You pick the service you want and you can either pay a deposit and the rest the day of or pay in full. When you arrive she welcomes you in and tells you to lean back when you're ready. There is always music playing, the place is clean and well lit. Shay is super friendly and will chat with you. But she is also super gentle. The appt is soothing and I always end up falling asleep and she is okay with that too.
