This was maybe my 4th time going to labelle visage and one of my worst experiences. I'm not sure if this was a personal thing because it definitely wasn't business. I will admit I was late for my appointment and I sincerely apologized like a thousands Times and agreed to pay the late fee. But don't treat me like the late client. My experience was bad because the tech wasn't pleasant at all she held multiple conversation on her cell phone. She didn't clean my lashes before applying the extensions. She never asked me if I liked them, it's was like your done get out! That's exactly how I felt. I was late I get it, but damn treat me like a new client that was on time. I asked for the trail set instead of the classic set because I knew it would take less time and I prefer a natural look anyways. She agreed to doing so! As I go to pay the front desk reception stated that my total was 190$ bringing my total to 200$! So I asked her to ask the tech if I got the trail set or classic, the tech says the classic! That's not what we agreed upon. I know for a fact that I didn't get 190$ worth of lashes! But I'm so not in the business of arguing over money I agreed to pay because I highly support black business. But I'm also feeding the tech, don't give minimum work with a high pay! I went from 75$ with the late fee to 200$! Unacceptable! To me customer service is everything in an establishment! This review is quite overdue but I can't rave enough about this business. I've known the owner since middle school so I trust that she knows her stuff! I had never had anyone touch my eyebrows before (no wax, thread, etc) so I was very hesitant to let someone else do my brows and debated if I should try professional services, but if I was going to let someone do it, I felt confident LaBelle was the best choice! Before I decided to try her out, I had already let my brows grow out for a while (about 2-3 months) and it started to get hard to fill them in myself and keep a decent shape. She checked them out, talked to me about the shape (and what would compliment my* face shape), what look I liked and told me what she would be doing to achieve my desired results. Right before she filled them in, she let me see where she had left hair purposefully out of place and the plan for growing hair in the sparse areas. Once she was done, I could not stop staring at them! They were shaped the way I liked, they looked super natural and the most even I had EVER had them! If you're on the fence about trying someone/someplace new, I would totally recommend giving La Belle Visage a chance - they're clean, professional and really take the time to make sure your brows match your own face shape. I was a skeptical consumer so I did a lot of research on eyelash extensions before I made the appointment at La Bell Visage. I saw that she had lots of five star ratings and finally I went for it. She is an amazing business owner who takes customer service very, very seriously. As a matter of fact, I called to make an appointment and she answered the phone. She was out with her kids and told me that she would call me back in two hours. She did! I was sold. When I got to the shop I was really appreciative of the care she gave to me and the way she stopped and introduced her employees to me, she made me feel wanted and showed it. That doesn't happen much anymore. While I was there I decided to also get my eyebrows tinted. I have never, ever had someone do my eyebrows so beautifully. Thanks to Denita!! LaBelle is amazing! She is so sweet but also really smart and knowledgeable about her craft. She gave me lots of options for my lashes, but since it was my first time, she also took the lead in helping me figure out what was best for me. We started out modest for my first time, but they are still a really dramatic improvement and I love them so much. The appointment time said 2+ hours, but she had me in and out in about an hour and a half. She was really quick and precise, and her studio is clean and cute. It's a nice place to relax and just close your eyes for a while, but I ended up chatting with LaBelle the whole time. She is really personable and fun to talk to. I feel amazing with my new lashes. I wake up and am ready to go. It's a huge time saver and I absolutely love it! If you have always wanted to try lash extensions don't hesitate to go to LaBelle. PS There is an easy, cheap parking garage right around the corner from her studio. Street parking is only an hour parking so don't bother searching for a spot. read more

First of all, I NEVER write yelp reviews. I had the most pleasant experience at La Belle. It was my first time going there and had the normal anxiety about the possibility of my eyebrows getting ruined. That all faded as soon as I met La Belle. Here are the great things about this place: My appointment was at 5:20 and they saw me as soon as I walked in the door! La Belle and the other tech were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The salon is clean. La Belle asked me what I wanted for my brows and took it slow, asking me if I was okay along the way, and gave me a chance to look at my brows in the mirror before finishing. It didn't hurt at all. She seriously worked her magic and my sad eyebrows have been revitalized and I LOVE them. After I paid I stayed to just chat with La Belle because she was such an incredibly genuine and friendly person. I honestly felt like it was seeing a friend. Before I met LaBelle I knew she did quality work because i had been eyeing the lashes of a co-worker of mine for MONTHS. Then I found out she was the owner and I was like cool, I KNOW she really cares about the quality of her work. I've always been pleased with my retention between appts. The tips she provides for proper care always worked, AND the prices dont beat you over the head. Since I travel for work, I'm not consistent in coming biweekly , but whether its here or another salon, I'm always leery when I see "master, senior or junior stylist" to identify a person experience. I'm like "I'm not tryna see anybody but the best". Having said that, since LaBelle was booked, I took a chance with Kayla. I was pleasantly surprised and I've had great retention. La Belle Visage should definitely be your go to place for lash extensions and brow services! My first appointment was with LaBelle, after I won a giveaway for a Classic lash set. She was very sweet and took good care of me. As a first timer for lash extensions, I was shocked at how much of a difference they made. I was excited to take selfies and actually have lashes to show off for once lol. They also give you a cute little bag with a loyalty card and some spoolies to brush your lashes. For my 2 week fill, I had an appointment with Kailey and she was amazing as well! The ladies here make you feel super comfortable and genuinely care about their work. The owner LaBelle, is incredibly sweet and really shows prodigious customer service! I recommend this shop 10/10! After my lash tech completed my service and went over the after care, I learned how to properly clean and maintain my lashes. My lashes tend to last very long. my brows have a mind of their own..and ive been searching high and low for someone to just make my brows look like decent looking brows!! i use to have super thin "line" brows when they were the fad then grew them out when "full brows" came back into style..anytime someone would try to arch my brows one would be thinner then the other or the front of my brows would be thick and the tail end super thin..i finally just let my brows completely grow out..made a consultation appointment with La Belle and havent looked back since..she is AMAZING!!! i cant emphasize it enough!! she has officially become my brow guru and i refuse to let anyone else touch them! I moved back to the area from New York and was desperate to find a good lash place. The moment I met LaBelle we clicked. She immediate assessed that I had the wrong kind of lash extensions that could cause long term damage, and suggested I let the ones I had fall out and let her put in shorter ones with more curl. I did and WOW. She was spot on. My lashes are poppin and I've been a loyalist ever since. I get compliments on them all the time and I will never go anywhere else. I went to Labelle with terribly microbladed eyebrows that I got earlier this year. I had been growing them out for quite a while now which has helped, but they still have a long way to go. I've been to this salon twice for a classic lash extension and refill. My first experience was a bit disappointing. I did not expect to be lying down for an extended period of time. I was not completely satisfied with the end result.
