Parking in front of the office is tight! It's one way only. But there's plenty of parking on the street. There's plenty of staff here. I would say they're doing their job but that's about it. The lobby itself is clean and there were plenty of seats. The office has several doctors so it's surprising how few people there were. I didn't wait too long. The medical assistant who brought me back was OK. I came in to see Dr Pleskow- Weismann the allergist today. She has very limited hours but she's practically the only allergist in the area! She was great. She was not rushed. She took her time. I felt she was knowledgeable and am confident in her care. read more

My elderly Mother went to Tri Valley for almost 20 years and I was so impressed with the Medical Group over the years of attending medical appointments with my Mother, I immediately selected them for my Primary Care when I went on Medicare. I have had interactions with several medical staff over the years - Joe Dematia, Physician Asst. is wonderful and of course Dr. Nguyen is outstanding! The staff is always responsive and professional. I appreciate they are not reluctant to refer a medical issue to a Specialist and order labs, x-rays and scans! SO HAPPY with this group and specifically the Date Street Office! Dr Victor Nguyen has been my Primary Care for 15 years always receive the best of care he is positive he listens patiently to my health concerns then we agree on how to proceed with the care he thinks can help . Why can't they answer the phone or respond to messages. Why do I need to drive to the office to ask a question? When I go in and talk to the receptionist and tell them that I never got a response from Tri Valley, their answer is always the same "we never got a message". So what happens to the voicemails the patients leave? Is it something with their phone system or are they deliberately ignoring the messages? read more

The level of unprofessionalism and disregard to patient safety is unbelievable.  At 430p the day before my 95 yr old grandmother's appointment with Dr Tupin and the Sun City location the front desk calls to say "sorry we messed up and scheduled you for a 15 minute not a 30 minute appointment & the doctor won't wait so your appointment has been bumped". Nevermind its their mistake, nevermind its less than 24 hours notice, nevermind she waited two weeks for this appointment..... just too bad for the 95 year old patient.  Think they could offer the same appointment the next day oh no of course not.  Think they could offer the same appointment at another location the next day, nope not that either.   The completely incompetent front desk seriously thought a Tele-Doc appointment with a nurse practitioner was good enough.... and just how are you going to take my grandmother's blood pressure over the phone, how are you going to run blood test over the phone,  check her cholesterol over the phone?  The level of disregard for a patient's health was unbelievable.  Your front desk needs to be re-trained on how to take responsibility for their mistakes Dr Tupin! read more

Terribly upset by a letter that I received from Tri-Valley Internal Medicine Group that they are dropping United Healthcare insurance effective 12/31/23. I am not happy and very disappointed with Tri-Valley. I don't want to switch medical group, but Tri-Valley leaves me no choice. Their two options for medical insurance are not acceptable, in my opinion. I have spoken to other seniors in my community and they are also upset by Tri-Valley Internal Medicine Group's decision to drop United Healthcare. Now, we are forced to scramble to find another medical group that will take care of our "senior" medical needs. Shame on you, Tri-Valley Internal Medicine Group. I feel that you have jeopardized "senior" medical care in the community and have caused undue stress to many because of your decision to drop United Healthcare. read more

I highly recommend this medical group. My Doctor Suzanne Chang is an excellent doctor. Shes very attentive listens to me and does her best recomendation due to the ailment i have. I never feel rushed and any prescriptions she writes she always explains how to take it. read more

If you are looking for a doctor to drag your elderly parent in to her office office on a monthly basis for no good reason, and deal with office staff that is rude, you should go see Suzanne Chang at Tri Valley Medical Group. Additionally, she will spend a maximum of 5-10 minutes with you. When you've driven 35 minutes to see her, the least she could do is give you 10-15 minutes. read more

I recently moved from OC to Murrieta, w/ not knowing the area very well I was glad to have found NP Trinh Kosobucki. I had broke out in Hives from taking a supplement that I thought would help me with Lactation, but instead I was severely allergic (I mean covered from head to toe). After a few days of trying to treat it myself with over the counter medicine and topical cream and it just wasn't working. NP Trinh Kosobucki was able to examine, give me great advice and prescribed me medicine that had helped the reaction go away almost instantly. You don't understand how happy and relieved I was! NP T. Kosobucki is truly a professional in her field, just talking to her, you can tell she knows exactly what she is talking about, she truly cares for your well being and she gets things done. It was very easy to talk to her, she is relatable and very knowledgeable. For being a new mommy & new to the area time is of the essence. I truly appreciate someone who knows how important it is to treat their patient with the proper care, efficiently and well! I finally feel normal and not crazy itchy and can go back to spending my attention on my little one! Being covered in hives for almost a week was not helping when you have a 4mos old!! So so am truly thankful for having to be able to meet NP Kosobucki. Too many times I have seen a PCP where I left more confused and felt as if I needed another opinion. If it weren't for Dr. Victor Nguyen I'd give this place ONE star. Doctor is great, listens attentively, addresses all your concerns, is overall a nice person. The front desk on the other hand is NOT as attentive as they should be. My 84 year old mom had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, we arrive early & check in at 1:40pm. The LADY SITTING ON THE RIGHT checks our temperatures and gives me a face mask because it's required. My mom and I sit down and wait to be called in. Everyone else that came in after us gets called. So at 2:30 I finally get up and ask what's going on when it's already half an hour past our appointment time. Turns out the LADY ON THE RIGHT never us checked in! . OMG! What a total waste of time!!! I give her ONE STAR for that, but FIVE STARS for Dr. Nguyen. read more

Very nice decor inside the waiting area. They have plenty of magazines to go around for the patients waiting. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They greet you immediately with a smile and make sure you've been helped. I love the cooler they have with cold water. It's nice to have on those hot days out. My experience here was awesome! I absolutely love everyone that works here.. from Dr Plasq-weis (abbreviated) the front desk, the nurse who did my breathing test and especially the nurse that brought me in and shot me up for my testing! Lol she was so personable and treated you like a friend..everyone else treated you like a guest in their home which made me very comfortable.. now Dr. Plasq-weis..I walked in guns blazing wanting every test possible and she's so honest that she told me I didn't need them..she also gave me some samples which I really appreciated as times are a little touch not working and spending thousands on testing this past year has been crazy with no job till june of 2021...so it went a long way! This was my favorite tri valley office by far!!! read more

I was very skeptical about moving to this group because of the Yelp reviews, but I've experienced good customer service here so far. I decided to give 4 stars because I showed up to pick up some supplies I was told would be ready for me to grab after work. I showed up and after waiting for 30 minutes, I was unable to leave with my supplies because the staff did not know where my supplies were left at and the doctor was still with a patient so they were unable to ask. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic. I understood she couldn't do anything about it. Later, I got a voicemail saying to pick it up at the pharmacy. I didn't go to the pharmacy because I simply didn't have time, but good thing I didn't since I got a call the next day and was told that the supplies would be there for me to pick up and that they will make sure it will be available this time. This was just yesterday - I wasn't able to pick it up before they closed, so I called to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it and the person who answered said not to worry, but she remembered who I was and she confirmed the supplies really are there this time and I'm happy with that. Anyway............ To give some background, I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant with gestational Diabetes and just moved. Anticipating our move, I decided on which hospital I want to deliver at and made all of the necessary changes with my medical group during open enrollment the beginning of June so that I can make my delivery happen at the hospital I decided on. I chose this medical group because I needed to also choose a new PCP in the area to refer me to an OB. I felt most comfortable with choosing Dr. Suzanne Chang after doing some online research on her and reading reviews. Dr. Chang and this whole team have been a great help and totally advocated for me to be accepted by the OB practice that I was referred to after the OB practice denied me. Tri Valle was on top of everything and provided daily updates for me. I wish I remembered everyone's names, but I do remember Breanna who kept in touch with me during the entire process. Although I was not accepted by the original OB I was referred to, I was still accepted into their practice by another one of the OB's and everything is back on track. I appreciate that Tri Valley Medical Group truly did all they could for this situation to work out in my favor and I especially appreciate the fact that they kept me posted with all of the updates like they did. It's tough not to stress out about something like this while also being pregnant for the first time! They put me at ease and fixed my situation. read more

Dr. Kim is a killer, and completely neglectful in his duties as a medical professional. My grandmother is suffering day in and day out because of a faulty diagnosis given to her by this demon, she has been suffering with a head infection for over a YEAR! This man repeatedly told her it was shingles, and there was nothing that could be done. The week she moves doctors, they re-diagnose her and she is now on anti infection shampoo, which is helping her a bit. This man blew her off time and time again, and is a joke of a doctor. Please, please if you love the elderly people in your life, avoid "doctor" Dennis Kim like the plague. read more

Joseph DeMattia, PA was great, but my wife and I initially scheduled our annual preventative physicals with Dr. Chang who asked me to schedule a follow up with Joseph DeMattia to review the results of the blood work. My insurance said that they used billing codes related to topics that we just brought up in our 5 minute health discussion and that they can't do anything about it unless they change the codes. They were able to cover my wife's appointment because a preventative code was included, but they had to update it because it wasn't the primary code. Even my insurance said that it was sketchy and that I shouldn't go back there. I tried calling the billing department 7+ times and the rare occasions when someone would actually pick up the phone they said someone would call me back and I didn't get a call back. Finally, I was able to reach the billing manager and they told me they would talk to Dr. Chang about changing the codes. The next time I managed to reach her 2 weeks later, she said she never talked to Dr. Chang about it. It's been a few weeks and every time I call nobody picks up or responds to my voicemail. I just ended up paying my balance of $392 since I didn't want it to go to collections, but I'll never go here again. read more
