as well. I give this Labcorp location a 10! When I walked in, it was crazy busy--they had lost power on Friday, so all the Friday patients were there along with the usual Monday crowd. Walk-in wait times were long, and people were frustrated, but the staff was doing their best. I had an appointment and had no issues. The receptionist was kind, even finding a last-minute lab order my doctor faxed. I was really nervous about the blood draw due to past bad experiences, but the phlebotomist (I wish I got her name!) was incredible. I didn't even feel it--before I knew it, she said, "You're done!" Worst experience I have ever had with a lab. I have gotten blood draws 3-4 times a year for over 10 years. The website site says open until 3pm. Please change website if you have different hours. First off, I get there at 10:30am. At 11:00am the very rude front desk person says that they are closing at 11:30am and can't take me. That could have been done when I got there. Person was so rude to an 80+ year old man in front of me, it was everything I could do, to not go ballistic. If she doesn't like her job, do not go to work. I will never go back even though the drive to Temecula or Vista Labcorp is going to be an extra 40 minutes. This business operation is certainly not part of the " friendly village of Fallbrook". I have been here numerous times before and never had this experience. Labcorp if you read your reviews, let me know when the front desk bulldog gets fired. read more

Only Labcorp I could find within a fair distance that had an appointment in the same week I was trying to book one. Half an hour drive for me to get here but the experience was a good one. Wait was comfortable sitting in my own car and that went quickly as I was texted to come in in 3 minutes after I checked in. Entry was steps from the parking lot. Staff was courteous, barely felt the needle poke for the blood test and I was done and out within a few short minutes. Couldn't ask for any better! read more

I tend to be squeamish and the woman who drew my blood was great. Kind, caring, patient and very skilled as it was fast and painless. The receptionist was also kind and professional. It felt important to me to post this review because even though they were understaffed today, they still held a kind atmosphere and did their best to take great care of everyone. Will never go here again. The Lady at the reception desk was very kind though. They seemed to only have one technician and I have a ugly bruise near my blood draw. Its been almost a week. I have a big vein, so that seems unnecessary. read more

Worst Lab Corp I have ever been to. I came here because the one in Oceanside is always so busy & no appointments available but I'd never go back. The tech stabbed me with the needle & couldn't find my vein she kept moving the needle around inside of me and when I told her it hurt (I heard her scraping my bone & moving stuff and poking me inside, it was just so painful and uncomfortable) she told me to stop moving and complaining. And that if I had a problem with it I could ask for a different technician. She also tried to make a joke saying I have tattoos and can handle that pain but can't handle a blood draw? By far the most unprofessional medical service I've ever received. read more

This was my first time here and it was one of the best lab experiences I've ever had! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I didn't make an appointment, just did a walk-in. Got there at 7:30am, check-in was quick and everyone was super nice, and they took me back immediately. The blood draw was painless (I've had horrible ones other places) and the nurse was really friendly. Was outta there by 7:40am. Easy peasy. Highly recommend! read more

I'm not sure why this place is so lowly rated. I made an appt for a ton of labs on a Monday morning... not your typical panel. I checked in 15 mins prior to my appt time through their website and was notified by text to come inside only 3 minutes after. Once I came, there was 2 people in front of me and the receptionist called my name a couple minutes after. She was very sweet and informative. I didn't get the receptionists name but my lab technician's name was Robin and she was also very thorough and sweet. I will definitely be coming back here. It was quick and on time. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I sometimes believe that service can be bad, but also might be the people coming in expecting great service while being rude or unprepared/late. read more

Holly is my favorite phlebotomist. She is excellent. However, they don't answer calls. It keeps going to voicemail. It is frustrating.

These people are completely rude, yell at the patients and treat them with absolutely no dignity or respect. They treat patients like numbers and heads of cattle. They're rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. They're not helpful. As a 17 year medical professional, these people have no business working in diagnostics of any kind. They're awful. read more

They along with everyone else in health industry seem over worked . There hours are no longer 7 am to 3 pm, it's 7 AM to 11:30 AM.

The best experience I've had with a blood draw! I am not someone who does well with blood work, normally they can't get a vein and I end up almost passing out. At Fallbrook LabCorp, I saw George and he was done with the whole thing in like 30 seconds tops and with no pain. I had a 9:00am appt and signed in on time. I witnessed the most uncomfortable treatment to 2 separate senior citizen patients until I spoke up. They were overbooked, but that didn't give them permission to badger the customers. It was so uncomfortable and I will never go back to that facility.
