She said ok without a thought and was done in no time. The building was a cool. I got to peak other businesses and get business cards of other small business owners. She does a meticulous job with my eyebrows and upper lip (better than all the salons I've been to in CA, Maryland, etc). She was quick, gentle, and professional with double piercing my ears. I've bought a few of her earrings/belly button piercings and the quality is nonpareil-- they don't tarnish and stand the test of time. Saba is such a sweetheart. There were so many times where I was running late and she was about to close but she waited for me. I would call to see if she left already before making the drive down there and that's how I know that she would've left by the time I got there if I didn't first call to say I was coming. Even after all that, she still never rushed my brows. Also, I love how her work is so consistent in quality despite how jacked up my brows are sometimes lol (I wait too long to go back sometimes). We were in the mall, and I decided to get my eyebrows threaded again. I mean seriously....it lasts a while, and it is 12 dollars!! The lady remembered me, and was very nice. Last time I was there she told me to use castor oil to enhance the thickness of my brows. and make them thick and bushy!!! Ok.....perhaps I added that last part...lol....., but the castor oil has certainly helped the hair growth on my eye brows. (and made them fill in quite a bit). I love this place!! read more

Previously, I have always done my own eyebrows- I find it difficult to feel comfortable with eyebrow places that often leave clients with thin and over arched eyebrows, especially since I don't have much eyebrow to work with. Her kiosk is located on the third level of the Gallery on the opposite side of the elevators, which makes the station not easily visible, however this is the only small con. Her work space is neat and tidy, and her personality was professional and pleasant. I showed her a picture of how I like my eyebrows and she quickly went to work. Within 7 minutes, I had a beautiful finished product and even better than the threading I do on myself. She also made sure that I was content with her work along the way by constantly showing me her mirror and asking for my input. I am very pleased with her service! So I've been avoiding my eyebrows for a month because of the drive lol. I finally found one that I can walk to. She's on the third floor in the gallery mall, across from the nail salon. I told her I wanted an arch and she said okay. She did one eyebrow first to make sure if this is what I wanted and yes yes yes, I have to say she did a fantastic job with arching and making sure both eyebrows are even. Some places don't care about that! This is by far the best eyebrow threader I've been to. She also rubs in the stress lotion by Bath and Body Works on your eyebrows for a relaxing finished. The total was your usual $12.00 which isn't bad. I stopped getting my eyebrows waxed because the customer service wasn't great and the technicians would always rush you out the seat instead of listening to the customers. So the hell with them haha.
