I'm a nurse and I felt they had great service and friendly people :) I love their express check in! The environment was a little old, but the phlebotomist was very clean. Everything went really smoothly!

makeshift new hours sign that these lazy fks were too stpd to put on their website!!

these numbnuts keep changing their hours at multiple locations... and don't fin update it on their website!! now the third location when i've taken time out of work and they've either just closed for the day without warning NOR EMAILING THE PATIENT TO INFORM WHEN A GD APPT WAS MADE ONLINE W MY GD CONTACT INFO... (San Marcos)... Same shitake happened st Walgreens at East Riverside once, and on another day close early. Now at James Casey location, saaame craps yet again!

I made an appointment for 8:15 and wasn't seen until 9:30. The woman working the desk was very clearly overwhelmed and if often came across rude. There were elderly men who struggled with the electronic check in to which she made no effort to assist them. She made sure everyone knew they were short staffed and there was nothing to be done about wait times. After being there almost an hour she actually was the one to draw by blood for a health screening and it was one of the worst draws I've ever had. I also noticed bloody cloth on the floor when I walked out that was definitely not from me... so it is definitely not sanitary.

I already really struggle with blood work and an extreme fear of needles, and Id like to thank you…read morefor making that experience even worse. Full sarcasm while reading that please. I have to get blood work quarterly, and no matter what I do, even since I was a kid, I cant get over how hard it is. I freak myself out so much sometimes, I request each time I'm here to lay down to have my blood drawn since I get dizzy and faint sometimes. Not only was I ignored on 2 visits by the same doctor, and was sitting upright, but you guessed it. I got sick, dizzy, and ended up being there for 45+ minutes both instances. Instead of listening to me, and letting me lie down for the blood draw, you told me id be fine and then got irritated when i needed time to feel like i wasnt going to vomit and pass out. Don't complain to me you have other patients to see when my face is pale, my hands are clammy, and i can barely see with my vision blurring in and out. Since were on the topic of this doctor still, my most recent visit i wasnt even seen. I checked in, and the scanner wasnt working so i got a number. I waited for an hour, with everyone else going before me, and then new patients getting seen instantly while i still sat there. Of course, my favorite doctor from the pits of hell was there, and made eye contact with me MULTIPLE times and didnt think to ask me if i was checked in, or needed help. When i finally got the balls to bother her, she stopped me and said "theres a queue, you just wait your turn." My appointment was 11am. It is 12:23, and there were plenty of people who went ahead of me. This happened about a week ago, but ive honestly been so frustrated its taken me time to figure out what to even do with what happened. If you have to absolutely get your blood work done here, avoid the doctor whos short, has a red & black bob cut & is usually wearing a face mask & heavy set, avoid her like the godamn plague. She doesnt care about you, your concerns, and isnt here to help you. Honestly super happy i dont know her name so i dont have to permanently hate people with her name forever. Im a few weeks behind on my bloodwork i owe my doctor now because i literally do not even know where to go for blood work now. Fuck yall.

There are two bathrooms and waiting room with full of lockers. Four big lockers and others are small. During the exam the temperature in the room got slightly hot and you can feel the music from the other facility but it was a small matter. The staffs are nice and let me go and out of the exam rooms easily for my break times. Overall, it was good!

I was scheduled to take…read morethe exam at 8 AM but showed up around 7:30 AM as it doesn't hurt to give myself some wiggle room. Boy am I glad I did as there were already a few people in front of me and I learned that if you weren't checked in before your exam cutoff time you can actually be denied from testing, yikes! So for those who are scheduled try to show up early if you can. Also, this location is QUITE strict and I found out the hard way that you can't wear any windbreaker material clothing so be sure to wear a cotton based one and preferably without pockets. Unfortunately the only jacket I had was this material but luckily I found an approved jacket in lost in found. Yes, I had to wear a stranger's jacket because otherwise I would be freezing cold without it. Oh and when I say freezing I mean this place is chilly, I think they said they keep the place at like 65. So, if you run cold like me be sure to bundle up in a cotton based sweater and pants. Also, be advised that each time you enter the testing area you will be screened as if you were going through TSA security. Actually they were more strict than TSA because in addition to being scanned by a metal detector, you have to put all pockets inside out, pull up your pants and shirt sleeves, and if you wear glasses they make you take it off to examine. Yeah, this place doesn't mess around when it comes to cheating! Oh and for those who are sensitive to noises, definitely bring some earplugs as the noise cancelling headphones provided didn't seem to block out much for me. This was quite distracting because not only were they tight fitting but I could still hearing my neighbor clacking away! Luckily despite all these snafus I still passed my exam so yay, but I do hope my experience helps some future test takers.

They have outdoor spaces as well as a small parking garage. My appointment was early in the morning so I still had choices to park outside or in the parking garage. I chose to park in the garage since it was raining. Checking in when I got there was easy. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. My wait time in the waiting area to be called back for my appointment wasn't too long. The waiting area is nice and roomie with nice comfortable chairs and a TV. The are was very clean. When I got called to go back to the exam room the doctors assistant was friendly and professional. She asked questions about my health history, what brought me into see the doctor and took my blood pressure. She was straight to the point. The wait time before the doctor actually came in was about 40 minutes...longer than I wanted to wait. Once the doctor came in he was friendly and polite. He asked what brought me into see him and he listened to all of my concerns and problems. He took the time address everything separately and made sure he covered all of my concerns and issues. My only problem was, I had a hard time understanding everything he was explaining because I didn't understand some of the terminology and medical terms. I should have said something, but I didn't, so that's on me. I like this doctor and I feel like I'm getting the proper treatment and care. My first opinion of this medical practice is great. I will continue to be a patient of theirs. I didn't mention any names because I didn't get permission to use their names.

He told me that I should call the office in about 10 months when one of my current prescriptions would run out and they would fill it. It was a carry over prescription from a previous doctor from before I moved to Texas, but he put in my records that I was taking it. I scheduled my new appointment in a year, and in about 10 months I called to get my prescription filled. It was not filled and the doctor's office never reached out to me. I called them about a week later to check status, and the admin staff told me that the nurses opted not to refill it unless I made an appointment to see a doctor. I informed the admin staff I already had an appointment and asked them to check my records. They said they'd send this info to the nurses. Once again, they did not refill it and once again no one reached out to me. Really terrible that I followed the doctor's instructions exactly, and the nurses will screw you over like that and not let you get your medicine. Also, no one even reached out to me to tell me that they will not fill my prescription...they just blew you off completely and let you figure it out on my own when I realized that they were not just being slow, but they were blowing me off. I have canceled my future appointments with Austin Urology. They they don't treat their patients in a professional or supportive manner. They should at least reach out to patients to discuss the situation instead of blowing them off completely...especially when patients need a medication. I do not recommend Austin Urology at all. Go somewhere else.

AutoNation Collision Center Austin

BattleBend Springs

My experience with the employees was worse than the collision that brought me here…read more Let me preface this by saying I understand that problems arise unexpectedly while diagnosing and repairing a vehicle, and timelines change. I cannot imagine how many tasks these employees must juggle on a daily basis, and I understand that sometimes deadlines can be missed and mistakes can be made. I would not be writing this review if these were my complaints, as it would be a waste of everyone's time. Unfortunately, my issue is with the clear pattern of unresponsiveness, inefficiency, and indifference that these employees have shown. 1.) It was not fixed the first time. I was involved in a three-car collision in December 2024, resulting in damage to both the front and rear of my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to your location to be repaired, and worked with Jason "Jay" Alves through the process. When he returned my car a little over a month later, he had remounted the front bumper but had not repaired it, despite it being covered by my insurance and despite the photos and descriptions I provided of the damage present. In July of this year, I discovered that the collision had also caused a great deal of internal damage, which Jason hid when remounting the bumper. After reopening my claim, I brought my vehicle back to Jason to be repaired properly. I wish I had not given them a second chance. 2.) Missed Deadlines. Jason "Jay" Alves has repeatedly set and then missed his own deadlines. When I brought my car in, he told me it would be a 24-48 hour fix. Next, he told me it would take about 4 days. After one month, I contacted his supervisor Charles Reed and outlined my grievances. Charles assured me that my case would be his top priority. He would then set and miss five consecutive deadlines. Most of these deadlines and the ones Jason set were simply deadlines to contact me with updates. To say these deadlines were missed is too generous, as it implies an attempt. Instead, after the deadlines had passed I had to repeatedly remind them to contact me with updates and only then would they admit that my car was not ready and provide me with another useless deadline. 3.) Unresponsiveness. Receiving an answer from Jason "Jay" Alves or his supervisor Charles Reed regularly took days of me texting, emailing and calling. Again, I realize that employees can get very busy and might not be able to respond immediately; however, Jason, in particular, repeatedly showed that he will not answer for multiple days in a row. In fact, the only sure way I found of contacting him was by calling the front office and asking them to physically grab him and put him on the phone. 4.) Conspiracy theories. Jason "Jay" Alves talks more about conspiracy theories than the state of your vehicle. Despite my clear disinterest, he would begin talking about AI, vaccines, estrogen in the water supply, government honeybees, and his desire to form new political party known as the "White Party." 5.) Bullsh*tter. Jason "Jay" Alves repeatedly referred to himself as "The Bullsh*tter." I now understand why. 6.) My name. After over a combined three months of receiving calls, texts, and emails with my name included, Jason "Jay" Alves never even learned my name and would repeatedly call me "Vincent." If that does not show a complete lack of interest in customers, I don't know what does. 7.) Make them listen. In the end the only way I found to receive any sort of action on their part was by showing up in person, insisting on speaking with them, and threatening to contact their supervisors. After employing this tactic, I finally received my car back. They did not ask for any feedback on their work, I guess because they already knew what I was going to say and likely did not want it written down. This is my formal review. TL;DR: It took them two tries, over three months, 11 missed deadlines, and constant pressure by me, but they finally (hopefully) fixed my car.
