But managed to find a spot near the business on a stormy Thursday. I arrived a lil bit before closing and Rina was there. She was so sweet and took amazing care of brows and stubborn chin hairs! Poojah (spell check the name) is the Tech/Manager at this branch. It's safe to say I adore her and her skills. I showed her the pic I usually showed new Techs and after a consultation of my own brows, she directed me on how we could achieve the look. I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! I also got an amazing deal through their website, which had a half-off deal if you pre-paid. I believe they also do Groupons sometimes, so look out for deals!
