Always flawless. A little pricey but worth it to me. Nice people too. I love the multifaceted massage chairs.

Went for pedicure on May 13. I got the Long Island 45 min pedicure. I was out in less than 30 minutes. 2 hours later polish was still sticky. She put 1thick coat on and a top coat. After 2hours and Still sticky I romoved polish and redid my self read more

Beautiful salon, very clean when you walk in. The customer service is great. The nails and pedicure did not even last a week. The nails started to lift up, the pedicure nails chipping. I will never go back here again again. My sister went with me and her nails are lifting as well. read more

This set is from almost 6 weeks ago, and is still in perfect condition minus the growth. I've never had a manicure that has lasted this long before without any chipping. Olivia does a fantastic gel x manicure, and I've gotten great service from others there too! read more

This place is a waste of my time and money! I spent $90 on simple gel x French tips and they missed it up. I'm not too sure how you can mess up french tips so spectacularly, but they managed to do it. The only thing done right is the fact they could put gel on my nails. Words cannot describe how disappointed i am with this service. Do not bother to come here and waste time and money. Please find some where else. read more

I had such a great time at this salon! The staff is attentive and listens to exactly what you want. Plus, the pricing is great. Drinking a mimosa while getting a nice pedicure, on top of a lip wax and manicure, before tip was $59 with the 20% off deal. Plus, the facility is clean and I can see the staff taking precautions and cleaning in between customers. read more

This place was unsanitary and had poor costumer service. The cleanliness should have turned me right back out the door but i gave them the benefit of the doubt because some places have great service and treatment even when the facilities are the best. I got a basic regular manicure and pedicure thought it was a simple task. The nail tech rushed did not listen to me when I wanted certain things fixed. Ultimately never coming back again. read more

Inspire Nail Bar saved the day! A nail tech at another establishment completely ruined my nails and I left without letting her finish. I called around and Inspire was the only one available to squeeze me in that morning. The nail tech (didn't get her name) did a wonderful job on my acrylics! She took great to get them the length and shape I wanted. I'd go her again. The salon itself was very clean and well decorated. The owners take pride in their presentation. And as a bonus, they serve mimosas! I think this will be my new go to nail salon! read more

I'm so glad that I found Inspire Nail Bar! It came up on a google search and turns out it's super close to me and just opened in January. I called in the afternoon to make a same day appointment for a pedicure and they put me down for 4pm. When I arrived at my scheduled time, everyone was working at the pedicure section in the back of the salon. The salon is brand new and very clean looking! All workers were masked and there are plastic dividers (even at the pedicure stations) to protect both staff and customers. I also noticed that they were making the effort to space customers out to maintain physical distancing. I was greeted verbally and a few minutes later someone came up to check me in and point me to the polish colors and snacks while I waited because they were running behind. There's a large selection of polishes and dip powders in a pretty and organized display right at the front of the store. There's also hand sanitizer throughout the salon for easy access, and the snacks at the front were a nice touch! I was brought back after waiting in front for 20 minutes to let my feet soak and was given a beverage of my choice (white wine forever plz & thx!). I sat soaking for another 15 while my nail stylist Dao finished with another client. I truly had stellar service from Dao today. She was attentive and super sweet, constantly checking in to ask if anything was too hot or not hot enough, if I wanted any other services, if I was comfortable, etc. She made it super relaxing and worth the wait! Even with the wait time, I am so pleased with my visit today. If I had to nitpick and say something negative --when Dao started putting the polish on my toes after the champagne pedi, I noticed that she hadn't actually cleaned out the grime from underneath my toenails. This to me is something basic that should've been noticed and done during trimming and shaping, but thats my only tiny complaint after a very nice visit! I loved my experience at Inspire Nail Bar today. Dao took very good care of me and I signed up to be a member so will definitely be back soon!! read more

While the inside of this place is beautiful and it's very clean, the quality of the manicure you're going to get varies wildly. I got my nails done on a Sunday - dip powder, nothing too crazy! One color. - and by Wednesday afternoon they were popping clean off my nails while doing simple things like buttoning pants, opening a Tupperware container and washing my hands. I want to love this place because it's close to my house, but I'll make the drive to places where I know I'll actually get my moneys worth. read more

My nails broke within a week The price is high- I feel like I was charged for 2 manicures = 50 for a dip manicure and 35 for another that include a scrub cleaning. So paying 85 you expect them to last quite a bit. I can say the offered to fix the nail but I couldn't as I was busy with vacation others started to chip as well within that week. The space is clean & relaxing they are all nice and professional so maybe I just had a bad experience read more

OMG. This Is The THIRD "Inspire Nail Bar" I Have Been To! But Like The Saying Goes "THIRD Time A Charm". I Had Been Going To My Original Nail Tech Since About 2017, & Was Hesitant About Officially Leaving Her Due To The Fact That Her Work Is Stellar, But Her Attitude/Cockiness Was On It's Last Leg With Me, Therefore I Felt For HER SAKE It Was Time For Me To Take My Bidness Elsewhere. Fast Forward To Almost 3 Months, & 6 Nail Salons Later I Stumble Across Inspire Nail Salon, I Figure "Hey I've Been To Many Different Salons With Subpar Results, So What Do I Have To Lose?" From The Moment I Called The Salon To Make An Appt They Were More Than Happy To Book Me. I Advised The Young Lady That I Will Be There In About An Hour, But Me Being Me I Rolled In About An Hr And A Half Later, Even Still They Were So Kind/Welcoming To Me. I Checked In On The Tablet And Was Shown To My Pedicure Chair, Then I Was Kindly Asked Would I Like An Mimosa, Water, Or Soda? Of Course I Opt In For The Mimosa ... About A Few Moments Later My Nail Tech Chu Approaches With My Drink, And At First I Thought He Was Going To Be An Issue/Un-Pleasant Tech, But Boy WAS I WRONG! Chu Was EXTREMELY Cool, Conversational, And To My Surprise A Very Skilled Tech! He Executed The Shape That I Was In Search Of, He Was Very Receptive To Any Request That I Had (Which Was Maybe 1 Or 2 Small Suggestions) I Normally Am Not A Gel Polish Type Of Girl, But Chu Managed To Talk Me Into A Beautiful Natural Gel Polish That I Absolutely Loved :) I'm Pretty Set In My Ways On How I Like Things, But Guess What - He Has Persuaded Me To Convert To Gel Polish Finally! Lol :) Everyone Here At This Salon Are Absolutely A PLEASURE To Encounter! They Actually WANT Your Business, And WANT To Service You, And Always THANK YOU For Giving Them The Opportunity To Provide Services. I Am So Happy That I Took A Chance On Coming Out Here As I Can See Chu Being In A "Nail Relationship" With Me For Quite A While :) Thank Youuuuuuuuu So Much For Saving Me Inspire! *Muah* read more

Thought I asked for a semi simple design, but I was very disappointed with the outcome. I wanted white nails and they are practically clear. The squiggles are so messy and the heart looks silly. She didn't even shape my nails so they are very jagged. She also forgot to clear coat my thumb so it's very matte. Overall not a good experience and I paid $50 for something I already want off my hands read more

I came in to get my birthday nails done very excited to try this salon. I made an appointment and the appointment time was upheld immediately which was great. However as soon as I was sat I was strongly given the impression that I was a huge burden to my technician before we even got started. He was sighing heavily, pushing and pulling my hand throughout the service. I was trying to give him the benefit of doubt that he was probably having a rough day but his attitude was so off-putting that I just couldn't enjoy the experience like I usually do. The nails came out nice, but I can't say I would return. read more

I've been trying this place out since they opened. They use to have some REALLY good male nail techs, but whoever is in charge has ran them all away. All of the good nail techs leave. I stopped going for a while and so did my daughter because for some reason a refill always ended up being at least $55. They take advantage of young girls and charge a ridiculous price for the least bit of designs my 16yr old niece paid $90 for a fill w/ gel polish and French tips. I was so pissed I wanted to go in and slap whoever the tech was because that was ridiculous. Save your money girls or try another place. Management is unorganized and prices are unreasonable for mediocre work. read more

Kim was rude! She rushed my service. I was coming back to see her for a second time based on my first visit with her when she was excellent. When I alerted her about her rudeness she didn't listen, she walked away which is incredibly wrong. You don't treat a customer disrespectfully. Her colleagues came to the front as well to discuss the matter, but didn't help as much. Therefore, I will not be supporting this business anymore. read more

The place is nice ,but I would never go back. They need to work on their customer service, I felt unwelcomed.

I recently started going here because Jay and Tessy just started working here. I love it. Everyone is so nice and courteous. Jay is AMAZING!! Inspire Nail Bar - Black with white marble accent (dip powder on natural nails). Done by Jay. - Nail Salons Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

I went to Inspire Nail Bar for a dip manicure a few weeks ago, and I thought the service was pretty good while I was there. But my dip just started to crack and pop up off in little chunks a few days to a week later. Dip manicures usually last me weeks until the gap between the dip polish and my cuticles is too large and looks weird; it hardly ever chips or cracks. I think it might have been because it was too many layers of dip - too thick? Either way, I had to get my manicure redone more quickly than I was expecting and for that reason I won't be rushing back to Inspire Nail Bar. I also found it strange that when I was asked to pick my dip color, I was just pointed in the direction of the dip jars (rather than the samples painted on the nail sticks or rolls) which aren't a very accurate way to pick a color. However, it was a nice salon, and the customer service was quite good. Okay overall. read more

I had an appt for 6 pm but I arrived at 5:30 pm. While waiting, another lady walked in and stated she was provided the same time. At 6:15 pm, Kelly walked over and asked the other lady and I what we both needed and proceeded to walk the other lady to a station. After a few minutes, I asked Kelly how long it would be and she stated another 15-20 min. I asked her what was the point of making an appt if I would need to wait the same amount time as if I did not have one. She told me that she was short staffed and usually, customers are waited on 20 min after their appt time. I informed her that it is pointless to do that if a customer makes an appt. While she did a great job on my nails, I wish that I would not need to expect to be seen 20 min after an appt. read more

I have been getting pedicures for a long time now and this was the first time that they only spent 15 minutes on my pedicure. I went to get my nails done on 6/14 before my trip on 6/15 to St. Lucia. That Sat, 6/18 my nails started lifting and breaking. When I landed on 6/20, I went to the salon at 11am. They told me to come back the next day because the person wasn't there to fix it. i came back on 6/21. She not want to give me nail designs even though I paid $105 for my nails for them to be lifting 5 days later. I told her it was ok and to just give me some lines. She did it and was apologizing. I told her it was ok and I would rebook 3 weeks later. She said ok but to book at the counter. Not only did they tell me she didn't want to book with me but also next time to come back within a week. I said I did because I got my nails redone 7days after my original appointment. It was extremely insulting especially when they made a mistake and I spent a good amount of money here. Definitely will not be going back. (I got dip powder with extensions) read more

I went there once and waited 30 mins even though I had an appointment - decent job on my nails so I didn't post but wouldn't have gone back until they send me an email offering 20% off so I make ANOTHER appointment and go back.....only to sit 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to me and THEN was told to "give us a few minutes" Being busy is one thing, ignoring the customer is another- it wasn't even that crowded ! Today was the first time I went into this nail salon for a manicure. Usually I go to an Instagram girl to get an acrylic full set so I was kind of hesitant to go into a regular salon and ask for what I wanted. I was taken care of by Katryna and she did an AMAZING job! I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly ! The shape is amazing , she took her time with evening out the acrylic , and throughout the process she would ask me to check her work and would ask if she was doing a good job (which she was). I will 100% be back. Next time you go in ask for her ! And don't forget to tip !! She deserves it !!! read more

I came here with my sister, we called them in advance and they said they would FIT us in. So we went. Next thing you know we're getting attitude thrown at us and my sister got passed by three different chairs because no one wanted to do her nails. My family and sister have been getting our nails done for as long as we can remember so the fact that the lady said "i've been doing this for a long time" because my sister said please don't rush because she wanted her graduation nails to be good and they closed in the next 15 minutes THATS not our fault...YOU said you would fit us in. You guys can take ur experience and shove it up your ass ass because customer service is WAY more important. If I can give this place less then one star I would.
