My partner has gotten her nails done from here 2 times and has loved it each time. They don't chip or break at all. There is 3 nail techs that are here and each of them spend time with the nails and go through the same process so no matter who you get it'll look good regardless. Prices are reasonable as well and it's nice and cozy inside. Just keep in mind you have to schedule an appointment, they do not take walk ins. The number you can call is also a number you can text for appointments to make it simple and convenient! read more

This nail salon is a vibe-small business with the same 3 nail techs working- part of whom are a husband and wife. Most of the clients are regulars which gives it a whole warm cozy vibe where people can catch up. I've been coming for many years. Love my nails every time! Their work is gorgeous! I stumbled upon neighborhood gem; it is apparent this establishment prides itself on customer service, nail health, and serving the community (even accepting amazon deliveries) The salon is hygienic and well organized; the deco simple, modern, and well organized. They offer a variety of services, including: spa services/massages, waxing, spray tans, regular polish manicures, dip and gel manicures, and pedicures. They have a large selection of high quality products and a plethora of colors. Furthermore, this establishment spoils every client with great small touches: coffee, bottled water, wine and champagne. The staff is diverse, knowledgeable, welcoming, innovative, & talented! They care more about educating and connecting with the customer than rushed back to back scheduling. The dynamic of the salon is like a hilarious family. Each nail tech is personable, providing a unique experience so you leave feeling fabulous with beautiful healthy nails. They do not use the dremel (electric nail buffer). BRIE (nail tech) When I sat I had a quick consult about my preferences and typical nail routine, my technician was diligent, accommodating, and made suggestions. The attention to detail in each step was impeccable. It is obvious she loves what she does and caters each experience to what the customer needs. One of the first places I look for in a new city is a nail salon. To say I'm particular about my nails would be putting it mildly. I read reviews and zoom in on nails just to make sure. So I didn't hesitate to book after checking out these reviews. Called and easily made an appointment. Was so glad to see, upon arrival, that it was appointment only which meant they're still cautious about COVID. They checked my temp at the door and asked that I wash my hands before service. They still have separators between people at the pedicure stations so also an added layer of protection. Callie did my nails and I thoroughly enjoyed her conversation and professionalism. She provided the services I wanted without hesitation or error so I'm definitely pleased. I was a little confused about how to enter. The entrance is not directly on Eastern and instead on Ann. Parking was plentiful too but maybe not so much on a weekend. This will be my new nail home...can't wait for my next appointment. read more

Callie did my regular manicure really well! Was moderately easy to find parking and get to the shop, with their instructions on the website that the entrance is actually on a perpendicular street. Clean on the inside, efficient with time, good service! Thanks Callie! A distance from me, but they were quickly responsive when I tried to get an appointment on a free day, via Yelp. Went here for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was timely, attentive, and did things way better than other nail salons in this area. They know all their clients by name, the services are reasonably priced, and their polish is great. Even though I had an appointment, I was seen immediately upon arrival. This is my new nail salon. Not only did my daughter and I get truly expert manicures, we learned all about Asian food and the best restaurants to find it. Chen is your man! I had a gel manicure. Their color selection is huge, and my nails look gorgeous. They also know how to correctly remove gel polish. Previously, I've only gotten a gel manicure for vacations and special occasions because my nails would be ruined when the polish was removed. Now I can get the longer lasting gel manicure every time. My daughter's nails look beautiful too. Plus! The price was right! read more

I've been to this salon numerous times and I can certainly say that all the five star reviews are well earned. The salon is in a really nice part of Upper Fells (with an Uber drop conveniently close by) and is located near the main drag and lots of restaurants heavy. The salon itself is clean, organized, and conveniently laid out. All the staff are very friendly and super welcoming. I've had all my services done by Theresa (who is very sweet and a great conversationalist) but my interactions with Chin, An, and all the other people who work there have been great. They're all very friendly and funny and make you feel right at home, very like hanging out with a bunch of friends. This salon is more upscale than others. Their prices are a bit higher than your general nail salon but it's very worth it because of the pride and professionalism shown in their work. They deal with all natural services and don't do extensions and fake nails. They also make sure to take their time with each of their clients and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. There's no rushing from client to client like other salons, they have plenty of time between customers so they're not rushed, and it's overall a very nice experience. This salon is amazing and I will continue to go to it to get services done and I will absolutely recommend it to my friends. That being said, I would strongly recommend having an appointment as they are pretty busy and getting in can be a struggle. But one that is so worth it. read more

So I'm relatively new to Enchanted, but I will never go anywhere else. Chin and his whole staff are fabulous, consistent and have high standards for themselves. The salon is always clean and everyone is constantly laughing and having a good time. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a beautiful fish tank and the constant loop of YouTube videos on the TVs around the salon of people trying dishes around the world. What I love most is how Enchanted takes so much pride in their Salon. They are efficient and accommodating to their clients and genuinely love what they do. They have a huge assortment of colors to choose from, and they even offer to repair your nails if they chip! Enchanted also offers tanning and waxing services, which I have yet to take advantage of yet. I'll be sure to update this review when I do! read more

I was visiting Baltimore and wanted to have a mani pedi with my daughter. Yelp reviews were enough to make me contact the salon. I was so grateful they got us in on a Saturday. The shop was modest, clean, and comfortable. It isn't fancy but it's nice. Be sure to follow instructions regarding finding the salon as it can be a bit confusing. Both nail techs were wonderful and the other staff were funny and engaging. It's always a bonus when interesting people are doing your service. Prices were reasonable and most importantly, my nails look wonderful. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Callie and Chin provide great service. The salon has many colors and the staff is helpful in choosing colors whether gel or regular. COVID precautions are taken and one can feel safe here receiving services. Appointments are honored upon arrival with no wait. Chin is one of the most kind, fun-loving, wise souls I've met. As a first time customer, he made me feel really welcome. Their COVID precautions make me feel safe and they watch a lot of food programming. This was the safest and most seen I've felt in a nail salon, and that makes the nails a bonus. They're an all organic salon, so that means no acrylic, sadly, but it helps the health of your nails so it evens out. Looking forward to going back (and bringing my boyfriend) read more

I live in Philly but am in Baltimore for the summer for an internship. I've been getting dip done in Philly for 4+ years and they last me at least 2.5-3 weeks, would likely last longer if my nails didn't grow out so quickly. I spent hours researching places to go here, and this one had the best reviews and photos. Unfortunately I'm disappointed, as my nails came out "lumpy" and my cuticles started growing back within a few days. I feel that most of the good reviews are with Chin, maybe I should have requested him. I found it cool, but strange, that they have a 14 day repair window since I've never chipped a dip nail... I ended up chipping one within 4 days and had to go back for a repair. They didn't have an open window until 3 days later. The girl who fixed my nail was great and the nail looked less lumpy than the others, yet not perfect, I considered going back after having her. However, my dip began to lift from the bottom and the sides at the 1.5 week mark. Being that this is ~$13 more than I pay in Philly and lasts me half the time, I will be going back to Philly for my nails next week instead of going back here. However it seems like this is the average price of dip for places here. Glad I tried it, but am still on the hunt for a good dip manicure here. read more

UPDATE: Loving my nails as usual. I stopped going for about a month because I was moving and my nails were horrid but after going back, An got my nails to grow back out nice and healthy. The shop uses NO ACRYLIC. My nails are all natural. I've been getting my nails done here every two weeks for about a year now after being referred by a friend. I highly recommend. Owners are extremely nice and super professional. An is always on time for my appointments and does an amazing job. She's encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try different shapes and colors. Service is excellent and of top wualit I love that they encourage nail care and will not try to upsell a service. The salon does not use acrylic which I love and my nails are stronger and healthier than they've ever been. I love the environment and I've referred many people here. Again, I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. read more

I purposely waited a week to write my review. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and I must say I am very pleased with them. Usually I get gel manicures and the polish will start to come off within days, if it makes it a week then there are cracks in it. But my nails still look as good as the day I got them done! They weren't kidding when they said they guarantee their polish lasts! Now on to the actual experience, I was about 5 minutes late and they called to make sure I was still coming. Teresa was the tech that I saw and she is incredible! It was like we knew each other for forever! It's very quiet, clean and relaxing. I love that the buffer, file and toe separators came out of a sealed package. They have soo many colors to choose from, I had a hard time deciding. I've definitely found my new nail home!!! Chin is a perfectionist and it shows in his beautiful, long-lasting work. Can't get in with Chin? Don't worry all nail techs have the same attention to detail and skills as Chin and An. 3 weeks later and no chip to my gel manicure! I Iive in PA and it is almost worth it to drive down to make this a regular visit. I travel a lot for work and this is the first manicure I have had with no chipping and no drill was used. My nail tech was so nice to talk to and very patient with my sensitive cuticles. They also have a secure door that locks until buzzed in which I thought was a nice touch. I will be back soon read more

Place was a little hard to find. Address is Eastern Ave, but entrance is on Ann Street. Aside From that minor numb I had a great experience at Enchanted Nail. Was in town for a wedding and based on reviews I figured I would check them out. The staff was welcoming and super friendly. The place was clean. Callie was my nail tech and we had a great conversation about literature, places we've lived and life in general. And my nails never looked better! I had the parafin bath hand massage manicure. When Enchanted opened a little less than 3 years in fells point I was very excited because it was very close to my house and I hadn't found a nail place that I liked in my neighborhood. I met An and Chin opening week and I have been going to An ever since they opened. She always takes her time doing my regular mani and she has secret skills on how to make the polish stay on longer than any other nail specialist I have gone to. An is extremely responsive and accommodating with my schedule since i'm a last minute planner. She helps me plan ahead and book appointments especially during the holiday season when they are very busy b/c every person needs their nails done during thanksgiving and the other holidays! I get the basic pedi and I am always very happy after I leave. My toes are beautiful and i'm very relaxed. I cant recommend An and Chin enough! read more

Welcoming environment, sparkling clean, attention to detail, and great OPI and C&C color selection. Super comfortable pedicure massage chairs. I have been seeing Chin for over 7 years. I would not get my nails done anywhere else. The service is always professional, and he is meticulous in his attention to detail. My nails always look great! I like that they have a huge selection of colors both regular, gel and powder. They also stay on top of the latest seasonal colors! I just booked my appointments until the end of the year because I know he will be extra busy through the holidays. Updating with review for spray tanning at Enchanted Nails. I am naturally so fair...redhead/pale skin so getting a spray tan that looks orange or unnatural is a huge concern. An gave me a spray tan that is SO perfect!!! The product they use is not orangey at all and An took her time and gave me great coverage without being too dark. read more

I have been a client of Chin's for about three years now and my story is a little different from other reviews. Keep reading if you are a chronic nail biter and need motivation! Ever since I was a really young girl (I'm now 37), I was a chronic nail biter. Now I'm not talking someone who just picks at their cuticles or snags a random hangnail. I'm talking straight-up-Frodo-like nail biter, who would take those puppies down within a millimeter of their lives. Constant bleeding, infections, and just---ew. A friend of mine, who had been going to see Chin for years, recommended that I make an appointment with him for a gel manicure. I was super reluctant to do this, because at 34, I was really self-conscious about my nails and would always get discouraged when some poor nail tech had to try to paint a sliver of color on them. It was a huge source of insecurity, but I finally caved, and made an appointment. Chin greeted me with a big smile, and made me feel welcome. He took a look at my nails, and while he did comment on how they looked, he didn't make me feel bad. We chatted like we'd been friends for years; he asked me about what line of work I was in, and other fun topics. He really kept my mind off my nails and put me at ease. At the end of that first manicure, my hands looked really good. While I didn't have much color (due to a lack of nails to work with!), my fingers were clean, I had no hangnails, and they looked better than they ever had. One thing that stuck with me is that Chin asked I come back every two weeks just to keep me accountable, and in about two months, I should have a decent amount of length. He gave me tips like to apply cuticle oil twice a day, and to make sure I was taking a multivitamin to promote growth. After I made my next appointment and was leaving the salon, he said, "And remember--if you ruin my work, I'll hurt you!" (In a friendly, joking way of course, and that gave me huge motivation to not chew or bite!) And I didn't. I didn't want to let him down and I wanted him to have more nail to work with the next time I went in. So for the first time in my life, I didn't bite my nails at all. After the two weeks, there was a bit more to work with, as my nails essentially doubled in length. When I went for my second appointment, he praised me and told me how proud he was of my nail growth and that I didn't bite. The second manicure was just as great as the first. Sure enough, after about 10 weeks, I had real, adult, pretty nails, and I haven't bitten them in years. Thanks to Chin, I'm proud of my fingers and don't hide them any more. Moral of the story: If you are a chronic nail biter and want to kick the habit, but are embarrassed to walk into a nail salon, don't be here. Chin (or anyone else at the salon) can be your coach with it like he was for me. Also, to echo other sentiments written here, everyone is so nice at Enchanted Nails and Spa. It's a really fun, friendly atmosphere, and the second you sit down, it's like you're getting together with friends to catch up. No matter your tech, you're going to get great service and have great conversation. read more

Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere for pedicures with my sister and niece! I was able to make reservations through Yelp - which was super convenient. We were greeted upon arrival and had a lovely pedicures. The staff was congenial and kind -- letting us know that one of the chairs wasn't working, so there would be a chair between us. Best experience I've had. Normally everywhere I go they rush through the experience and skip steps necessary. As a hairdresser having someone take their time and make sure my hands and feet are taken care of is amazing, and at no point did I feel rushed. The space is super clean and bright and beautiful. The owner went out of his way to make sure everyone who works there is awesome. The important part too is the price doesnt break the bank, especially considering the quality of the service. I also noticed that any other day she usually opens till 8 o'clock so I believe she just blatantly forgot about me based on this.....
