I arrived a bit before my time and patiently sat in my car, waiting for the shop to open. Richa pulled up a bit after me. I watched her go in and turn on everything. It was my time and I got out and walked in. Richa stared at me for a couple of seconds and I immediately felt that she was a bit irritated. Maybe because she wasn't finished setting up, or she just wasn't having the best morning. But I was there literally at my scheduled time. I didn't mind waiting at all, but after that initial greeting, it felt a bit awkward. Anyhoo, the threading this time around was a bit harsh and honestly quite painful. It looked nice, but after the second visit, I decided that I wouldn't be returning.

I was a walk-in that day. When I arrived to the establishment there were no other customers. The shop was clean and well lit. I asked for brow service and was seated immediately. It took less than 10 minutes and my eyebrows looked amazing. She also filled in my eyebrows to add a tail as they are short, and I think that was a nice touch as I didn't ask for that.
