I've been seeing her exclusively all year and she never ever disappoints. I give her a color or theme, and I allow her freedom to do whatever she wants because she's an artist! I get compliments every time I get a new set. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming. Sometimes there are customers who are loud (rare) so it would be nice to see them get checked (maybe a policy to limit use of personal devices while being service would help?) because one person can throw the entire vibe off. Otherwise, I love it here. I'm going to be adding more of their spa services in 2024 (facials, brows). Black owned and killing it!

This is, by far, the most amazing nail experience I've ever had. I was worried that I wouldn't be…read moreable to get in because I had such a difficult time getting an appointment due to random, universal issues (appointments being a couple weeks out, me ordering the wrong service and having to postpone). I started to give up; however, I am so glad I didn't because that level of exclusivity is exactly what you want during a full on pandemic. Let me explain. Appointments are selectively scheduled to ensure there are no more than a few people in the salon at once. When you arrive to get nails done, it's quite possible that you may have a room to yourself :) and everything from the client services to the ambiance is exceptional. COVID practices: when you arrive (appointments only), they open the door for you, check your temperature, ask you to sanitize your hands, and give you a sanitizing wipe your clean your phone (as you'll be touching it often). They offer you a bottle of water or a glass of champagne, wine, or mimosa. Yasssss! Now, you will immediately be taken into another, fun, light, vacation-like experience by the detailed decór. It's so beautiful the way the owners put so much love and attention into curating each part of your experience. You feel like this moment was crafted JUST for you. The nail specialist that I worked with, Kyra (pronounces KI-Ra) was full of light, love, energy, and offered therapeutic vibes. She really took her time to get to know me and understand more than what I wanted for nails, but how my nail journey complimented my life. I felt a true caring about who I was as a person. Although we take lightly our cosmetic experiences, they are actually a firm of therapy and self-care. Thank you Kyra. I must say, I will certainly be back and will recommend everyone to this elite salon. Even when I move from this area, I will be back!!!

As an African American woman, it was comforting knowing that I was in the hands of someone who understood my skin. Carli gave me a very thorough and insightful assessment. We went over my goals and what I wanted and she gave me a professional perspective and had me look through a realistic lens about my natural beauty. For her it was all about enhancing what I already had, which was an absolute green flag for me. She could have oversold me on every treatment, but she didn't! She told me what I needed and how to enhance my natural beauty with a personalized protocol that we will implement over time. She took her time and really cared about what I thought. The change I saw in my filler was so natural, but impactful! Im highly excited for k. Stewart Beauty to be a piece of my journey of transformation in becoming the best version of myself and I'm so grateful that I found this place! -Adina B.

This business is very unprofessional!! I was looking for a…read morenew aesthetician due to my old aesthetician moving and decided to try them out based on the reviews. I booked my appointment for 4/24 at 6:30pm. It took me 32 minutes to get here, including finding parking. I walked to the door and realized no one was at the location. I knocked, and called several times, NO Answer!!! After the fifth call, I finally got a text message. The message basically stated that she had an emergency and could not do my appointment. I did not receive a phone call or a text message telling me this prior to getting to the business. Then you text me instead of answering the phone. Very unprofessional!!! I expressed that no one even contacted me before coming here. I would love not to have driven here and burn gas, because gas is not cheap!!! She said that she did NOT have my number saved and could not reach me, but I made the appointment just the day prior and she asked me for my number so whose fault is that? I honestly think she messed up, and got her days mixed up when she booked my appointment, because on her door the hours of operation for today are from 10 AM to 5 PM, remind you she made my appointment for 630pm. I also noticed that any other day she usually opens till 8 o'clock so I believe she just blatantly forgot about me based on this..... Nevertheless, she's unprofessional, and I will not go back to her, and I will not recommend her!!!

She uses soft wax (the kind removed with strips of cloth), which I think is less painful, and it was warm but not hot. Overall, just a very positive experience. The studio is one door down from Dangerously Delicious Pies on the Square, so street parking is usually not an issue.
