I booked my appointment for 4/24 at 6:30pm. It took me 32 minutes to get here, including finding parking. I walked to the door and realized no one was at the location. I knocked, and called several times, NO Answer!!! After the fifth call, I finally got a text message. The message basically stated that she had an emergency and could not do my appointment. I did not receive a phone call or a text message telling me this prior to getting to the business. Then you text me instead of answering the phone. Very unprofessional!!! I expressed that no one even contacted me before coming here. I would love not to have driven here and burn gas, because gas is not cheap!!! She said that she did NOT have my number saved and could not reach me, but I made the appointment just the day prior and she asked me for my number so whose fault is that? I honestly think she messed up, and got her days mixed up when she booked my appointment, because on her door the hours of operation for today are from 10 AM to 5 PM, remind you she made my appointment for 630pm. I also noticed that any other day she usually opens till 8 o'clock so I believe she just blatantly forgot about me based on this..... Nevertheless, she's unprofessional, and I will not go back to her, and I will not recommend her!!!

It is on the third floor of the building and I don't think there is an elevator, so beware of that if stairs are a problem. We went up to the 2nd floor where the massage rooms are. I needed to use the restroom and was amazed by how large the space was. My masseuse directed me to the massage room we would be in. He told me to take a seat and asked why I was there or what I needed, something to that effect. I told him I'd recently moved and all my joints ached. He left me to get undressed and on the table, then returned shortly for the massage. I'd say overall it was an excellent massage. I'd let him know during the session I liked a lot of pressure, which he mostly provided for the rest of the massage. After the massage, I felt like new person and my joints no longer ached. Overall, excellent visit. I've never had a male masseuse before and I do feel I was a little uncomfortable about that, BUT, I cannot deny how good my body felt afterward. Only other feedback is that estheticians shouldn't smoke right before a service because you're in such close proximity. Zina herself is amazing. Thank you one thousand times to "De'Zha" who had me leaving feeling normal and smooth as I should after my Brazilian and underarms. My was session felt completely normal as to what I'm used to. De'Zha is quick, efficient and doesn't handle your sensitive area like she's trying to pull spikes off a porcupine. My trauma story from the other is down below. Take my word for it. De'Zha is who you want to see if you're looking for a switch. I've been doing this for 10yrs and I know a thing or two about how I should feel after a wax. Itching, burning, red spots and bumpy isn't one of them. I temporarily live in Baltimore coming from Cali but I still need to keep up with the maintenance The wax specialist I went to twice is WAY aggressive with her waxing. I couldn't understand why I had these issues. Come to find out that my skin was being ripped leaving small minor lacerations causing me all types of irritation and I noticed right away during the session. I has little raised bumps along the bikini line in some areas. My vagina lips would burn. The second time around I had to put a small amount of natural mango butter on the "labia majora" larger vagina lips to get some extra healing and relief. I had major irritation ladies and gents. I'm a brown tone woman and there's no reason I should see pinkish reddish tent on my vagina lips. There's no reason I should wipe after a few days and I see balls of skin on my white cloth. My apologies ahead of time. I won't mention any names here. You'll know who's aggressive and who's not. Please take my word for it, Just go with De'Zha if this is your first time at this location.

My nails were in horrible shape when I landed at BWI so, within my first few hours of getting settled into the row home where I was cat sitting for a few days, I began searching through local nail salons and reading their reviews. Enchanted caught me hook, line, and sinker! The team here has a true and steady local following, and now I know why firsthand. Chin believes only in soaking off the existing nails and will not hurry the visit by using the grinder most places use. He explained to me that it wears away at the strength of my natural nail and that I should insist my nail salon back home takes the time to soak off my nails. With that being said, Chin took great care in getting my very damaged and very short nails back to looking really nice, and we agreed only one tip for a nail that I had bit off so short it was painful. An chimed in on the color selection, and the two of them got me to a beautiful shade of champagne. As I sat in their salon, I lost sight of the fact that I was right off Eastern Avenue. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing. Good conversation was shared between the owners, another team member, and two regulars of theirs who were super pleasant. In fact, An was kind enough to text me that they were running a little behind for my appointment and also mentioned to look for the blue awning off of Ann Street. If you are fortunate enough to live near Enchanted I highly recommend you get there soon.
