They erased all of our data from West pac so have to enter everything new. Patients with appointments are cutting in front of us because we did know you could make appointments. So the repeated all 6 tubes of blood and failed to complete the order I came in for ! I went ballistic. This was just a place that makes errors constantly and they didnt seem to care. I really think the front desk woman has something wrong with her. She needs help and I'm not saying that to be mean.
