Location location location! We stayed at hotel 1200 and were just a block away! Super clean, fresh food! We hate there multiple times! We had sandwiches and the bread was delish! The coffee was delish! My hubby knows his coffee so that's a huge plus! We ate breakfast too and split The mega sampler which was perfect for two! I must say, I loved all the foods were got. Every dish was flavorful and delicious. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted immediately with a warm and friendly "good morning," which set the tone for the entire visit. We tried the "Fuel" juice, which was an excellent recommendation from Alex. It's made with just four simple ingredients -- beets, orange, carrots, and lemon -- and it was absolutely refreshing and delicious. Sometimes simple ingredients make the best combinations, and this juice proves it. For breakfast, we both ordered the fish and grits with eggs and vegetables, and it was outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced and incredibly satisfying. Honestly, even if you walk in without much of an appetite, the fresh juice and flavorful food will definitely bring it back. The customer service here is truly amazing and genuine. Our waiter Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Even though it's a popular sandwich, a lot of new places overcharge severely. My other gripe is that some places do not use pork, bacon in bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. La Cafeteria BK not only has your standard BEC sandwich, they have a BEC sandwich on French toast! We found our sandwich! How bad could it be? Could it be a miss? The worst that could happen would be that the French toast was dry and made with low quality bread. Guess what?! This BEC on French toast, also known as Fefi's Sandwich was EVERYTHING! The French toast portion was made with a fluffy bread and was griddled just enough not to be dry but dry enough to hold up scrambled eggs and bacon with cheese. The cinnamon and spices, as per French toast were present, but altogether with bacon, eggs and cheese... A complete flavor bomb! The teenager inhaled her sandwich before I could even finish 1/2 lol.
