Eclairs - Two éclairs with white icing and decorative toppings are held in hands, revealing their creamy filling and pastry texture. The éclairs are partially bitten, showing the custard filling inside. The background includes a person in a blue shirt and a white box, indicating they are likely in a bakery or café setting.

The pastries I've tried here are among the best I've had in Boston, with exquisite flavor pairings like the pistachio croissant with saffron mascarpone frosting and lavender eclairs. I'm especially impressed by how fresh the pastries are, the tender crumb, thin flaky layers, and full flavor profile. They also have biscuit cookies for the pups, which is super cute. There's a small amount of seating inside the cafe, which can get busy quickly, and a couple tables outside the storefront which are nice to sit at on sunnier days. Service is quick & friendly.

Homemade foccacia (sesame/everything) with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli and crispy onions - A sandwich with a sesame seed and black seed topping is cut in half and served on a white plate. The sandwich contains lettuce, tomato, turkey, provolone cheese, and garlic aioli, with the bread appearing toasted and slightly fluffy. The sandwich is secured with small wooden skewers, and the background shows a black table, a napkin, and a blurred interior setting.

The interior gave me diner vibes - very laid back and comfortable. At 11:30 it was pretty much empty. It seems like most people get their food to go. Service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the Tofused Banh Mi - tofu, pickled veg, basil, cilantro, and a fried egg on a brioche bun. Definitely not a traditional banh mi but very tasty nonetheless! The teriyaki-like glaze was a little sweet for me and I would have preferred some more spice to balance it out but all in all I was very happy with my visit here and would definitely come back.

I ordered the orange upside-down cake and it was honestly the best thing I've tasted this year. The consistency was dense but still pillowy, almost like a pound cake. The bottom had a light glazed icing layer, but the top was truly the star of the show. The orange flavor complemented the cake so well, it literally melted on my tongue like butter. And the best part? It wasn't overly sweet at all. Just perfectly balanced. The hostess was very warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There was no wait time since I was the only person in line when I arrived. Inside there is plenty of booth seating for groups and a large bar seating area that's perfect for solo visits or small parties. Parking in this area can be hit or miss depending on the time of day, but there is a parking lot a couple of blocks away which helps. I will definitely be returning...and singing their praises to anyone who will listen.
