This place is a waste of my time and money! I spent $90 on simple gel x French tips and they missed it up. I'm not too sure how you can mess up french tips so spectacularly, but they managed to do it. The only thing done right is the fact they could put gel on my nails. Inspire Nail Bar saved the day! A nail tech at another establishment completely ruined my nails and I left without letting her finish. I called around and Inspire was the only one available to squeeze me in that morning. The nail tech (didn't get her name) did a wonderful job on my acrylics! She took great to get them the length and shape I wanted. I'd go her again. The salon itself was very clean and well decorated. The owners take pride in their presentation. I'm so glad that I found Inspire Nail Bar! It came up on a google search and turns out it's super close to me and just opened in January. I called in the afternoon to make a same day appointment for a pedicure and they put me down for 4pm. When I arrived at my scheduled time, everyone was working at the pedicure section in the back of the salon. The salon is brand new and very clean looking! All workers were masked and there are plastic dividers (even at the pedicure stations) to protect both staff and customers. I also noticed that they were making the effort to space customers out to maintain physical distancing. I was greeted verbally and a few minutes later someone came up to check me in and point me to the polish colors and snacks while I waited because they were running behind. There's a large selection of polishes and dip powders in a pretty and organized display right at the front of the store. There's also hand sanitizer throughout the salon for easy access, and the snacks at the front were a nice touch! I was brought back after waiting in front for 20 minutes to let my feet soak and was given a beverage of my choice (white wine forever plz & thx!). I sat soaking for another 15 while my nail stylist Dao finished with another client. I truly had stellar service from Dao today. She was attentive and super sweet, constantly checking in to ask if anything was too hot or not hot enough, if I wanted any other services, if I was comfortable, etc. She made it super relaxing and worth the wait! Even with the wait time, I am so pleased with my visit today. If I had to nitpick and say something negative --when Dao started putting the polish on my toes after the champagne pedi, I noticed that she hadn't actually cleaned out the grime from underneath my toenails. This to me is something basic that should've been noticed and done during trimming and shaping, but thats my only tiny complaint after a very nice visit! While the inside of this place is beautiful and it's very clean, the quality of the manicure you're going to get varies wildly. I got my nails done on a Sunday - dip powder, nothing too crazy! One color. - and by Wednesday afternoon they were popping clean off my nails while doing simple things like buttoning pants, opening a Tupperware container and washing my hands. I want to love this place because it's close to my house, but I'll make the drive to places where I know I'll actually get my moneys worth. read more

My nails broke within a week The price is high- I feel like I was charged for 2 manicures = 50 for a dip manicure and 35 for another that include a scrub cleaning. So paying 85 you expect them to last quite a bit. I can say the offered to fix the nail but I couldn't as I was busy with vacation others started to chip as well within that week. However as soon as I was sat I was strongly given the impression that I was a huge burden to my technician before we even got started. He was sighing heavily, pushing and pulling my hand throughout the service. I've been trying this place out since they opened. They use to have some REALLY good male nail techs, but whoever is in charge has ran them all away. All of the good nail techs leave. I stopped going for a while and so did my daughter because for some reason a refill always ended up being at least $55. They take advantage of young girls and charge a ridiculous price for the least bit of designs my 16yr old niece paid $90 for a fill w/ gel polish and French tips. I was so pissed I wanted to go in and slap whoever the tech was because that was ridiculous. Save your money girls or try another place. Management is unorganized and prices are unreasonable for mediocre work. read more

I had an appt for 6 pm but I arrived at 5:30 pm. While waiting, another lady walked in and stated she was provided the same time. At 6:15 pm, Kelly walked over and asked the other lady and I what we both needed and proceeded to walk the other lady to a station. After a few minutes, I asked Kelly how long it would be and she stated another 15-20 min. I asked her what was the point of making an appt if I would need to wait the same amount time as if I did not have one. She told me that she was short staffed and usually, customers are waited on 20 min after their appt time. I informed her that it is pointless to do that if a customer makes an appt. While she did a great job on my nails, I wish that I would not need to expect to be seen 20 min after an appt. read more

Kim was rude! She rushed my service. I was coming back to see her for a second time based on my first visit with her when she was excellent. When I alerted her about her rudeness she didn't listen, she walked away which is incredibly wrong. You don't treat a customer disrespectfully. I went to Inspire Nail Bar for a dip manicure a few weeks ago, and I thought the service was pretty good while I was there. But my dip just started to crack and pop up off in little chunks a few days to a week later. Dip manicures usually last me weeks until the gap between the dip polish and my cuticles is too large and looks weird; it hardly ever chips or cracks. I think it might have been because it was too many layers of dip - too thick? Either way, I had to get my manicure redone more quickly than I was expecting and for that reason I won't be rushing back to Inspire Nail Bar. I also found it strange that when I was asked to pick my dip color, I was just pointed in the direction of the dip jars (rather than the samples painted on the nail sticks or rolls) which aren't a very accurate way to pick a color. However, it was a nice salon, and the customer service was quite good. Okay overall. read more

I went to get my nails done on 6/14 before my trip on 6/15 to St. Lucia. That Sat, 6/18 my nails started lifting and breaking. When I landed on 6/20, I went to the salon at 11am. They told me to come back the next day because the person wasn't there to fix it. i came back on 6/21. She not want to give me nail designs even though I paid $105 for my nails for them to be lifting 5 days later. I told her it was ok and to just give me some lines. She did it and was apologizing. I told her it was ok and I would rebook 3 weeks later. She said ok but to book at the counter. Not only did they tell me she didn't want to book with me but also next time to come back within a week. I said I did because I got my nails redone 7days after my original appointment. It was extremely insulting especially when they made a mistake and I spent a good amount of money here. Usually I go to an Instagram girl to get an acrylic full set so I was kind of hesitant to go into a regular salon and ask for what I wanted. I was taken care of by Katryna and she did an AMAZING job! Next thing you know we're getting attitude thrown at us and my sister got passed by three different chairs because no one wanted to do her nails. I feel like this used to be a great place, but is not any longer. I have been there 3 times with my daughter. The first time was good, except they weren't very clear on the pricing. I figured it was my fault and just shrugged off the issue. The 2nd time we had an appt for 10am. It took them 20 minutes to get to us and they told my daughter one price for a design then charged a different price. This last time, we had an appt for 230. They didn't start on me until almost 3pm. My daughter didn't get started until 330. I had told the woman on the phone that i wanted a manicure with my fill as I had very dry cuticles. I reminded the person when I checked in AND the woman that started working on my nails. They forgot. She then just clipped my cuticles really quick. I asked for that to be done with my daughter as well, only to find out later that it wasn't done. They are extremely unorganized. This was also a 2nd time that my daughter showed them a picture of a design and they didn't get it right. She was too timid to speak up, so she just dealt with it. They have wine bottles on display, but never been offered anything, even water. Needless to say, we are done with this place. read more
