Today was my first time going here! I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful spa like atmosphere! This salon is immaculate! The towels and wash cloths are Snow White! The owner and his wife are extremely professional, skilled and catering to your needs. They take their time and do excellent work. This is the kind of spa day and treatment that I appreciate! It's a nice nail shop inside. They have a lot of colors and it's nice and clean inside: What I didn't appreciate bid the HIGH prices! They said the tent is high so because of slow customers they have to pay their rent this is probably why we are paying these steep prices. They charge for EVERYTHING! Like $5-15 to take off your gel, $15-up extra to add gel to the already high priced services. A estimate total to get my nails and feet done was over $150! With no special colors, features or designs: I wanted my nails very short so why did it cost so much? NO GO!!!! This nail salon is a bad place to take your partner. I dropped my wife off at 6pm and waiting in the parking lot for 2 hrs. My wife went in to get a Medí-Pedi, they rushed my wife out of the salon to close. That is a problem for the business not my wife's they should have finished her service properly. My wife's nails were not to her liking, one nail had a chip ect...The next day my wife's nail breaks, she calls the salon and they will not fix her nail, blaming my wife and talking to her very rudly when she has been a regular. Take it from me as a person who's never been here. i'm a first timer here! and let's start off by saying the man in there rushes everything! and he's constantly moving you and telling you how to move, and rushes through the whole nail proces. now on the acrylic it's cheap clear see through acrylic, it's not even the right acrylic to be paying 55 dollars for nails. i got my nails done about 2/3 weeks ago , and today 5/9/25 i took them off because they started to push up and some felt like they were ready to come off, when i took them off .. i had rings of fire on all of my nail beds ! because the man in there rushes everything & he filed to hard on my natural nails. please do not go here ! especially if you care about ur nails looking good & ur natural nails safe. it's NOT worth the money they price at. read more

Wasted an hour of my life. I waited 15 mins until I asked how long they would be. They told me I had 3 in front of me so I was going to leave. They assured me it would be under an hour wait. I stayed and soaked my nails. Someone with an appointment showed up so they were going to be before me at this point I had already been there for an hour and a half. I decided I didnt want to wait longer for a manicure so they half ass finished removing my sns. Cut them uneven and hardly filed them. It took no longer than 5 mins and that's being generous. Then they tried to charge me $10 when I said their website said $5 he went into a bottom drawer and pulled out a menu showing $10. After back and forth he finally gave me change and accepted the $5. I'll post a picture of my nails they look a hot mess. Will not be going back, I definitely should have read the reviews first. If you say you have time to do something then finish the job, i needed a fill in 1 nail repair, and a color change-with a lip waxing. Asked before i sat down an hour and 15 minutes before their closing times. As I noticed the time and the low quality of how of the work that was being done to get out before they were closed, i said should i come back for my lip waxing and color change on my toes. He said yes because i have a baby here and she needs to go home. She was well into middle school and being occupied by her mother. Well I would have gone somewhere to have everything done. On top he charged me 55 for a fill in and 1 nail repair and left dirt under my nails! Id drive back down to south Florida to have my nails done at a professional shop where i dont feel like they are gossiping about me the whole time. Never had a problem here, and will NEVER be back and i hope this post helps others. They were fully staffed just waiting to leave sitting down as if i was holding them up at 730, 30 minutes before they closed. I stand here now watching them get into their brand new bmw as only half of my nails are finished and highly over paid. And its past 830 now. I work in the service industry and being understaffed and rude are two different things. So instead of warning yelp users of that before posting reviews, look at the bulk of reviews and decide for yourself. Not a fan of this place at all! Went there with a friend and the staff was very rude and judgmental. Their prices are EXTREMELY high for the quality of work they perform. I would not recommend going to them unless you are just looking to throw your money out the window. i was visiting my mom in dundalk from where i live in PA. she suggested i go here to get my nails done, i am a nursing student so you cannot have any color but i missed having my acrylics done. Tim is the manager there and took very good care of me. he made sure i knew what i was getting and described everything well!! he was careful and delicate and precise which is hard to find now & days !!!! for $30 for a full set of acrylics w/ tips you CANNOT get any better. the experience was amazing & i will be back when i'm in the area!! The worse!!! I've came here a few times already to get dip powder and I must say the service is terrible. They don't have enough staff. Today I went in at 12:40 and I didn't get out until 3:30!!! I typically drive an extra 30 mins out to Harford Rd to Cindy's Nails for a gel manicure, but I was in the area on Dundalk & decided to stop at La Belle Nails & Spa. I had a gel manicure done on Friday, October 12th.. it's now October 17th & every nail is peeling polish. This is crazy! A gel manicure typically lasts me about 2-3 weeks. I called & asked if i stopped by, if they'd at least be willing to take the gel off of my nails, and I'd go to my normal place afterwards. BUT GET THIS, ID HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GEL REMOVAL. I explained it to them before they even sat me down and when the lady began she started putting acrylic on my nails. Now I've been getting my nails done since I was 13 so I know what gel looks like. I've been back to this location a couple times since my last review and yesterday was not a good experience. I'll say that if I do return I will only request Andy. When he did my nails a few weeks ago, he did my gel fill in so fast and my nails were cute. Looking back at yesterday's debacle, I wish I'd gone at a different time and requested for Andy. I arrived at 5pm yesterday and Andy had like three other women in front of me so I waited for the next available tech. I wanted to try the dip powder cause I saw it advertised in their shop as not having to use the UV light. Also, this was work being done to my natural nails. The first guy they assigned me, I already knew it was gonna be a problem cause of the look on his face. He was displeased for whatever reason so when he found out I had the gel overlay on, he wrapped my fingers in the foil and went to do someone's pedicure. About thirty minutes later, a guy comes in and after ten more mins of me sitting with my fingers wrapped, the guy that came in tells me to switch to his seat. So I'm like okay this looks promising. It was not. Side note: I was with my sister who was sitting next to me and she heard some things I wasn't clear on and she was very upset. This guy was very unprofessional and rude. Firstly, I'll never get the dip powder again and by the end of my review you'll understand why. This guy was using the tools on my fingers like he wanted to take every bit of skin I had on my fingers off. He got an attitude when I told him about not going back over my fingers with the tools. He kept telling me to relax my hands, which I was, but he didn't have steady hands and was messy. Imagine having someone constantly telling you to relax when you're just sitting there. Irritating as heck. When he was putting on a base coat, he completely missed one finger and started working on the next, and when I told him and showed him my finger he said something to me. I thought he was saying he knew about it or he was coming back. He didn't come back to it so I told him again and he starts talking about how he's a professional and he knows what he is doing, but I made sure he got did my finger. At one point, he gets his fingers stuck together because he dropped the glue bottle and it fell on the floor with some other supplies and this due actually tried to blame me not being relaxed as the reason he dropped stuff. I was at level 10 angry and these aren't the only comments he made but it's too much more for the review. Before we left out I noticed my sisters face which is when she said she'd talk to me once we left the shop. This was while we stood at the counter waiting for anyone to come and take my payment. We didn't leave the shop until 7:22pm. Keep in mind we got there at 5pm. It was ridiculous. My sister explained to me some of the things that this guy was saying to me but she said because I was so upset, she knew I had stopped listening to what he was saying. Like I said, if I do go back I'll stick with Andy. When he did my nails, he was very respectful. I also watched him work with his customers yesterday and he was professional with each of them. Even with the bad service yesterday, I still tipped the guy even though he did not deserve. ***AN UV LED LIGHT IS USED SO I COULD'VE JUST GOTTEN MY GEL NAILS*** 5pm until 7:22pm keep that in mind if you plan to go. And I would not recommend the guy who wears glasses or the other guy that works there. Customer service is always number one in my book. I may not remember the guy's name but I'll never forget how he treated me and I'll make sure anyone I know that plans to attend this shop is made aware of it too. read more

Dundalk desperately needed a nice nail salon like this one! Beautiful inside, VERY CLEAN. Recently the help has changed and they have become rude and rush thru services. The women talk to each other the entire time and I find myself reminding them to do things they are forgetting. Service has gone down hill. It's a shame because when they first opened it was great. I've been here twice now... got my first pedicure here which I was certain I was gonna hate but I came back a month later for a fancier one because it was awesome. Also first time gel polish and same impression... I had one issue yesterday where what I got wasn't what I wanted and it also started to streak and peel overnight but I went back today and Mai was amazing and nice and fixed it for me. This is a new place that just opened. we've been for it to open as it looks very nice inside. we stopped in last week and just check it out and we're greeted very quickly by Andy, who gave us a tour of the place and it is very clean very bright and very organized. We made appointments to have pedicures done tonight. We went in and picked your colors from a huge selection of polishes, then they were ready for our pedicures there are a couple different types that you can get and they are all very reasonably priced. the massage chairs were wonderful my pedicure was excellent I seriously could have fallen asleep because I was so relaxed. They offered us soft drinks during the pedicure. It's a full service spa with manicure pedicure waxing and massages. I was extremely impressed by every thing in this place. It was seriously one of the best pedicures I've had in quite se time. I cannot wait to tell everyone about this dundalk gem and can't wait to return. read more

This place is horrible! AGAIN HORRBILE. I called before I went in to make sure they soak off nails. I had acrylic on my nails and I just wanted them taken off and the lady I go to was closed that day. So I went on yelp and I seen all the great reviews and that hey i'll give them a try. I went in it was beautiful but wasn't greeted nicely just sit here kept trying to get me to get more servies that I didn't want. I said I wanted them taken off and soaked and the crazy lady decides to put my fingers in aluminum foil and cotton balls and she considered that soaking. It took them 30 minutes to realize I was sitting there just waiting for someone to actually do there job. So the crazy lady came back over was taking the acrylic off that could come off, off. Again this lady didn't know what she was doing and it hurt like hell. Then I noticed ugh this isn't all the way off the acrylic and I even said ( the acrylic isn't off my nails 5 times). She goes oh you need to keep some acrylic on to keep them strong. AGAIN NO THIS ISN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR. She hurt me by drilling my nail that was growing in. I visited with my daughter on Monday 1/2/17 around 5, the spa was some what busy, we both came for pedicures and I also wanted a manicure. We were assisted directly and offered a variety of packages to suit our needs. The staff was friend and we enjoy a pleasant conversation with them during our visit. The decor of the spa is lovely and we noticed that they go to great extremes to assure the hygiene of the location is top notch. This place along with the service and the end results just sparkles! So I came here with my mom for mani/pedis before my wedding- and it was not great - I didn't expect a fuss but at least a little extra care since it was a big occasion. That's not what happened and we still were there over 2 hours for regular pedis and a gel manicure. And at the end my French tips were uneven and my cuticle was bleeding. This was over a year ago and so I thought, people can have an off day- give it another chance. So I walked in- someone said hi can I help you without looking up. I said I needed a pedicure and stood there ignored for 5 minutes- no acknowledgement that I had spoken, no sit down we will call you, no sense they could even see me, still no eye contact from anyone working, the other 4 customers were uncomfortable with me. And so I said, forget it and drove 2 min down Merritt to Tip Top Nails where I got a beautiful, cheaper, pedi from a funny kind guy who acknowledged I existed and even seemed glad that I was there. Although a beautiful new salon in Dundalk, there are some issues that need to be addressed. Service seems to have gone downhill over time and they are now VERY shorthanded. Hardly any staff and I question if their technicians are licensed. By the way some of them do their work, I would guess not. There is no reason on a Saturday why there is only a handful of techs available. Service is lacking and when greeted by the man sitting by the door, he doesnt even look up. Just tells you to sign in and pick a color. If there is a wait, they dont tell you. Just make you wait. This place could be a goldmine but they need a lot more help, licensed technicians and much better customer service. read more

The salon is beautiful and professionally decorated inside. The pricing is very similar to nail salons around the area. They have several massage chairs and nail stations. I have struggled to find an all around good salon and it seems this may be it. I would recommend trying it at least once if your not happy with your current salon. I will be coming back! read more

So i was super excited that dundalk got a nice nail salon. I went for a pedicure and it was great so my mother in law, my friend and I made an appointment for 1130 to get mani pedis. They left foil on my old nails for over 30 minutes and still ended up digging my nails beyond belief, I had three different people working on my nails! Long story short we didnt leave there until 3 o clock. Very rude my nails were messed up I was told by the owner to go and get them fixed and when I did Andy and Mimi where rude and told me no I had to pay for a filling. But I have a bunch of messages from Amy stating they would fix them. They said that Amy no longer works there she's not the owner but she responds to all my emails for this business. I would never go here again all they had to do was tell me that they can't fix them for free instead of yelling and talkin about my situation to the other customers in the salon . I wanted to like this place, I really did. On the upside, it is super clean and new. They offer you a nice cold water for free as well. I have come here for pedicures several times and I need to stop coming. Every time I hope the service is better but it isn't. This place is always super busy, I am waiting right now and have been waiting for 30+ minutes. The pedicures are overpriced and the people doing them can't seem to get te pedicures right. My big toe nails were buffed so harshly my nails were paper thin and would tear randomly for several months until I asked the to stop buffing. Polish never seems to stay on. Try use OPI which is great, but when cleaning the toes before putting on the polish they always manage to get oil back on the toes then the polish starts coming off. The foot massages, even if you get the most expensive one are like 2 minutes long. Need to restart my search for a new place! read more
