Zero stars for system and kiosk 5 stars for Vicki! Nedi!…read more Making appt is simple through the app but complicated for sr adults that need to communicate with a person. Huge problems with the sign in system. It didn't work yet again this visit. Didnt see my appointment even though I had it on my phone and quest tested me a reminder and I checked it via the text. But I still had to use the kiosk which refused to recognize I had an appointment. Ladies that take blood had to fuss with it and still it wouldnt work. They saw the quest text on my phone and the app showing my appointment. Yet they didn't know if they could see me because kiosk wouldn't recognize. So much stress and aggravation each and every visit all because of system mess up. Last time internet went down, time before they could only accept paper referrals. Why is it always something. The workers have so much work to do and on top of that they have to deal with the system glitches adding more work onto them. It's not fair for the workers and not fair for the patients. Some ppl there poke several times and can't get a vein but Neri and Vicki are one stick and done, efficient, personable, professional, thorough. They do their work quickly yet you still feel welcomed and well cared for. That's talent. Sandra at Vista and Jackie (I think she moved to Escondido maybe) are also excellent. They are why I jump through all the hurdles of quest nonworking systems, they are huge assets to Quest. Give them raises so you get to keep them.

I went in for a last minute blood draw without an appointment. Their online appointment schedule…read morewas full so I took a chance as a walk-in and hoped for a lucky break. I checked in using their convenient kiosk and was taken in almost immediately by a great phlebotomist named Rio. I had met her previously on an earlier draw. She was professional, friendly and got the draw on her first stick! If I need to have a blood test drawn again, I will come here without hesitation.

On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, I had a scheduled appointment to take a Mammogram test at this…read morefacility. My appointment was at 11:50 a. m. and my check in time is at 11:30 a. m. When I walked inside the front entrance door, there was a medical receptionist sitting at her desk. She asked me to fill out this 2 page intake paperwork and then return it back to her as soon as possible. There were about 6 women already in the lobby waiting room for their Mammogram appointments. Then finally my name was called by Karen this Mammogram Technician. Karen told me to walk towards their imaging room and then she told me I need to remove my tee shirt and my bra but I can wear this gown to cover up my chest area. Then Karen said to me to walk towards their imaging machine and she told me to press my chest against the wide plated area and to also take my hands and grab this 2 bars separately on each side. After I did these things, then Karen told me she is going to use this device to flatten my breast area but she didn't make it too tight and Karen was kind enough to ask me if I was feeling uncomfortable and if this plate she used to tighten up my breast area was too tight for me? I told Karen No and I am okay. I remember these 2 other Mammography places were I had taken a Mammogram from in my previous years were not very good like Kaiser and True Care. Karen told me that she has been working in the Radiology Imaging Department as a Mammogram Technician for 30 years and she enjoys encouraging women to take their annual Mammogram Test. I said I remember when my Mammograms used to be every 2 years. Because Last year, when I took my Mammogram Test from this True Care Mobile Van, my results turned up negative and with great results. Karen said the reason that doctors have changed this method to every year is because sometimes it shows up on the Mammogram Test that some of these women are diagnosed with Breast Cancer even though last year their test was fine. The medical receptionist also asked me for the phone number of my previous Mammogram Test in order for her to call at True Care and ask them to send my report and the CD over to their imaging department, so their doctor can compare the breast images from last year to this year to see if anything has changed. I said to Karen that is a good idea! Karen was very gentle with me during this Mammography Testing procedure. I thanked Karent for her kindness towards me their new patient. Karen said that she always wants their patient to feel comfortable and not in pain. Karen treated me with respect during the whole Mammogram Testing process. I had a really good experience here at this facility and I will definitely come back next year for my Mammogram Test.

They were patting themselves on the back when they got me in on August 29. Still a month to wait. Next my biopsy was initially scheduled on Sept 26. I managed to get a Sept 18 appt. The tech commented on how quickly they got me in. The biopsy was absolutely horrid experience. They gave me a pamphlet to prepare me after the screening mammo. I have breast cancer. On Sept 24, when the surgeon's office called to schedule an appt is when I was informed of the diagnosis. I changed medical groups effective 10/1/24. I will never set foot in that facility again.
