I paid a deposit online as well for half the amount, and I got a classic facial for $115. I found the price worth the money and I had such a good time!! I cannot recommend Nicole enough, she is knowledgeable, professional, kind & thorough. Even though the extractions hurt a little, she was patient and checked in with me during the process about the pressure she was applying. It was super relaxing and cozy with the music and candle lit. My favorite part was the facial massage. She answered every question and gave me great advice and tips on how to improve my skincare. You NEED to make an appointment with her for all your skincare and body needs. Plus, she sells really cute jewelry too!

At this point, I don't even consider booking with anyone else. If you're looking for a nail technician who delivers consistently amazing work and a great experience, I highly recommend requesting Hana.

My mom, sister and I come here often for our pedicures. We've even brought our dad here before and…read morethe service is usually nice polite and great quality. You even get a complimentary drink with your service. However, I was not pleased with an interaction I had yesterday when trying to get a manicure/pedicure. There is normally a man that works the front desk, schedules appointments, handles flow, discusses rewards points, makes drinks, etc and he is always wonderful. However, yesterday there was a woman there who was extremely rude. We were scheduled for 3 pedicures but my mom and I decided to get manicures after we arrived which my sister informed the front desk of and they said okay. When the technician was doing my pedicure, she asked if I was also getting a manicure and I said yes and after my pedicure was done she pointed me towards the manicure station to sit down. The lady from the front desk came up to me quickly while I was putting my shoes on and told me "you only booked a pedicure, you did not book a manicure so you'll have to wait" in a pretty rude tone. There were only 2 people waiting who already had techs assigned to them. I tipped my technician (who looked extremely uncomfortable after being told by the lady that she was not to do my manicure) and left feeling really uncomfortable for being berated about a manicure. I will return but I am hoping she will not be working the front desk next time or works on her communication with customers. Side note: my mom got a manicure with no issues despite also "not being scheduled"

I wish there was a review like this before I booked…read more I enjoyed my stylist but that's about it. I did not appreciate that the guy who took my reservation made me give him my full credit card and code over the phone even though I said I was very uncomfortable with it. Now if it was on a secure website, fine. I don't know him and what he's going to do with it. I also did not like that they have a questionnaire you fill out when you go in that asks you incredibly personal things like do you have kids, how many, if your married, when did you get married, what salon did you used to go to and why you stopped going. Left me feeling super uneasy, and vulnerable, all for a haircut?!! This is not a high end spa, no need to get that personal. No thanks.
