Teresa is amazing! She drew my blood so quickly and effortlessly while we had a great chat that completely made me think about something else. In the past I have gone to Labcorp and they typically have trouble finding a vein, often multiple painful stabs, difficult to get an appropriate appointment, and they talk about the blood draw process instead of something soothing. I will always use The Mobile Vampire from now on. I also love to support local entrepreneurs, particularly when they are just getting started. Jim read more

Great hours. Great care. Great quality of care. Danielle is a treasure! Long history with the company; she sees me every year. Oh! And reasonable fee for service. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Teresa was so professional and kind. I have a hard time with needles & getting my blood drawn, I usually pass out or am lightheaded & queasy for a good hour. Teresa was understanding, talked me through the entire process, & made sure I was comfortable. She even stayed behind for a while to make sure I was okay before leaving. I haven't gotten my blood drawn in a few years because of my fear, and I felt so comfortable this time - she truly helped me get over that hurdle. I couldn't recommend Teresa enough!! read more

Highly recommend the mobile vampire. Like most kids, our 9 year old hates needles. Donyale was so good with him, and he barely even noticed when he got poked by the needle. Will definitely be using the mobile vampire for all of our future bloodwork! read more

The service I received from The Mobile Vampire was disappointing. I had an appointment for a blood draw, and TMV was recommended by my doctor. I was given a price when I booked the appointment, but when she came to my house, she charged my credit card for more than the quoted amount. It wasn't until I checked my email after my draw, that I confirmed that there was a discrepancy. I asked her to explain, but she just shrugged and quickly packed up her things. I was very unhappy and felt like I was cheated by her highly unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Be better! Be respectful and honest with your customers and honor the prices you quote. read more

This couldn't have been easier - scheduling was super simple (just texted the main number and got an appointment set up quickly), the phlebotomist (Donyale) called me the night before to confirm a few key details about the draw and make sure I was ready, and she showed up exactly on time and was very professional. She did the draw painlessly and was done 15 minutes after arriving. I would 100% use The Mobile Vampire again. read more

Depends on the day whether or not the mobile vampire will do right by you. But also she isn't very professional in dealing with a challenge. If there is ANY comment at all from you, insulting or not it seems she needs to bite back No pun intended. Like the other low star reviews I got the exact same treatment: a nasty comment, lack of a response, disheveled, gave me a tip to get my veins to pop...Which didn't work and then blamed it on me, when people can get my vein and i understand when it can be hard.... But she failed 3 times and that was it - she didn't try again. And she charged me anyway. I went to a clinic near me and they got it in one try. I endlessly explained someone else couldn't and now had anxiety about being poked multiple times... but boom one try, no heat warmers, no push-ups, nothing. So I feel like she just gets disheveled and can't focus. I get having bad days.. but she could hurt others and leave bruises. And then make snarky remarks all while drawing your blood. So it's up to you. She's more hit hit hit miss miss for me based on the other reviews. SO I'm fair... reading other reviews I think she can probably do a good job I just never experienced it myself. My big guess is that if she is having an off day which she may have often and you are hard to draw from then you get the not so nice mobile vampire. So 3 stars... but only because other people have had a good go with her so I gotta trust most of you are real and liked her. My experience was a one star though. Hopefully she can mature and learn more professionalism. Blood draws are no fun and if she can stay consistent then all good! read more

I've had two experiences with this service. The first time was a couple weeks ago and the phlebotomist was at least a half an hour to 45 minutes late. When she got there she was nice but she seemed a bit disheveled and seemed a little unprofessional. I decided to use them again for some more blood I needed taken and missed the phone call from them to make the appointment. She called me back today and it sounded like she was in some tunnel. She was very casual sounding and said she could do tomorrow and then said "wait, no I can't". She did offer me another day but at that point I was put off by her unprofessional tone and the service all together and decided to Just drive to labcorp. read more

Communication from beginning to end was so efficient and stress-free. Teresa was a true gem. I have a huge fear around getting my blood drawn and she was incredibly attuned to my comfort and made me feel so at ease. 10/10 experience! read more

A few things: Phlebotomists should carry warm packs in the case of people with small or deep veins. I had to suggest it and was told to run my hand under hot water; low and behold they finally got a vein which they proceeded to blow out. When I made the comment "they always seem to get it at the hospital," I was told "do you want to go to the hospital?" Uh, excuse me? Aren't you paid to successfully draw blood? Left the house quickly as if I did something wrong by not being stoked at their subpar phlebotomy skills. Not a good experience at all. read more

I will never get my blood drawn any other way! Teresa was so friendly, comforting, and quick. The blood draw took maybe two minutes, but she stayed with me for 40 minutes to ensure I was feeling well and stable. You can tell that she loves her work and enjoys working with people. An incredible soul, running an incredible company. The whole process from scheduling to the blood draw was so easy and friendly. read more

This is by far the best experience I've had with getting my blood drawn. With this being my second pregnancy, I've had my fair share of labs done. Teresa has a fantastic hand at drawing blood. Quick and painless! And I didn't even need to leave my couch! She is also fantastic with kids, made sure my daughter was involved and that mommy wasn't being hurt. Ill definitely call her back the next time I need blood drawn. read more

The Mobile Vampire - Laboratory Testing Near Me

I had my blood drawn with Kristen today and she was absolutely amazing! I'm always so nervous about the process and she made it quick and easy and was very sweet. It's nice to have this process done in the comfort of your own home, especially with skilled experts! The scheduling process was also very seamless, and they take Venmo, cash or check. Prompt and efficient blood draw came to our house and was able to accommodate our busy schedules.

Donyale was fantastic! She came to my house and was able to draw my blood on the patio. I hate needles and I barely felt anything and it was quick. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Seriously the only way to get blood drawn. Who knew such a service existed?? read more

Mobile vampire hands down one of the most important services I can recommend. Saves me and my family from having to go to a lab and the phlebotomists are all excellent even with very difficult sticks. We have always received the very best care and concern for our health from all of the people at the company and appointments are able to be scheduled quickly. Cannot appreciate them enough. read more

I would absolutely recommend The Mobile Vampire ‍ for a mobile blood draw. $25 for blood work in my own home. I'm a HARD DRAW (which means I'm hard to draw blood from) and Teresa easily and painlessly got my vein on the 1st try. Most phlebotomists (ie labcorp) charge $223, poke me 2-3 times and many times can't even get all the blood needed. She got 8 vials without any trouble. Thank you! read more

Teresa was amazing! She was so pleasant to deal with easy to schedule and super super accommodating. I was very nervous and she handled my nerves great! I was a little hesitant about having someone come to my house during this time. But she was extremely respectful, very very clean and Covid conscious!! Thank you so much for everything Teresa! I will absolutely be using her again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! read more

Teresa is so amazing!!! She is super sweet and very fast at her job. I hired her to come to our medical office to do the covid antibody blood draws. She was very polite, kind and quick. A few of our patients said their veins are normally hard to find, however, she still knocked it out in under a few minutes! Definitely recommend. We will be trusting her with our patients again in the future! read more

Thank goodness for Teresa! Our daughter has an autoimmune condition and she needed a full blood panel done. We were worried about visiting a lab, due to Covid-19. Teresa arrived promptly to our home, wearing gloves and a face mask. She was professional, kind, and extremely polite! She visited again today, for a follow up draw. She drops off the labs at the nearby Quest. We can't thank you enough, Teresa! You have brought such peace of mind to us during this time! Best of luck to you and your business. And, we love the name! read more

Teresa is such a sweetheart super nice and professional. Love how she always is on time and never late. I literally am a hard stick and she is the only one that I swear can get my veins and not even have to fish around for it. Seriously gonna use for life!! read more

The best experience! She was right on time, within my appt window, texted communications regarding my appointment. I have hard veins to work with and she had ZERO problem. Was in an out in 20 mins. I've avoided getting a blood draw for so long because medical settings give me extreme anxiety and I have a slight fear of needles. I have to say this was the easiest experience ever and has really eased my fear of needles! I highly recommend using The Mobile Vampire if you're skittish around needles like I am. Donyale was super kind and helped me get through the experience like a champ. I can't thank Donyale enough for helping me through the experience! read more

Dr. Ward has been my Dr for 25+ years and he is the most thorough Dr. I have ever met. If there is some aches or pains you have he will find where the problem is. I am in HealthCare and he recommended "The Mobile Vampire" to come to my clients home for blood work, trust me Teresa was so professional, came when promised and very loving and caring. No poking around, she finds the vein and out the blood flows! Lol I highly recommend "The Mobile Vampire" if you need any blood work. No bruising or pain. Thank you Teresa read more

Teresa is amazing! I am bed bound and a very hard stick. She made the whole process EASY and painless. Working with medical providers so much is hard, but she makes it so easy!!! She's so sweet, fast and efficient at what she does. read more

I highly recommend to anyone that needs to get labs done! I have a fear of needles and blood, and I hate going into doctor's offices. All these years I didn't know mobile lab draws were an option! I was missing out on the ability to be able to have blood drawn right from my couch instead of going to an office. She comes to you when it's convenient and is in and out so fast, which is a huge time saver. She makes it so easy and it's much more comfortable in the comfort of your own home. Will never go to an office again and continue to use the mobile vampire, you should too! read more

My family is so Thankful for Teresa and her expertise. My 2 girls have extremely difficult veins to draw from. They've had several failed, traumatic experiences (being "stuck" up to 7 times) with blood draws before finding Teresa. She is not only TERRIFIC at what she does, but is timely, thorough and most importantly...KIND. My girls were amazed when she was able to get them drawn in 5 min. (They are used to spending an hour or more at the lab) Teresa is worth it! It is so nice to roll out of bed, (esp for a fasting test), and not have to go sit in a cold waiting room to be drawn. She is easy to schedule with, and very responsive to texts as well. Whether you are a challenging draw or not, we highly recommend her. ‍ read more

I would highly recommend Teresa if you are squeamish or feel faint about having your blood drawn. I tend to faint, so my doctor recommended the Mobile Vampire. She came to my house bright and early in the morning, took the blood quickly and without any issue and then drove the specimens to the lab. Very nice person who was efficient and professional. The price was extremely reasonable. read more

This was the best experience I have ever had with a phlebotomist coming to my home!! I have had it happen in the past where the person had to prick me a few times or dig around to find my vein (my veins are hard to find) and Teresa was able to find it right away and complete the entire process within 5 minutes! She was also on time :) I 100% recommend read more

I do not like getting my labs drawn at all, so I figured I would try out the Mobile Vampire. I was so happy with my experience. The process was SO easy and Teresa was extremely patient and calming. Next time I need labs drawn I will absolutely use the Mobile Vampire again! Cannot say enough good things :) read more

I had the most amazing experience with Teresa! I had called many places for a blood draw and I can say that she was by far the easiest with scheduling. She contacted me right away and we set an appointment immediately. Teresa even followed up with me again to make sure I didn't have any questions about the tests before our appointment. She wanted to make me 100% comfortable and she wanted to take care of everything possible for me. Teresa was hands down the best phlebotomist I have ever seen. I get weekly blood draws and I have never seen anyone who draws from small veins so quickly and painlessly. I can be a tricky blood draw for others, but not for Teresa! She took my tests to Labcorp and also took my specialized test kits as well. Amazing all around! read more

This is a fabulous service and very professional. It is much needed because who wants to wait at the lab for what seems like hours, especially during COVID. Strongly recommend. Fast, easy, efficient. Only downside, we had to wait for her availability but chose to do so because it was not urgent. read more

Teresa was so sweet and great at what she does! My blood draw was quick and painless. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and using her again! read more

Fantastic experience! Teresa was prompt (even texted me to say she was on her way), nice, quick, and gentle with the needle stick. And so convenient... this took less than 15 minutes out of my day instead of 1-1.5 hours having to drive to & from a lab and wait at the lab, which I always seem to do, even with an appointment. This service is especially helpful for those who would prefer to limit time spent outside of their homes due to COVID. Fees are very reasonable too. Will continue to use Theresa for all future blood draw needs. read more

Highly recommend. I have a really hard time having my blood taken and recently had a bad experience at a lab. I called Teresa and she was extremely caring and efficient. She answers the phone and texts back quickly and showed up on time. She went straight to the lab after my test. Everything went so smoothly. I'm doing this every time from now on- so worth it! read more
