I did not receive a phone call or a text message telling me this prior to getting to the business. Then you text me instead of answering the phone. Very unprofessional!!! I expressed that no one even contacted me before coming here. I would love not to have driven here and burn gas, because gas is not cheap!!! She said that she did NOT have my number saved and could not reach me, but I made the appointment just the day prior and she asked me for my number so whose fault is that? I honestly think she messed up, and got her days mixed up when she booked my appointment, because on her door the hours of operation for today are from 10 AM to 5 PM, remind you she made my appointment for 630pm. I also noticed that any other day she usually opens till 8 o'clock so I believe she just blatantly forgot about me based on this.....
