We were scheduled for 3 pedicures but my mom and I decided to get manicures after we arrived which my sister informed the front desk of and they said okay. When the technician was doing my pedicure, she asked if I was also getting a manicure and I said yes and after my pedicure was done she pointed me towards the manicure station to sit down. The lady from the front desk came up to me quickly while I was putting my shoes on and told me "you only booked a pedicure, you did not book a manicure so you'll have to wait" in a pretty rude tone. There were only 2 people waiting who already had techs assigned to them. I tipped my technician (who looked extremely uncomfortable after being told by the lady that she was not to do my manicure) and left feeling really uncomfortable for being berated about a manicure. I will return but I am hoping she will not be working the front desk next time or works on her communication with customers. Side note: my mom got a manicure with no issues despite also "not being scheduled"
