I had a very pleasant pedicure here. I appreciated that the website clearly listed prices and that I could book an appointment online when I arrived my reservation time was honored quickly. The space feels luxurious, with upgraded pedicure chair and enough space between chairs that you are not on top of your neighbors. I chose this salon based on reviews, but unfortunately my experience matched some of the negative feedback others had already mentioned. The pedicure felt very rushed, and the technician repeatedly dropped tools and supplies throughout the service, which did not inspire confidence or professionalism. I decided not to get what I originally wanted because I did not have faith it would be good. I was also surprised that I was never offered water, despite complimentary beverages being in the fridge. Small touches like that matter when you're paying for a service and expecting a relaxing experience. Overall, the visit felt rushed and inattentive rather than welcoming and customer-focused. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. As customers, we vote with our dollars, and I hope enough people do the same so the salon recognizes where it needs to improve! read more

Actually just left here a few minutes ago, and i have to say that was the roughest, most rushed, and slightly painful pedicure i've ever gotten. the nail tech didn't even ask me what length or shape i wanted my toe nails, just immediately started cutting. and she cut my cuticles way too low to the point where my big toes were in pain. there was barely any interaction between us, as she chatted with her friend the whole time. her friend (another worker who was doing my partners pedicure), didn't say a single word or ask a single thing about her experience/preferences the entire time. the only thing she asked was what color she wanted. on top of that, she put the wrong color on my toes and when i told her it was the wrong color she told me no it was the right one. and then hastily painted the CORRECT color on top. Even after all of this, i still paid the full amount. no complaints about having to pay but geez not even a consolation or apology! NEVER AGAIN :) read more

One of the roughest manicures I have ever endured - two of my fingers are bleeding from the overaggressive filing and the polish is not even around my cuticles. It's actually a mess and when I pointed out a couple of small issues during the service, was told it would be fixed at the end, but it wasn't. There's no fixing ineptitude and lack of basic understanding on how to do a manicure. Absolutely would not use again. read more

I went in for manicure with a friend in between grocery shopping (first time here). The space is pleasant and we were welcomed and seated quickly. The quality of manicure was good. But my biggest issue and why I'm giving them a 1 star because the owner was rude to her employee in front of us - my friend got the employee, she spent a good 5 min massaging hands before applying polish and she was telling her not to massage, just clean and apply polish. The owner (older Asian lady) did nothing to my hands except quickly cleaned, cut and polish. I get manicures often and have never received such hap hazard service and lady, if you massage the hands, which is I think the norm, I will only tip you well. I didn't want to tip the owner because of her behavior and her manicure service, but I still did but I could have def done more. Anyway, bye, not coming back. read more

It's a four star for convenience and ease. I needed to get in for a last minute pedicure before vacation and they were able to fit me in 5 minutes around 7:15! The salon is spacious and the chairs are comfortable. I'm giving this a three star because the polish was painted quite choppy and the towel they used to wipe off the scrub smelled terribly - I even told the service provider! She was friendly and I will be back for another go bc it wasn't that expensive and I could walk in with ease. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail bar. The young lady who did my pedicure was not prepared. She seemed like she did not know what she was doing. I requested a regular mani with a buff no polish. I explained I wanted my nails short and shaped. As she was working I noticed she was not cutting them short. I asked her to redo. She was not shaping, I asked her to look over the work. After she motioned my hands she said she was finished. I asked about the buff but she did not understand. When i reached out for an appointment, I got a quick response and was accommodated based on my schedule, which was definitely helpful between running around for all of my kids' activities! When I arrived, I was greeted by my Nail Tech, Tiana, who took me within minutes of picking a color. She has always done an incredible job on my nails, taking her time and making sure they look perfect before I leave. She has always been very considerate of her customers time and schedules and I have never had to wait to get started. Tiana is always friendly, kind and remembers things about my life, which is nice to have when we are chatting. While I was there this week, each person who walked in was able to be seen and any calls were accommodated. I've had a really poor experience with Le's. I tried to book an appointment online but it was never confirmed. Closer to the time of the appointment, I called the salon and they said they weren't busy and to come in. I was there in less than 15 min (10 min early for my attempted scheduled appt time). When I walked in, they told me it would be at least an hours wait. I'm sure they do fine work, but it's seemingly impossible to plan for your time here. The manager Angie is very sweet too, she usually helps check me in I arrive. The pedicure chairs are high tech which I love and their prices are competitive. Worst nail manicure I've ever gotten. I went in to get a straight forward gel manicure. (I had never been to this salon before and am new to the area looking for a good place to get my nails done). The nail technician took personal calls during my appointment (not talking ti me at all) and didn't make the polish uniform or even. I had areas that were thin and little globs in other areas. Me and my friend went to this nail salon and asked for two sets of acrylics the inspiration Pictures were easy just short almond acrylic with French tip. We showed them the picture before hand and we asked how much they said around $70 which is reasonable because that's what it normally is. They finished nails. Mine looked decent hers looked thick and absolutely horrible. We paid separate the total came out to $90 not including tip. These nails were not worth $90. I've came here before and got the same exact thing and they were 60 mind you it was just a white French tip very simple, easy. and we got the same exact thing I didn't bring cash because I thought I would be able to tip on the little screen but no, I had to go to the atm and as I was putting in my pin and all my information, the guy standing there looking finally I finished the least amount that I could take out was $20 so I took out 20 from the ATM split it 2 10s I tipped him $10 and then he finally left he was waiting for me to tip him to make sure that I didn't tip. me and my friend are 16 and 17 so they most likely took advantage of us. I asked the lady who sat next to us how much hers were cause she got the same thing ? She said they were 40 more dollars expensive than they normally are and she will not be returning due to the product quality and how much. you can go to a different nail salon get the same exact thing and spend $57. this is just outrageous knowing the quality of the nails were not $90 they're $30 more expensive than they normally are. I would not recommend. We were 100% taken advantage of meanwhile we both tipped, and when my friend was checking out, the guy was basically telling her to hurry up because she was adding money into her Apple Pay and he kept there watching her enter in her card numbers read more
