I had never gotten either of these services before so I had a lot of questions which Kayla answered patiently and personably. She has such a friendly and bubbly personality! The eyelash tint was a little uncomfortable for me but this may be because I was wearing contacts. I probably would take those out next time and maybe even consider a lift and tint since the tint by itself looked nice but was really subtle. Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. All together the services were $65 which I don't think is bad at all. I'd definitely return and would recommend booking at this local biz!

When coming into the establishment, I was given a form to complete which addressed very important questions that I believe is beneficial to the services provided. Though I received a simple service, I was able to speak with Bianca regarding her other services. Bianca talked to me for about 20 minutes after without rushing me. Bianca is very realistic. She give me clear and detailed information about her services and what the process would look like. The best thing that I saw and that was further explained was the 6 different types of waxes in the studio to fit different hair textures and skin types (I was used to seeing one hard wax and one soft wax-in other salons). She was able to address my concerns from previous experiences-other salons- and why some issues may have arisen and how and what could be done to avoid it going forward. Information was given to me to prepare for the next service of a Brazilian wax, during my underarm service. I went back and forth because based on my prior experiences-other salons- my skin felt raw and very painful from misapplication and removal of the wax. My pain tolerance is low, extremely low. I like that she went very quickly yet EFFECTIVELY, and I did not feel any of raw sensations or irritation on my skin afterwards with Bianca. The Brazilian service was clean, clear, and to the point. I was told what was happening and why something may have needed more attention-if it did. And of course I received before and after care instructions. I am a perfectionist. I get antsy with the idea germs-germaphobe lol, but sanitation was 100 percent and that is great because I'm very particular. I ask a lot of question but, Bianca is very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, very patient, very affordable, very clean, very precise, and very transparent. I had hair removal services before but this experience was beyond amazing. I appreciate this totally new and excellent experience with Bianca. In my eyes, her service are perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever! Every thing, from beginning to end was to a T. I let her know what I wanted and she executed it without me having to point out anything or ask for something to be fixed. I will definitely be going back to get more services. My first time, Candis did an excellent job with my lash extensions! It took a bit over the recommended time (closer to 2.5 hours instead of 1.5) and my eyes were a bit irritated the next day, but nothing a few drops of Visine couldn't fix. I loved the final product and they lasted close to 3.5 weeks! I was also happy that she answered all of my questions and even gave me 4 lash brushes because I told her I was traveling and she didn't want me to lose them. The second time, I had Roxie do my lashes. I was a bit nervous to have someone different doing them, but my girl SLAYED it! It took less than an hour and a half, my eyes weren't irritated at all, and they look BOMB. I cannot tell you how many compliments I've gotten on my lashes. Also, the studio is extremely clean, both Candis and Roxie play great music while they work, and they are so nice and easy to talk to. About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind!
